Preparing a second glue solution, namely adding 10kg of gelatin for capsules, 21g of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 63g of glycerol and 110g of opacifier into 25kg of 73 ℃ hot water, dissolving for 60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 140g of a second colorant, and uniformly mixing to form the second glue solution; then putting the mixture into a second glue groove, and keeping the temperature at 53-57 ℃ for standing for 6 hours.
Thirdly, preparing a third glue solution, namely adding 10kg of gelatin for capsules, 21g of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 63g of glycerol and 110g of opacifier into 25kg of 73 ℃ hot water for dissolving for 60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 170g of a third colorant, and uniformly mixing to form the third glue solution; then putting the mixture into a third glue groove, and keeping the temperature at 53-57 ℃ for standing for 6 hours.
Dipping glue in a first glue groove by using a capsule mould in an environment with the temperature of 55 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55%, wherein the glue dipping depth is the length of a shell to obtain a first capsule shell blank, and drying the first capsule shell blank until the water content is 15%; the shell length herein refers to the overall shell length of the capsule cap or body.
Fifthly, dipping the dried first capsule shell blank in glue in a second glue groove by using a capsule mold at the temperature of 55 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55%, wherein the glue dipping depth is 2/3 of the length of the shell body, so as to obtain a second capsule shell blank containing the first capsule shell blank, and drying the second capsule shell blank until the water content is 15%; the length of the shell here and below is only the overall shell length of the capsule cap or the length of the capsule body which is visible on the outside after the capsule is sleeved and combined into the hollow capsule.
Sixthly, dipping the dried second capsule shell blank in glue in a third glue groove by using a capsule mould in an environment with the temperature of 55 ℃ and the relative humidity of 55%, wherein the glue dipping depth is 1/3 of the shell length to obtain a third capsule shell blank containing the second capsule shell blank, and drying the third capsule shell blank until the water content is 3%.
And demolding the third capsule shell blank, and cutting the third capsule shell blank into a specified length after the quality inspection is qualified to obtain the three-color capsule shell.
Example 7.
The red and blue double-color capsule shell as a capsule body is sleeved with a conventionally manufactured single-color capsule shell as a capsule cap to prepare a red and blue hollow capsule designated for packaging cold medicines.
The red, blue and yellow capsule shell prepared by the method is used as a capsule body and is sleeved with a conventionally prepared single-color capsule shell used as a capsule cap to prepare the red, blue and yellow hollow capsule designated as the package of cough medicines.
The red and blue capsule shell as a capsule body and the yellow and green capsule shell as a capsule cap are sleeved to prepare the multicolor hollow capsule designated for packaging the hypertension drug.
The red-blue double-color capsule shell as a capsule body is sleeved with the yellow-green-purple three-color capsule shell as a capsule cap to prepare the multi-color hollow capsule designated as packaging diabetes drugs.
The prepared red, blue and yellow three-color capsule shell is used as a capsule body and sleeved with the green, cyan and purple three-color capsule shell as a capsule cap to prepare the multicolor hollow capsule appointed to package the gout drug, so that the drug can be identified quickly and confusion is avoided.

Claims (9)

1. A multicolor capsule shell which can be a cap or a body of a hollow capsule is characterized in that the preparation method of the cap or the body comprises the following steps:
preparing nth colored glue solution, namely adding 1000 parts of gelatin, 1.9-2.1 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.7-6.3 parts of glycerol and 9-11 parts of opacifier by weight into 2400-2500 parts of hot water at 67-73 ℃ to dissolve for 45-60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 10+3 (n-1) ± 1 part of nth colorant, and uniformly mixing to form the nth colored glue solution; then putting the mixture into an nth glue groove, and keeping the temperature and standing for 5 to 6 hours at the temperature of between 53 and 57 ℃;
dipping glue in an nth glue groove by using a capsule mould, wherein the glue dipping depth is the length of a shell body x (N-N + 1)/N, obtaining an nth capsule shell blank body, and drying the nth capsule shell blank body until the water content is 15% -19%;
thirdly, dipping the dried N-1 capsule shell blank body in an N glue groove by using a capsule mold, wherein the glue dipping depth is 1/N of the length of the shell body to obtain an N capsule shell blank body containing the N-1 capsule shell blank body, and drying the N capsule shell blank body until the water content is 3% -7%;
fourthly, demolding the Nth capsule shell green body, and cutting the Nth capsule shell green body into a specified length after the quality is tested to be qualified to obtain an N-color capsule shell; wherein N and N are natural numbers, and N is the maximum value of N, which indicates that N colors exist on the capsule shell.
2. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the bicolor capsule shell comprises the following steps:
preparing first color glue solution, namely adding 1000 parts of gelatin, 1.9-2.1 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.7-6.3 parts of glycerin and 9-11 parts of an opacifier into 2400-2500 parts of hot water at 67-73 ℃ by weight, dissolving for 45-60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 9-11 parts of a first coloring agent, and uniformly mixing to form the first color glue solution; then putting the mixture into a first glue groove, and keeping the temperature and standing for 5 to 6 hours at the temperature of between 53 and 57 ℃;
preparing a second glue solution, namely adding 1000 parts by weight of gelatin, 1.9-2.1 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.7-6.3 parts by weight of glycerol and 9-11 parts by weight of an opacifier into 2400-2500 parts by weight of 67-73 ℃ hot water, dissolving for 45-60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 12-14 parts by weight of a second colorant, and uniformly mixing to form the second glue solution; then placing the mixture into a second glue groove, and keeping the temperature and standing for 5-6 hours at the temperature of 53-57 ℃;
dipping glue in the first glue groove by using a capsule mould, wherein the glue dipping depth is the length of the shell to obtain a first capsule shell blank body, and drying the first capsule shell blank body until the water content is 15% -19%;
dipping the dried first capsule shell green body in glue in a second glue groove by using a capsule mold, wherein the glue dipping depth is 1/2 of the length of the shell, so as to obtain a second capsule shell green body containing the first capsule shell green body, and drying the second capsule shell green body until the water content is 3% -7%;
and fifthly, demolding the second capsule shell blank, and cutting the second capsule shell blank into a specified length after the quality inspection is qualified to obtain the double-color capsule shell.
3. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the three-color capsule shell comprises the following steps:
preparing first color glue solution, namely adding 1000 parts of gelatin, 1.9-2.1 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.7-6.3 parts of glycerin and 9-11 parts of an opacifier into 2400-2500 parts of hot water at 67-73 ℃ by weight, dissolving for 45-60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 9-11 parts of a first coloring agent, and uniformly mixing to form the first color glue solution; then putting the mixture into a first glue groove, and keeping the temperature and standing for 5 to 6 hours at the temperature of between 53 and 57 ℃;
preparing a second glue solution, namely adding 1000 parts by weight of gelatin, 1.9-2.1 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.7-6.3 parts by weight of glycerol and 9-11 parts by weight of an opacifier into 2400-2500 parts by weight of 67-73 ℃ hot water, dissolving for 45-60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 12-14 parts by weight of a second colorant, and uniformly mixing to form the second glue solution; then placing the mixture into a second glue groove, and keeping the temperature at 53-57 ℃ and standing for 5-6 hours;
preparing a third colloidal liquid, namely adding 1000 parts by weight of gelatin, 1.9-2.1 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5.7-6.3 parts by weight of glycerol and 9-11 parts by weight of an opacifier into 2400-2500 parts by weight of hot water at 67-73 ℃ for dissolving for 45-60min, then uniformly mixing, adding 15-17 parts by weight of a third colorant, and uniformly mixing to form a third colloidal liquid; then putting the mixture into a third glue groove, and keeping the temperature and standing for 5 to 6 hours at the temperature of between 53 and 57 ℃;
dipping glue in a first glue groove by using a capsule mould, wherein the glue dipping depth is the length of a shell to obtain a first capsule shell blank, and drying the first capsule shell blank until the water content is 15% -19%;
fifthly, dipping the dried first capsule shell blank in glue in a second glue groove by using a capsule mold, wherein the glue dipping depth is 2/3 of the length of the shell body to obtain a second capsule shell blank containing the first capsule shell blank, and drying the second capsule shell blank until the water content is 15% -19%;
sixthly, dipping the dried second capsule shell blank in glue in a third glue groove by using a capsule mould, wherein the glue dipping depth is 1/3 of the shell length to obtain a third capsule shell blank containing the second capsule shell blank, and drying the third capsule shell blank until the water content is 3% -7%;
and demolding the third capsule shell blank, and cutting the third capsule shell blank into a specified length after the quality inspection is qualified to obtain the three-color capsule shell.
4. The multicolor capsule shell according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said coloring agent is a pharmaceutical grade pigment and said opacifier is pharmaceutical grade titanium dioxide.
5. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 4, wherein the capsule cap of the hollow capsule is a single-color shell and the capsule body is a two-color shell.
6. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 4, wherein the cap of the hollow capsule is a single-color shell and the capsule body is a three-color shell.
7. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 4, wherein the capsule cap of the hollow capsule is a two-color shell and the capsule body is a two-color shell.
8. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 4, wherein the cap of the hollow capsule is a two-color shell and the capsule body is a three-color shell.
9. The multicolor capsule shell according to claim 4, wherein the cap of the hollow capsule is a three-color shell and the capsule body is a three-color shell.
