Contact I3, contact II18, contact III19, contact IV20, contact V21, and contact VI22 are all metal pieces.
The invention relates to a design method of heating massage shoes for old people, which specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, selecting five acupuncture points A-E on a first layer 1-1 of a heating massage insole;
referring to the distribution table of foot acupuncture points in traditional Chinese medicine, five acupuncture points which are located on the sole and are most beneficial to the elderly are selected, and the acupuncture points are Taibai acupuncture point, pimple acupuncture point, Yongquan acupuncture point, Jinggu acupuncture point and Jinmen acupuncture point respectively, wherein the Taibai acupuncture point is used for tonifying spleen and lung and is beneficial to regulating and controlling blood glucose index; the point in the ruins can make the head and the brain clear and prevent apoplexy and hemiplegia; the Yongquan acupoint can dissipate heat and generate qi, and can be used for treating constipation; jinggu acupoint has effects of clearing heat, relieving spasm, improving eyesight, and relaxing muscles and tendons, and can be used for treating hypertension; JINMEN acupoint has effects of tonifying yang and qi, and dredging water and dampness, and can be used for treating headache, epilepsia, and lumbago. These acupoints cover the common symptoms of the elderly, so that the elderly frequently massage the acupoints to achieve good health.
because the adaptability of the old is poor, the massage force cannot be too large when the sole acupuncture point massage is designed, and the soft acupuncture point stimulation is realized when the sole of the old is massaged. Therefore, the massage motor 4 is a flat vibration motor, which is in a flat button shape and can be better combined with a powerful magnetic paste and an elastic massage ball 17 to promote the massage of the acupuncture point massage points through vibration. The five acupuncture point massage points correspond to five same massage motors 4 matched with the five acupuncture point massage points;
the massage insole switch 13 is turned on, the MCU main controller detects an opening signal of the massage insole switch 13, then the DAC module transmits matched voltage to the five massage motors 4 through the contact sheet VI22 and the contact sheet V20, so that the five massage motors 4 are turned on, and the elastic massage balls 17 are driven to shake through the vibration of the massage motors 4 to massage the soles; when the massage is finished, the massage insole switch 13 is pressed, the MCU main controller detects the closing signal of the massage insole switch 13, the power supply is stopped immediately, and the five massage motors 4 stop working.
spiral heating wires are designed on five acupuncture points of Taibai acupuncture point, ruin acupuncture point, Yongquan acupuncture point, Jinggu acupuncture point and Jinmen acupuncture point, the heating wires are made of nickel chromium, thirty-two groups of small acupuncture point spiral heating wires 5 are arranged around the five acupuncture points according to the sole acupuncture point table of the traditional Chinese medicine, and according to the phenomenon of the most peculiar meridian: the study of sensory transmission along meridians also showed that: the sensing wire has a middle portion of 2mm to 5mm and an edge portion of 2cm to 5 cm. According to the area of the insole and the distribution of acupuncture points, the maximum outer diameter of the spiral heating wires 5 at five major acupuncture points is not more than 20mm, and the maximum outer diameter of the spiral heating wires 5 at the other thirty-two minor acupuncture points is not more than 10 mm. The width of the line along the body surface is 1mm with reference to the body surface meridians, and the interval between the spiral heating wires 5 is set to 1mm to 2 mm. The heating shape is designed into a spiral shape according to the distribution rule of channels and collaterals similar to the shape of hills, so that the aims of stimulating acupuncture points and further promoting blood circulation and health care are fulfilled.
According to medical research, the human body is easy to cause low-temperature scald when contacting objects with the temperature of more than 45 ℃ for a long time, so that the temperature of the heating wires needs to be controlled, and the heating temperature of the shoe pad 16 by the MCU master control system 9 is limited to be 37-44 ℃. Because the heating insole can be mainly used in spring, autumn and winter, four gears are designed, namely the first gear is 37-38 ℃; the second gear is 39-40 ℃; the third gear is 41-42 ℃, and the fourth gear is 43-44 ℃. The four gears are selectively switched by a heating insole temperature-rising button 11 and a heating insole temperature-lowering button 12. The temperature control mode of the MCU main control system 9 is PID control, wherein the real-time temperature is provided by the temperature sensor 6, and the reference temperature is determined by the gears selected by the heating insole temperature-increasing button 11 and the heating insole temperature-reducing button 12 in real time.
When sole heating is needed, the heating insole switch 10 is turned on, the MCU main controller detects an on signal of the heating insole switch 10, and then the DAC module transmits the matched voltage to the spiral heating wire 5 for heating through the contact piece V21, the contact piece III19, the contact piece II18 and the contact piece I3.
When heating is needed, the heating insole temperature-rising button 11 is pressed, the MCU main controller detects a temperature-rising signal of the heating insole temperature-rising button 11, the temperature rises by one gear, and then the voltage matched with the gear temperature is transmitted to the spiral heating wire 5 through the DAC module through the contact piece V21, the contact piece III19, the contact piece II18 and the contact piece I3 for heating. The heating insole temperature-rising button 11 can control the temperature rising to the fourth gear at the maximum, namely 43-44 ℃.
When the temperature is required to be reduced and heated, the heating insole cooling button 12 is pressed, the MCU main controller detects a cooling signal of the heating insole cooling button 12, the temperature is reduced by one gear, and then the voltage matched with the gear temperature is transmitted to the spiral heating wire 5 through the DAC module and is heated through the contact piece V21, the contact piece III19, the contact piece II18 and the contact piece I3. The heating insole cooling button 12 can control the temperature to be reduced to the first gear at the maximum, namely 37-38 ℃.
When the heating is required to be stopped, the heating insole switch 10 is pressed down, the MCU main controller detects a closing signal of the heating insole switch 10, the power supply is immediately stopped, and the heating is stopped.
