Detailed Description
The terminology used in the description of the embodiments of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application, as the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The wireless headset can be used in cooperation with electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer and a watch to process audio services such as media and conversation of the electronic equipment or other data services. For example, the audio service may include media services such as playing music, recording, music in a video file, background music in a game, and incoming call prompt tone for a user; the method can also comprise playing voice data of an opposite terminal for a user or collecting voice data of the user and sending the voice data to the opposite terminal under call service scenes such as telephone, WeChat voice message, audio call, video call, game, voice assistant and the like.
In the prior art, the wireless headset is used in cooperation with a headset box for accommodating the wireless headset and charging the wireless headset, and a communication mechanism needs to be established between the wireless headset and the charging box for information interaction such as electric quantity information, pairing information and test information. Therefore, the wireless earphone and the earphone box are respectively provided with corresponding electric connectors, when the wireless earphone is stored in the earphone box and the electric connectors on the wireless earphone are contacted with the electric connectors in the earphone box, the wireless earphone can be charged and communicated through the transmission function of the electric connectors. However, normally, the charging function and the communication function cannot be simultaneously performed by the electrical connector, and when an abnormality (for example, short circuit, corrosion, or the like) occurs in the connection state of the electrical connector, normal communication cannot be performed.
At present, some technologies solve the problem that the charging function and the communication function cannot be performed simultaneously by adding an electrical connector, for example, an electrical connector for charging and an electrical connector for communication are respectively provided on the wireless headset, and an electrical connector for charging and an electrical connector for communication corresponding to the wireless headset are provided in the charging box, however, in the above solutions, if an abnormality (for example, short circuit, corrosion, etc.) occurs in the electrical connector in the connection state, normal communication still cannot be performed. Moreover, as the size of the earphone is smaller and smaller, the interference problem of electrostatic discharge (ESD), surge and the like to the earphone is more and more serious, and the electric connector of the earphone exposed to the outside more easily guides high-frequency and high-voltage interference signals generated by ESD, surge and the like to the inside of the earphone, thereby possibly interfering or damaging devices and circuits inside the earphone.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides an earphone assembly, through having at least one first electrode on the earphone, have at least one second electrode on the earphone box, when the earphone was placed in the earphone box, first electrode and second electrode set up relatively, and form the electric capacity between first electrode and the second electrode in order to realize wireless communication, utilize coupling capacitance communication principle, can avoid the problem that the metal terminal among the prior art appears leading to unable normal communication when unusual in the connected state.
The following describes a specific structure of the earphone assembly with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a headset assembly 100, where the headset assembly 100 may include: the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20, at least one first electrode 101 is arranged on the earphone 10, at least one second electrode 201 is arranged on the earphone box 20, when the earphone 10 is placed in the earphone box 20, the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 are oppositely arranged, and a capacitor is formed between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 to realize wireless communication.
Specifically, when the earphone 10 is placed in the earphone box 20, a capacitor is formed between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201, according to the coupling capacitor communication principle, non-contact wireless communication can be achieved between the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20, and then communication interaction schemes such as electric quantity information, pairing information and test information can be solved, and the problem that normal communication cannot be achieved when a metal terminal in the prior art is abnormal in a connection state is avoided.
Among them, it is easily understood that data exchange of wireless communication such as Bluetooth (BT), Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) network, Frequency Modulation (FM), short-range wireless communication (NFC), Infrared (IR) technology, etc. is included between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201. That is, the earphone 10 can pair with the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 of the earphone box 20 and establish a wireless connection, so as to realize the data exchange of the wireless communication.
In the embodiment of the present application, the arrangement of the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 includes, but is not limited to, the following two possible implementations:
one possible implementation is: as shown in fig. 1, each earphone 10 has a first electrode 101, each earphone box 20 has a second electrode 201, the first electrode 101 transmits the communication signal of the earphone 10 to the earphone box 20 through the second electrode 201, and the second electrode 201 transmits the communication signal of the earphone box 20 to the earphone 10 through the first electrode 101.
That is, only one pair of electrode combinations is formed on the earphone 10 and the earphone case 20, i.e., a low power consumption wireless communication scheme of a half duplex mode is formed. Half-duplex communication means that data can be transmitted in both directions, but one channel can only allow one-way transmission at the same time, and is therefore also referred to as bidirectional alternate communication. If the transmission direction needs to be changed, a switch is needed to switch, and the half-duplex mode requires a transmitting device and a receiving device at both transmitting and receiving ends, so that the mode needs to frequently change the channel direction, thereby having low efficiency, but saving the transmission line.
