By arranging the two folding bars 22 to fold the garbage bag in the middle of the bottom plate 1 along the first direction, the efficiency of folding the garbage bag can be improved.
Preferably, the folding driving assembly 21 further includes a first synchronous idler pulley 215 and a second synchronous idler pulley 216, which are both disposed on a side wall of the first side plate 12 far from the sealing rod 32, wherein the first synchronous idler pulley 215 and the second synchronous idler pulley 216 are correspondingly adjacent to two sides of the sealing assembly 33, the first synchronous pulley 212 and the first synchronous idler pulley 215 are at the same height and are both disposed on the upper portion of the side plate 12, the second synchronous pulley 213 and the second synchronous idler pulley 216 are at the same height and are both disposed on the lower portion of the first side plate 12, and the synchronous belt 214 is wound around the first synchronous pulley 212, the second synchronous pulley 213, the first synchronous idler pulley 215, and the second synchronous idler pulley 216.
By arranging the first synchronous idler pulley 215 and the second synchronous idler pulley 216, the first synchronous idler pulley 212, the second synchronous idler pulley 213, the first synchronous idler pulley 215 and the second synchronous idler pulley 216 are enclosed to form a parallelogram, and the upper horizontal section and the lower horizontal section of the parallelogram are correspondingly positioned at two ends of the first side plate 12, so that on the premise that two folding rods 22 can be mutually close to or far away from each other along the horizontal direction, the first synchronous pulley 212 and the second synchronous pulley 213 with larger diameters are not needed to avoid interference of the sealing assembly 33, and the folding driving assembly 21 is convenient to arrange.
Further, the first timing idler 215 is located on a side of the seal assembly 33 away from the first timing pulley 212, i.e., the first timing idler 215 is located between the second timing pulley 213 and the seal assembly 33, and the second timing idler 216 is located on a side of the seal assembly 33 away from the second timing pulley 213, i.e., the second timing idler 216 is located between the first timing pulley 212 and the seal assembly 33.
By arranging the positions of the first synchronous idler pulley 215 and the second synchronous idler pulley 216, the first synchronous pulley 212, the second synchronous pulley 213, the first synchronous idler pulley 215 and the second synchronous idler pulley 216 can enclose a parallelogram with upper horizontal section and lower horizontal section exceeding the sealing assembly 33, so that the two folding rods 22 can be ensured to be close to two sides of the sealing assembly 33 as much as possible, and the garbage bag can be sealed smoothly.
In the present embodiment, the upper portion and the lower portion of the timing belt 214 are both clamped with the clamping bases 23, and the two clamping bases 23 penetrate to the side of the side plate 12 near the sealing assembly 33 and are correspondingly connected with the two folding bars 22, so as to drive the two folding bars 22 to approach or separate from each other along the first direction under the transmission of the timing belt 214.
Specifically, the clamping seat 23 includes a first clamping plate 231 and a second clamping plate 232 correspondingly clamped on the outer periphery and the inner periphery of the synchronous belt 214, and a fixing member for locking the first clamping plate 231 and the second clamping plate 232, wherein the fixing member is a locking bolt 233, the second clamping plate 232 is provided with engagement teeth, the engagement teeth are engaged on the transmission teeth on the inner periphery of the synchronous belt 214, and the first clamping plate 231 penetrates to one side of the side plate 12 close to the sealing rod 32 and is connected with the folding rod 22.
The engagement teeth on the second clamping plate 232 are engaged with the transmission teeth on the inner periphery of the synchronous belt 214, so that the clamping seat 23 can be ensured not to slide, the folding rod 22 can be ensured not to slide, and the folding work of the garbage bag is smooth.
In this embodiment, a side wall of the first side plate 12 near the sealing rod 32 is provided with a folding sliding rail 15 extending along the length direction of the first side plate 12, the folding sliding rail 15 is slidably connected with a folding sliding block 16, and the two folding rods 22 are connected to the folding sliding block 16. Through the arrangement of the folding slide rail 15 and the folding slide block 16, the movement of the two folding rods 22 can be more stable, so that the stable operation of the garbage bag sealing device is ensured.
