Aiming at the wall caving, roof caving, surrounding rock roadway crushing without guniting and rapid deformation roadway of a working face, common cement or polymer grouting materials are mostly adopted in the past, but the two materials often have the following problems in the actual use process:
1) although the ordinary cement is low in price, the setting speed is low, the leakage slurry is difficult to block, the strength is slowly increased, the effective grouting amount is small, and the reinforcing effect is poor.

Mixing the inorganic materials of the component A and the component B according to the weight ratio of 0.35-0.8: 1, respectively mixing and stirring uniformly, and then mixing the materials in a weight ratio of 1: 1, grouting after mixing, and detecting the setting time and the performance of the solidified material. The performance test results of the double-liquid quick-setting grouting reinforced inorganic material are shown in the following table 5:
in combination with the performance test results of examples 1-5, comparative analysis found that: the higher the weight ratio of the plugging agent is, the shorter the setting time is, the higher the weight ratio of the cement is, the higher the initial compressive strength is, but the compressive strength after final setting is not so large as to be about 50MPa, the coal mine tunnel reinforcement requirement can be met, the setting time can be adjusted according to the actual condition of a tunnel site, and the application range is wide.
The double-liquid rapid-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material has smaller difference with a high-molecular chemical material in setting time and compressive strength, and belongs to a rapid-setting material. The double-liquid quick-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material completely overcomes the major defects of high reaction temperature, combustibility, toxicity, corrosiveness and high cost of a high-molecular grouting material, is an environment-friendly green material, and can replace a high-molecular chemical material in most fields.
A construction process for reinforcing inorganic materials by double-liquid quick-setting grouting comprises the following steps:
s1, punching holes at the positions of the punched holes in the coal seam, wherein the punching holes are 75-90 mm in diameter and 100m in depth; placing a bag type hole sealing device and a high-pressure steel pipe into a drill hole, connecting a slurry discharge port of a pneumatic grouting pump and the bag type hole sealing device together by using a quick connector, and adding an inorganic hole sealing material into a stirring cylinder of the pneumatic grouting pump, wherein the inorganic hole sealing material is a powdery micro-expansion hole sealing material which does not generate high temperature, is short in solidification time and has high compressive strength; and then mixing the inorganic hole sealing material with water according to the weight ratio of 1: and adding water for dilution according to the proportion of 1.2, and starting a pneumatic grouting pump after uniform stirring.
The structure of bag-type hole packer includes: a grouting pipe with the outer diameter of 16mm and the inner diameter of 12mm, wherein two ends of the grouting pipe are respectively provided with a bag woven by nylon fiber yarns and a blasting valve positioned in the middle of the grouting pipe; the structure of pneumatic slip casting pump includes: the grouting pump body, a mixing drum, a pneumatic stirrer and a pressure limiting valve.
The method comprises the steps that inorganic hole sealing materials are injected into bags at two ends of a bag type hole packer, after the bags at the two ends are fully injected and expanded, the two ends are blocked, the pressure in the hole packer rises, when the pressure in the hole packer exceeds the pressure which can be borne by a blasting valve in the middle of the hole packer, the blasting valve is blasted, the inorganic hole sealing materials flow out of the blasting valve of the hole packer and flow towards the two ends of a drill hole, when cracks in the drill hole and around the drill hole are fully injected with the inorganic hole sealing materials, the pressure in the hole rises, when the pressure in the hole reaches the pressure set by a pressure limiting valve of a pneumatic grouting pump, the grouting pump automatically stops working, and after the drill hole is completely grouted, a quick connector is pulled out to be connected with other drill holes to perform sequential grouting and hole sealing.
S2, drilling, grouting and sealing holes, burying a high-pressure steel pipe with the outer diameter of 40mm into the drilled hole, and then pouring the component A and the component B which are prepared according to the parts by weight into two pneumatic stirrers respectively to be uniformly stirred, wherein the pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump consists of two slurry suction pipes and a grouting pipe, the working pressure is 0.3-0.8MPa, and the slurry outlet pressure is adjustable between 0-100 MPa; the component A and the component B are respectively mixed according to the weight ratio of 0.35-0.8: 1, respectively adding water, stirring and uniformly mixing.