Another possible implementation is: as shown in fig. 2, the earphone 10 has two first electrodes 101, the earphone box 20 has two second electrodes 201, one of the two first electrodes 101 transmits the communication signal of the earphone 10 to the earphone box 20 through one of the two second electrodes 201, and the other of the two second electrodes 201 transmits the communication signal of the earphone box 20 to the earphone 10 through the other of the two first electrodes 101.
That is, the electrode combination on the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20 may be extended to two pairs, that is, a low power consumption wireless communication scheme of a full duplex mode is formed by the two pairs of electrode combination. Full duplex means that at any time during communication, there can be simultaneous bidirectional signal transmission from a to B and B to a on the line. In full duplex mode, a transmitter and a receiver are provided at each end of the communication system, thereby enabling control of data transfer in both directions simultaneously. The full duplex mode does not require a direction switch and therefore there is no time delay associated with the switching operation, which is advantageous for interactive applications (e.g., remote monitoring and control systems) where there is no time delay.
In this embodiment, two first electrodes 101 are disposed on the earphone 10, and second electrodes 201 corresponding to the two first electrodes 101 are disposed on the earphone box 20, wherein one of the two first electrodes 101 transmits a communication signal of the earphone 10 to the earphone box 20 through one of the two second electrodes 201, and the other of the two second electrodes 201 transmits a communication signal of the earphone box 20 to the earphone 10 through the other of the two first electrodes 101, so that bidirectional communication interaction between the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20 can be simultaneously performed at the same time.
In one possible implementation, the two first electrodes 101 on the earphone 10 may be disposed discretely on the earphone 10. The dispersed arrangement means that the distance between the two first electrodes 101 on the earphone 10 can be greater than or equal to a preset value. That is, both the first electrodes 101 are not disposed at the side of the earphone 10, only one first electrode 101 is disposed at the side of the earphone 10, and the other first electrode 101 disposed apart from the first electrode 101 is disposed at the bottom of the earphone 10, or the two first electrodes 101 may be disposed apart from each other at a relatively large distance at the side of the earphone 10. In this way, the inside of the earphone 10 can have more sufficient space for arranging more other components, and the mutual influence between two adjacent first electrodes 101 can be reduced to some extent.
Of course, in some other embodiments, the electrode combinations on the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20 may be expanded to form more pairs, and the electrode combinations of more pairs form a low power consumption wireless communication scheme in a full duplex mode, so as to meet more functional requirements.
In practical applications, taking the earphone 10 as the transmitting terminal a and the earphone box 20 as the receiving terminal B as an example, when the earphone 10 initiates communication, the alternating current signal may implement wireless communication through the coupling capacitor formed between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201. Moreover, in an actual application scenario, taking the earphone 10 as the a end and the earphone box 20 as the B end as an example, referring to fig. 10, a dotted line in the diagram is a waveform diagram sent by the a end, and a solid line is a waveform diagram received by the B end, when the a end initiates communication, an alternating current signal can pass through a coupling capacitor formed by two electrodes, so as to implement an application scenario of wireless communication, and therefore, in an actual application, a capacitance value between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 can be flexibly adjusted according to a communication frequency and a voltage amplitude of a sending end or a receiving end, so as to obtain an optimal communication effect.
It is easy to understand that, according to the calculation formula of capacitance value: c ═ S/d and C ═ S rS/4 pi kd, where e and er are the dielectric constants of the dielectrics between the two electrodes forming the capacitance, S is the facing area between the two electrodes forming the capacitance, d is the distance between the two electrodes forming the capacitance, and k is the constant of the electrostatic force, it can be seen that the capacitance value formed between the two electrodes is larger as the facing area S between the two electrodes is larger; when the distance d between the two electrodes is smaller, the capacitance value of the capacitor formed between the two electrodes is larger. Therefore, in a practical application scenario, the capacitance value of the capacitor can be adjusted by adjusting the facing area S between the two electrodes and the distance d between the two electrodes. Even further, the capacitance can be adjusted by changing the medium between the two electrodes to adjust the desired dielectric constants ε and ε r.