The arrangement of the closure assembly 33 and the folding drive assembly 21 in embodiment 1 is adapted to embodiments 2 and 3.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7 in combination, in the second embodiment, the pressing plate 34 is provided separately from the sealing rod 32, and the elastic urging mechanism 4 is provided between the sealing rod 32 and the pressing plate 34.
In this embodiment, the elastic propulsion mechanism 4 includes a second elastic member 41b and a second adjusting component, the sealing rod 32 is hollow, and the sealing rod 32 is opposite to the position of the sealing component 33 and is provided with a avoiding hole, the pressing plate 34 is disposed in the avoiding hole, and part of the pressing plate 34 extends out of the avoiding hole, two opposite sides of the pressing plate 34 are provided with abutting steps 341, the abutting steps 341 abut against the inner side of the sealing rod 32 to limit the pressing plate 34 from escaping from the avoiding hole, the second adjusting component is disposed on one side of the sealing rod 32 opposite to the pressing plate 34, the second elastic member 41b is disposed between the second adjusting component and the pressing plate 34, and the second adjusting component is used for adjusting the compression amount of the second elastic member 41b so as to adjust the thrust applied to the pressing plate 34 by the second elastic member 41b, and the second elastic member 41b is a second compression spring.
Specifically, the second adjusting assembly includes a pushing plate 42b, a second adjusting bolt 43b and a guiding shaft 44b, wherein the pushing plate 42b is disposed on a side of the sealing rod 32 opposite to the pressing plate 34, three second adjusting bolts 43b are uniformly disposed on the pushing plate 42b along the length direction, the second adjusting bolts 43b penetrate through the pushing plate 42b and are screwed on the side wall of the sealing rod 32, so as to be used for adjusting the distance between the pushing plate 42b and the sealing rod 32, the guiding shaft 44b is disposed at two ends of the pushing plate 42b along the length direction, one end of the guiding shaft 44b is fixed to a side of the pressing plate 34 opposite to the pushing plate 42b, the other end of the guiding shaft 44b penetrates through the pushing plate 42b, so as to play a guiding role on the pushing plate 42b, second compression springs are disposed on the outer circles of the two guiding shafts 44b, and two ends of each second compression spring correspondingly abut against two opposite sides of the pushing plate 42b and the pressing plate 34.
The second adjusting bolt 43b is adjusted to be screwed into the sealing rod 32, so that the compression amount of the second compression spring compressed by the pushing plate 42b is adjusted, the thrust force applied to the pressing plate 34 by the second compression spring is further adjusted, and finally, the pressure when the pressing plate 34 and the sealing assembly 33 clamp sundries is adjusted. The pressure of the pressing plate 34 and the sealing assembly 33 is adjusted according to the requirement, so that the garbage bag sealing device can smoothly seal the garbage bag.
In this embodiment, the seal driving assembly 31 can be an electric push rod, a combination of a motor and a screw, or a combination of a motor and a rack and pinion.
In the third embodiment, the frame includes a first side plate 12 disposed at an upper portion of the bottom plate 1, the length direction of the first side plate 12 is parallel to the first direction, and the first side plate 12 is located at one side of the seal assembly 33, the seal assembly 33 is slidably mounted on the bottom plate 1 or the first side plate 12, and the elastic urging mechanism 4 is disposed between the seal assembly 33 and the first side plate 12.
In this embodiment, the seal driving assembly 31 can be an electric push rod, a combination of a motor and a screw, or a combination of a motor and a rack and pinion.
By providing an elastic pushing mechanism (not shown) between the sealing assembly 3 and the first side plate 12, the elastic pushing mechanism can be pushed in the process that the sealing rod 32 drives the pressing plate 34 to move to the stop position, so that the elastic pushing mechanism is compressed, and then the first elastic pushing mechanism applies force to the sealing assembly 33 towards the pressing plate 34, so that the sealing work of the garbage bag can be still completed under the condition that sundries exist at the opening of the garbage bag.