S3, putting two slurry suction pipes of the pneumatic double-fluid grouting pump into two mixers to suck A, B two slurries into a pump body according to a weight ratio of 1: the proportion of 1 is mixed at the grout outlet of the pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump, the pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump is started, the pressure is adjusted to 10MPa, and the double-liquid quick-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material formed after mixing is injected into the coal seam through a high-pressure steel pipe.
Under the action of high pressure, the double-liquid rapid-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material can penetrate into all cracks around the drill hole, the double-liquid rapid-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material can be solidified for 5min to block the surrounding cracks, the strength after final setting reaches more than 40MPa, the highest reaction temperature of A, B two-component inorganic materials is 65 ℃, and the temperature is lower than the mine safety temperature.
As shown in fig. 1, the construction process flow structure diagram of the dual-hydraulic rapid-hardening grouting reinforcement inorganic material of the present invention is shown, and the construction process flow combined with the structure diagram is as follows: pouring the component A in the material pile 1A into a pneumatic stirrer 2A, opening a valve 11, and adding a certain amount of water into a water tank 9A; according to the water-material ratio of 1: 2, adding water into the pneumatic stirrer 2A, starting the pneumatic stirrer 2A to stir for not less than 5min, and pouring the slurry A into the slurry storage barrel 3 after uniform stirring; meanwhile, the component B is also uniformly stirred and poured into a material B pulp storage barrel 5 according to the steps.
And after A, B two kinds of grout are prepared, starting a pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump 4, sucking A, B two kinds of grout by the pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump 4, mixing the two kinds of grout at a grout outlet, injecting the grout into the coal seam through a high-pressure steel pipe buried in the coal seam, wherein the grouting pressure is about 10MPa, the two kinds of grout are mixed and injected into a drilled hole, the grout is initially set for 5min, the strength can reach 15MPa in one hour, the strength can reach 40MPa after one day, and the temperature is highest but not more than 70 ℃.
The double-liquid quick-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material is a double-component inorganic material, comprises a component A and a component B, and is prepared by adding water to the two components respectively and stirring the two components and then mixing the two components when the double-liquid quick-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material is used on site, after the two slurry bodies of the double-liquid quick-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material are mixed, the two slurry bodies are set within 30 s-2 min, the two slurry bodies are completely cured within 3-5 min, the strength is rapidly increased, and the strength reaches over 10MPa at 15 min; the grouting material is suitable for grouting reinforcement and water plugging under the engineering conditions of a roadway with strong mine pressure, a mining working surface, a non-guniting roadway and the like, and is also suitable for grouting engineering under the similar engineering conditions of highways, subways, tunnels and the like.

4. The dual-fluid rapid-setting grouting reinforced inorganic material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the plugging agent adopts F-type quick hydraulic powdery material with initial setting time not later than 3min and final setting time not later than 5 min.
5. The dual-fluid rapid-setting grouting reinforced inorganic material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the reaction temperature of the component A and the component B is less than or equal to 65 ℃, and the grouting reinforcement strength after mixing is higher than 40 MPa.
6. The construction process of the double-fluid quick-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, punching holes at the punched positions in the coal seam, putting a bag type hole sealing device and a high-pressure steel pipe into the drilled holes, connecting a slurry discharge port of a pneumatic grouting pump and the bag type hole sealing device together by using a quick connector, adding an inorganic hole sealing material into a mixing drum of the pneumatic grouting pump, and then, according to the weight ratio of the inorganic hole sealing material to water of 1: adding water according to the proportion of 1.2 for dilution, starting a pneumatic grouting pump after uniform stirring, and pulling out a quick connector to connect with other drill holes for grouting and hole sealing in sequence after grouting of the drill hole is finished;
s2, after embedding the high-pressure steel pipe into the drilled hole, pouring the prepared component A and component B in parts by weight into two pneumatic stirrers respectively and stirring uniformly, wherein the component A and the component B are respectively mixed according to the weight ratio of 0.35-0.8: 1, respectively adding water into the water-cement ratio, and uniformly stirring and mixing;
s3, putting two slurry suction pipes of the pneumatic double-fluid grouting pump into two mixers to suck A, B two slurries into a pump body according to a weight ratio of 1: the proportion of 1 is mixed at the grout outlet of the pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump, the pneumatic double-liquid grouting pump is started, the pressure is adjusted to 10MPa, and the double-liquid rapid-setting grouting reinforcement inorganic material formed after mixing is injected into the coal seam through a high-pressure steel pipe.