In a possible implementation manner, the projection area of the first electrode 101 on the second electrode 201 completely overlaps with the second electrode 201, and exemplarily, as shown in fig. 1, the first electrode 101 on the earphone 10 and the second electrode 201 on the earphone box 20 are completely opposite to each other. As shown in fig. 3, the projection area of the first electrode 101 on the second electrode 201 only partially overlaps with the second electrode 201, i.e. the first electrode 101 on the earphone 10 and the second electrode 201 on the earphone box 20 are only partially disposed opposite to each other.
Compared with the earphone assembly 100 shown in fig. 3, the earphone assembly 100 shown in fig. 1 completely overlaps the second electrode 201 through the projection area of the first electrode 101 on the second electrode 201, and can ensure that the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 are completely arranged oppositely, so that the facing area S between the polar plates between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 is the largest, thereby increasing the capacitance value, ensuring the transmission of wireless communication between the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20, and improving the communication effect between the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the earphone 10 may include an earphone body 11 and a first main control chip (not shown in the figure) disposed inside the earphone body 11, wherein the first electrode 101 is electrically connected to the first main control chip. Through being connected first electrode 101 with the first main control chip electricity that sets up in earphone body 11 inside, can ensure the communication information interaction between first electrode 101 and the first main control chip to guarantee that the communication signal of earphone 10 transmits to earphone box 20 through first electrode 101, and guarantee that the communication signal of earphone box 20 transmits to earphone 10 through first electrode 101.
As an alternative embodiment, a first port (not shown in the figure) for electrically connecting to the first electrode 101 may be disposed on the first main control chip, and the first electrode 101 is electrically connected to the first main control chip through the first port. The first port used for being electrically connected with the first electrode 101 is arranged on the first main control chip, the first electrode 101 is electrically connected with the first main control chip through the first port, and the first electrode 101 can be electrically connected with the first main control chip.
Or, if the first main control chip in the earphone 10 itself has a redundant first port for electrically connecting the first main control chip and the first electrode 101, the port may not be separately provided in the embodiment of the present application, so as to save the cost.
For example, the first electrode 101 may be electrically connected to a General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) of a first main control chip of the earphone 10, and the earphone 10 may serve as a transmitting end or a receiving end. It should be noted that the first port includes, but is not limited to, GPIO, and other buses such as I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit), I3C (Improved Inter-Integrated Circuit), sound wire (SoundWire), Low power consumption Inter-chip Media Bus (SLIMbus), etc., which are not limited by the embodiments of the present application. The I2C bus is used to connect the microcontroller and its peripheral equipment, the I3C bus is the improved I2C bus, the SLIMbus is an audio interface used to connect the baseband/application processor and audio chip, the bus protocol ensures to send both control information and data information, thus it can replace the traditional two interfaces of data and control.
In this embodiment, the earphone box 20 may include an earphone box body 21 and a second main control chip (not shown in the figure) disposed inside the earphone box body 21, wherein the second electrode 201 is electrically connected to the second main control chip to electrically connect the second electrode 201 to an internal circuit of the earphone box body 21. Through being connected second electrode 201 with the second main control chip electricity that sets up in earphone box body 21 is inside, can ensure the communication information interaction between second electrode 201 and the second main control chip to guarantee that the communication signal of earphone box 20 transmits to earphone 10 through second electrode 201, and guarantee that the communication signal of earphone 10 transmits to earphone box 20 through second electrode 201.
As an alternative embodiment, a second port (not shown in the figure) for electrically connecting with the second electrode 201 may be disposed on the second main control chip, and the second electrode 201 is electrically connected with the second main control chip through the second port. The second port used for being electrically connected with the second electrode 201 is arranged on the second main control chip, and the second electrode 201 is electrically connected with the second main control chip through the second port, so that the second electrode 201 can be electrically connected with the second main control chip.
Or, if the second main control chip in the earphone box 20 itself has a redundant second port for electrically connecting the second main control chip and the second electrode 201, the port may not be separately provided in the embodiment of the present application, so as to save the cost.
For example, the second electrode 201 may be electrically connected to a General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) of a second main control chip of the earphone box 20, and the earphone box 20 may serve as a transmitting end or a receiving end. It should be noted that the second port includes, but is not limited to, GPIO, and other buses such as I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit), I3C (Improved Inter-Integrated Circuit), sound wire (SoundWire), Low power consumption Inter-chip Media Bus (SLIMbus), etc., which are not limited by the embodiments of the present application.