The invention also relates to a cleaning device comprising:
a garbage bag sealing device;
the garbage can is arranged below the bottom plate 1 of the garbage bag sealing device and is communicated with the through hole 11, an exhaust fan is arranged on the side wall of the garbage can, a garbage bag outlet is arranged at the lower part of the garbage can, and a door opening assembly for closing or opening the garbage bag outlet is arranged at the lower part of the garbage can;
the garbage bag containing mechanism is arranged above the bottom plate 1 of the garbage bag sealing device and is communicated with the through hole 11, garbage bags are contained in the garbage bag containing mechanism, the opening end of each garbage bag is arranged in the garbage bag containing mechanism, and the closed end of each garbage bag can enter the garbage can under the suction force of the exhaust fan and is attached to the inner side of the garbage can.
Compared with the prior art, the cleaning equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that the sealing operation of the garbage bag can be still finished under the condition that sundries exist in the garbage bag by adopting the garbage bag sealing device, and meanwhile, the process of folding and sealing the garbage bag is more stable, so that the stable operation of the cleaning equipment is ensured.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A garbage bag sealing device, comprising:
the frame comprises a bottom plate, and through holes which penetrate through the upper side and the lower side for passing through the garbage bags are formed in the bottom plate;
the folding mechanism comprises a folding driving assembly and a folding rod which are all arranged on the frame, and the folding driving assembly is used for driving the folding rod to press the opening end of the garbage bag along the first direction;
the sealing mechanism comprises a sealing driving assembly, a sealing rod, a pressing plate and a sealing assembly which are all arranged on the frame, wherein the sealing driving assembly is used for driving the sealing rod to move towards the sealing assembly along a second direction, the pressing plate is arranged at a position where the sealing rod is opposite to the sealing assembly, and the first direction and the second direction are intersected;
the elastic pushing mechanism is used for continuously applying pushing force for compacting the pressing plate and the sealing assembly after the sealing driving assembly drives the sealing rod to move to a stop position towards the sealing assembly, and meanwhile, the sealing assembly is matched with the pressing plate to gradually grind sundries in a hot melting or vibration mode, so that the pressing plate and the sealing assembly can be gradually close to and abutted against each other;
the sealing driving assembly comprises electric push rods arranged on two sides of the bottom plate along the second direction, the electric push rods are positioned on two sides of the folding mechanism, the elastic pushing mechanism is arranged between the electric push rods and two ends of the sealing rod, and the two electric push rods correspondingly drive the two ends of the sealing rod to move;
and/or the pressing plate and the sealing rod are arranged in a split mode, and the elastic pushing mechanism is arranged between the sealing rod and the pressing plate.
2. The trash bag closure device of claim 1 wherein the motorized push rod and closure assembly are located on the same side of the base plate.
3. The garbage bag sealing device of claim 1, wherein the elastic pushing mechanism comprises a first elastic member and a first adjusting assembly, the first elastic member is arranged between the electric push rod and the sealing rod, the first adjusting assembly is connected to the sealing rod, and the first adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the compression amount of the first elastic member so as to adjust the compression force between the pressing plate and the sealing assembly.

The garbage bag sealing device according to claim 3, wherein the first adjusting component comprises a spring seat and a first adjusting bolt, a connecting hole penetrating through two ends is formed in the spring seat along the second direction, a limit step is formed in one end, close to the sealing component, of the inner wall of the connecting hole, the first elastic piece is a first compression spring, the first compression spring is arranged in the connecting hole, the sealing driving component is arranged on one side, close to the sealing component, of the spring seat, the first adjusting bolt penetrates through the first compression spring, a threaded end of the first adjusting bolt is connected to the sealing driving component in a threaded mode and can move relative to the sealing driving component along the second direction, and two ends of the first compression spring are correspondingly abutted to the threaded end of the first adjusting bolt and the limit step.

The garbage bag sealing device of claim 1, wherein the elastic pushing mechanism comprises a second elastic member and a second adjusting assembly, the sealing rod is hollow, an avoidance hole is formed in the position, opposite to the sealing assembly, of the sealing rod, the pressing plate is arranged in the avoidance hole, the pressing plate partially extends out of the avoidance hole, two opposite sides of the pressing plate are provided with abutting steps, the abutting steps are abutted to the inner side of the sealing rod, the second adjusting assembly is arranged on one side, opposite to the pressing plate, of the sealing rod, the second elastic member is arranged between the second adjusting assembly and the pressing plate, and the second adjusting assembly is used for adjusting the compression amount of the second elastic member so as to adjust the thrust applied to the pressing plate by the second elastic member.

