Abstract
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cough, which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 450-550 parts of Laiyang pear paste, 180-220 parts of fructus akebiae extract, 240-260 parts of platycodon grandiflorum paste, 40-60 parts of menthol, 5-10 parts of lantern pericarp extract and 25-35 parts of ethanol water solution. The invention also provides a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The traditional Chinese medicine composition provided by the invention has a good treatment effect on cough.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cough and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cough is a common respiratory symptom, which is caused by inflammation, foreign body, physical or chemical stimulation to the trachea, the bronchial mucosa or the pleura, and is characterized by closing the glottis, contracting the respiratory muscles, increasing the intrapulmonary pressure, then opening the glottis, and ejecting air in the lungs, usually accompanied by sound. Cough has the protective function of clearing foreign matters and secretions in respiratory tract, but if the cough is continuously changed from acute to chronic, great pain can be brought to patients, such as chest distress, pharynx itch, asthma and the like. For this reason, people generally use western medicines or Chinese medicines for treatment. Western medicines are generally used for symptomatic treatment of phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving medicines and have poor curative effects. According to the Chinese medical discussion, cough is caused by failure of dispersing and descending of the lung and adverse up-flow of lung qi, and has two major types of cough with external infection and internal injury. At present, western medicine mainly takes antitussives and antibiotics as main medicines, but long-term use of antibiotics can cause dysbacteriosis and drug resistance of organisms, and meanwhile, cough caused by viral infection is treated but not cured because the effect of using the antibiotics is weak. A large amount of Chinese patent medicines are developed in the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine, but the existing Chinese patent medicines have slow effect on cough caused by influenza (generally, the cough can be taken for 4-5 days to take effect), are not easy to be cured (generally, the cough can be cured within 2-3 weeks), have longer treatment period especially for the old and children, and can take effect or heal after being taken for longer time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the cough, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has a good treatment effect on the cough.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cough is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 450-550 parts of Laiyang pear paste, 180-220 parts of fructus akebiae extract, 240-260 parts of platycodon grandiflorum paste, 40-60 parts of menthol, 5-10 parts of lantern pericarp extract and 25-35 parts of ethanol water solution.
Further, the preparation method of the Laiyang pear syrup comprises the following steps:
peeling and removing cores of Laiyang pears, crushing and sieving with a 50-mesh sieve to obtain Laiyang pear powder, squeezing the Laiyang pear powder into pear juice by using a juicer, and vacuum-concentrating the pear juice at 60 ℃ until the relative density is 1.5-1.8 to obtain the Laiyang pear paste.
Further, the preparation method of the mother paste comprises the following steps:

Comparative example 2
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide tablet, approved as the national standard H31020361, produced by Shanghai New Yao Min Co., Ltd, with a specification of 15mg × 24 tablets.
The first test example: test for efficacy in treating cough
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting 105 cough patients with age of 20-68 years and disease course of 2-10 months, randomly and averagely dividing into 3 groups, wherein the 1 st group is a test group, treating with the drug of example 1 for 3 times a day, and taking 10g of hot water and 10 times of hot water every time; group 2 was control group 1, treated with comparative example 1 3 times daily, each time with 10g of hot water added by 10 times; group 3 was control group 2, treated with comparative example 2 3 times daily, 1 tablet each time, and swallowed with warm water. The patient's efficacy was recorded after 10 days.
The scoring method of the curative effect comprises the following steps: scoring the symptom signs of the patient, including cough, pharyngalgia and chest distress signs, wherein each score is 0, 1, 2 and 3 according to nothing, light, medium and heavy, the total score is 9, the higher the score is, the heavier the disease condition is, scoring the symptoms of the patient before and after treatment respectively, and calculating the score change rate: score change rate ═ (pre-treatment score-post-treatment score)/pre-treatment score × 100%. The score change rate is more than or equal to 70 percent and is marked as effective, the score change rate is between 30 and 70 percent and is marked as ineffective, and the score change rate is less than 30 percent and is marked as ineffective. The total effective rate of each group of patients is calculated: the total effective rate is (number of effective patients + number of effective patients)/35 × 100%.
On the other hand, the condition that the gastrointestinal discomfort of each group of patients occurs at the end of the test is counted, and the gastrointestinal discomfort rate of each group of patients is calculated: the rate of gastrointestinal discomfort is 35 x 100% of patients with gastrointestinal discomfort.
The test results are shown in table 1:
total effective rate (%) | Gastrointestinal discomfort rate (%)
Test group | 94.29 | 2.86 |
Control group 1 | 91.43 | 28.57 |
Control group 2 | 80 | 45.71 |
TABLE 1
Table 1 shows that the total effective rate of the test group is significantly higher than that of the control group 2, indicating that the effect of the present invention for treating cough is very good. The gastrointestinal discomfort rate of the test group is obviously lower than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2, and the result shows that the lantern peel extract used in the invention can effectively relieve the damage of cold-natured Laiyang pear paste, Zhimu paste and platycodon root paste to the intestines and the stomach.
Experiment example two: stability test
The test method comprises the following steps: stability experiments are carried out on the samples 1-4 and the comparative sample 1, the temperature is 40 +/-2 ℃, the relative humidity is 75 +/-5%, the experiment time is 9 months, the timosaponin B II content of the samples 1-4 and the comparative sample 1 before and after the experiments is measured by an HPLC detection method, and the timosaponin B II content retention rate is calculated, wherein the timosaponin B II content retention rate is the timosaponin B II content after the experiments/the timosaponin B II content before the experiments is multiplied by 100%.
The higher the retention rate of timosaponin B II content is, the better the stability is, and the test results are shown in Table 3:
timosaponin BII content conservation ratio (%)
Example 1 | 98.8 |
Example 2 | 98.7 |
Example 3 | 98.4 |
Example 4 | 98.6 |
Comparative example 1 | 92.5 |
TABLE 2
Table 2 shows that the content retention rate of timosaponin BII in examples 1 to 4 of the invention is obviously higher than that in comparative example 1, which indicates that the invention has better stability, and the lantern peel extract used in the invention can effectively improve the stability.