For example, when sweat stains are attached to the earphone 10, if the earphone 10 is placed in the earphone box 20, the sweat stains on the earphone 10 are easily stained on the second electrode 201 in the earphone box 20, which affects the transmission function of the communication signal between the second electrode 201 and the first electrode 101.
Yet another possible implementation is: as shown in fig. 4, a groove 211 may be formed on an inner wall of the earphone box 20, and the second electrode 201 is located in the groove 211. Through being equipped with recess 211 on earphone box 20's inner wall, second electrode 201 is located the recess 211 on earphone box 20's inner wall, can save the inside space of earphone box 20, avoids second electrode 201 to occupy or influence the setting and the use of the inside other original parts of earphone box 20.

Through being provided with insulating layer 30 in the opening position department of recess 211 on the inner wall of earphone box 20, can avoid exposed second electrode 201 to receive influences such as sweat corruption to avoid influencing the communication signal transfer function between second electrode 201 and first electrode 101.
In some embodiments, the insulating layer 30 may be an insulating varnish. The insulating paint can prevent the exposed first electrode 101 or the second electrode 201 from being affected by sweat corrosion and the like, so that the communication signal transmission function between the first electrode 101 and the second electrode 201 is prevented from being affected.
In addition, referring to fig. 8 or fig. 9, in the embodiment of the present application, the earphone body 11 may include an earphone portion 112 and an earphone handle 112, wherein as an alternative implementation, the first electrode 101 may be disposed on a side of the earphone handle 113 away from the earphone portion 112, for example, in fig. 8, the first electrode 101 is disposed on an inner wall of the earphone handle 113 on the side away from the earphone portion 112, in fig. 9, an opening 111 may be disposed on an outer wall of the earphone handle 113 on the side away from the earphone portion 112, and the first electrode 101 is disposed in the opening 111, that is, the first electrode 101 is disposed on the side of the earphone handle 113 away from the earphone portion 112.

Taking the earphone 10 as the a terminal and the earphone box 20 as the B terminal as an example, in one possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 12, a capacitance C formed between the a terminal and the B terminal is 100nF, and in addition, a resistor may be disposed in the earphone box 20, for example, in fig. 12, the resistor R may be 10k, and the resistor may play a role of filtering in a communication circuit to prevent signal interference.

And, optionally, the space between the first connection terminal 102 of the earphone 10 and the space between the second connection terminal of the earphone box 20 and the earphone box 20 may be liquid-tight, so as to have a high waterproof level.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first connection terminal 102 may be disposed at the bottom of the earphone 10 (see fig. 6), and the second connection terminal is disposed at the bottom of the earphone box 20, that is, at a position on the earphone box 20 corresponding to the first connection terminal 102. Alternatively, referring to fig. 7, the first connection terminal 102 may be disposed at a side portion of the earphone 10, and the second connection terminal may be disposed at a side portion of the earphone box 20, that is, at a position corresponding to the first connection terminal 102 on the earphone box 20. Compared with the prior art, the earphone 10 and the earphone box 20 in the embodiment of the present application can realize simultaneous communication and charging without presenting more metal connection terminals to the outside.
And moreover, through the cooperation of different electrodes, a low-power-consumption wireless communication scheme in a half-duplex or full-duplex mode can be formed, meanwhile, non-contact wireless communication can be realized only by arranging the electrodes and the interfaces of the main control chip, and even when the main control chip has the interfaces, the interfaces for electrically connecting the electrodes can not be independently arranged, so that the cost is low, and the wireless communication scheme is low in cost.
In addition, in order to further solve the problem caused by the exposure of the first connection terminal 102 of the earphone 10 and reduce the influence of high-frequency and high-voltage interference signals such as ESD and surge, an anti-interference device may be further added inside the earphone 10 in the embodiment of the present application, so that the electrical signal input by the first connection terminal 102 of the earphone 10 may be accessed to the circuit system inside the earphone 10 after passing through the anti-interference device. The anti-interference device can be used to suppress high-frequency and high-voltage interference signals such as ESD and surge introduced from the outside to the first connection terminal 102, reduce interference and influence of these interference signals on the circuit system of the earphone 10, and improve the stability of the earphone 10 system. The interference suppression device may attenuate, absorb or filter the high-frequency and high-voltage interference signals, so that the high-frequency and high-voltage interference signals lose the high-frequency and high-voltage characteristics, thereby reducing the influence on the devices in the circuit of the earphone 10.