The garbage bag sealing device according to claim 1, wherein sealing slide rails are arranged on two sides of the bottom plate along the second direction, sealing slide blocks are connected to the sealing slide rails in a sliding manner, arc-shaped grooves are formed in two concave sides of the sealing slide rails, the sealing slide blocks are buckled on the sealing slide rails, arc-shaped protruding blocks extending into the arc-shaped grooves are correspondingly arranged on two opposite inner sides of the sealing slide blocks, and two ends of the sealing rod are correspondingly connected with the two sealing slide blocks on two sides of the bottom plate.

The trash bag closure device of claim 1 wherein said frame includes a first side panel disposed on an upper portion of said base panel, said first side panel being longitudinally parallel to a first direction, said first side panel being located on a side of the base panel on which said closure assembly is disposed, said closure assembly being slidably mounted to said frame, said resilient urging mechanism being disposed between said closure assembly and said first side panel.

The garbage bag sealing device according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the frame comprises a first side plate arranged on the upper portion of the bottom plate, the length direction of the first side plate is parallel to the first direction, the first side plate is provided with the folding driving assembly and the sealing assembly, the middle portion of the side plate is provided with the sealing assembly, the folding bars are provided with two, the folding driving assembly comprises a driving motor, a first synchronous pulley, a second synchronous pulley and a synchronous belt, the driving motor, the first synchronous pulley, the second synchronous pulley and the synchronous belt are arranged on the side wall, far away from the sealing bars, of the first side plate, the two ends of the first side plate are correspondingly provided with the first synchronous pulley and the second synchronous pulley, the synchronous belt is wound between the first synchronous pulley and the second synchronous pulley, the driving motor is used for driving the first synchronous pulley and the second synchronous pulley to rotate, and the two folding bars are correspondingly fixedly connected with the synchronous belt on the upper portion and the lower portion of the first side plate so as to drive the two folding bars to be mutually close to or far away from each other along the first direction under the transmission of the synchronous belt.

The garbage bag sealing apparatus of claim 8 wherein the tuck-in drive assembly further comprises a first idler and a second idler both disposed on a side wall of the first side plate opposite the sealing bar, the first idler and the second idler being disposed on adjacent sides of the sealing assembly, the first idler and the first idler being at the same height and both being located on an upper portion of the side plate, the second idler and the second idler being at the same height and both being located on a lower portion of the first side plate, and the timing belt being wound around and disposed between the first idler, the second idler, the first idler, and the second idler.
10. The trash bag closure device of claim 9 wherein the first synchronizing idler is located on a side of the closure assembly remote from the first synchronizing pulley and the second synchronizing idler is located on a side of the closure assembly remote from the second synchronizing pulley.
11. The garbage bag sealing device of claim 8, wherein a folding slide rail extending along the length direction of the first side plate is arranged on the side wall of the first side plate, which is close to one side of the sealing rod, a folding slide block is connected to the folding slide rail in a sliding manner, and the two folding rods are connected to the folding slide block.
12. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a garbage bag closure device as in any one of claims 1-11;
the garbage bin is arranged below the bottom plate of the garbage bag sealing device and is communicated with the through hole, an exhaust fan is arranged on the side wall of the garbage bin, a garbage bag outlet is arranged at the lower part of the garbage bin, and a door opening assembly for closing or opening the garbage bag outlet is arranged at the lower part of the garbage bin;
the garbage bag containing mechanism is arranged above the bottom plate of the garbage bag sealing device and is communicated with the through hole, the garbage bag is contained in the garbage bag containing mechanism, the opening end of the garbage bag is arranged in the garbage bag containing mechanism, and the closed end of the garbage bag can enter the garbage can under the suction force of the exhaust fan and is attached to the inner side of the garbage can.
