从现有技术中已知混动模块,所述混动模块设为机动车的驱动装置的组成部分。混动模块通常包括用于机械耦联驱动装置的内燃机的联接装置,其中借助于离合器装置可以将扭矩从内燃机传输到混动模块上,并且可以将混动模块与内燃机分离,使得能够实现内燃机接合到驱动装置的动力总成中或从驱动装置的动力总成中脱接。
已知的驱动模块包括用于产生驱动扭矩的具有转子的电动旋转机。电动旋转机在驱动模块中集成在混动车辆的动力总成中时能够实现电行驶、用于内燃机运行的功率增加和能量回收。
此外,从现有技术中已知的是,将驱动模块集成在机动车的动力总成中。这种驱动模块包括用于将扭矩传输到在下游设置的变速器中的离合器设备、模块壳体以及具有转子的电动机。转子的转子承载件作为可转动的第一构件经由支撑轴承装置支撑在作为第二构件的模块壳体的一个部段上,以便可转动地支承转子。设置在第二构件上的操纵设备借助压力罐沿轴向方向伸过第一构件,使得在第一构件的相对置的一侧上设置的分离离合器经由将分离离合器和操纵设备连接的碟形弹簧可加载有操纵设备的操纵力,以便操纵分离离合器。
为了轴向紧凑地构造,分离离合器以及操纵设备径向地和部段轴向地设置在空心圆柱状地构成的并且由电动机的转子包围的空间中。虽然所述设置是结构空间有效的,然而操纵设备和分离离合器仍具有明显的轴向空间需求。
例如,从WO 2018/113819 A1中已知一种用于机动车的用于耦联内燃机的混动模块,所述混动模块具有带有转子和定子的电机、与转子连接的转子承载件和分离离合器,借助所述分离离合器可以将内燃机的扭矩传输到混动模块上。从WO 2018/113819 A1中同样已知一种用于具有内燃机和混动模块的车辆的驱动装置,其中混动模块与内燃机和变速器机械地经由离合器连接。
发明内容
以此为出发点,本发明基于如下目的,提供一种混动模块以及一种配设有该混动模块的驱动装置,它们以构造简单的方式在轴向结构空间小的情况下实现分离离合器的操纵。
所述目的通过根据权利要求1的根据本发明的混动模块来实现。混动模块的有利的设计方案在从属权利要求2至11中给出。补充地,提供根据权利要求12的用于机动车的驱动装置,所述机动车具有混动模块。
权利要求的特征能够以任意技术上有意义的方式和方法组合,其中对此也可以考虑下面的说明书中的阐述以及附图中的特征,这包括本发明的补充的设计方案。
术语“轴向”和“径向”在本发明的范围中始终涉及混动模块的旋转轴线。
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的、尤其用于混动机动车的混动模块,混动模块用于耦联内燃机。混动模块具有:电动旋转机;和与电动旋转机的转子抗旋转地连接的转子承载件;用于断开和闭合在电动旋转机和混动模块的驱动侧之间的扭矩传输路径的分离离合器,驱动侧用于与轴尤其驱动轴耦联,所述轴又能够与内燃机耦联;和操纵系统,用于通过将操纵力导入到分离离合器中来操纵分离离合器。在操纵系统和分离离合器之间的力传输路径中在此根据本发明设置有力传输元件,所述力传输元件轴向伸过转子承载件。这表示,力传输元件轴向穿过转子承载件。
尤其地,操纵系统具有操纵轴承,用于实现在混动模块的壳体以及混动模块的旋转组成部分之间的相对旋转运动,其中力传输元件间接地或直接地贴靠在操纵轴承上并且可以由通过该操纵轴承移动。
这就是说,操纵系统设置在转子承载件的一个轴向侧上并且分离离合器设置在转子承载件的另外的相对置的轴向侧上,并且力传输路径或力传输元件引导或传导操纵力穿过转子承载件。
除了力传输元件外,在此不排除同样在力传输路径中设置有例如减小摩擦的部件,例如盘。
此外,混动模块优选地包括用于与可耦联的设备尤其变速器耦联的从动侧,其中此外分离离合器对应地设计用于断开和闭合在混动模块的驱动侧和混动模块的从动侧之间的扭矩传输路径。
在电动旋转机和可与混动模块的从动侧耦联的设备之间的扭矩传输路径中尤其可以设置有另外的离合器装置,优选双离合器装置。用于机动车的配设有根据本发明的混动模块的驱动装置因此可以具有三重离合器装置。
混动模块的驱动侧尤其可以间接地,例如经由减振器,与内燃机耦联。在此,与驱动侧耦联的轴必要时是中间轴,所述中间轴将驱动侧与减振器连接,以便传输扭矩,并且减振器与内燃机耦联。
在此,分离离合器设置在由转子包围的空间的径向内部。此外,分离离合器也可以至少局部地设置在由转子包围的空间的轴向内部。
根据一个有利的实施方式,转子承载件经由轴承支撑在混动模块的壳体上并且围绕混动模块的旋转轴线可转动地支承。由此实现尤其紧凑的结构方式。
根据另一有利的实施方式尤其优选的是,力传输元件一件式地构成,尤其构成为唯一的构件,和/或直接地与操纵系统的操纵轴承和/或与分离离合器共同作用,以便实现混动模块的尤其简单的构造。
根据一个有利的实施方式,分离离合器设置在由转子包围的空间的轴向内部和径向内部。由此实现尤其紧凑的结构方式。
根据另一有利的实施方式,力传输元件是杠杆弹簧。杠杆弹簧在此理解成碟状元件,所述碟状元件尤其构成为碟形弹簧。
在一个替选的实施方式,力传输元件是压力罐。尤其地,压力罐在此构成为基本上轴向延伸的空心圆柱。
根据本发明的另一方面,力传输元件和转子承载件交替地设置在转子承载件的想象的环周上。想象的环周在此优选地不对应于转子承载件的径向外侧或径向外部区域。
这就是说,转子承载件具有在部分圆上的留空部或窗,杠杆弹簧或力传输元件的舌片轴向引导穿过所述留空部或窗,以便对分离离合器的压板加载操纵力。这种留空部例如能够以轴向伸展的孔的形式实现。
根据本发明的一个实施方式,其中力传输元件是杠杆弹簧,杠杆弹簧轴向支撑在转子承载件上或支撑在抗扭地与转子承载件耦联的构件上,尤其也称为盖元件的离合器盖上。尤其地,实现在杠杆弹簧的轴向背离分离离合器的一侧上的该轴向支撑。
在另一实施方式中,操纵系统,尤其是其操纵轴承,设置在混动模块的壳体上。操纵轴承的一侧因此抗扭地设置在混动模块的壳体上。
设置在壳体上的操纵轴承尤其间接地经由操纵系统的活塞-缸单元设置在壳体上。为此,活塞-缸单元的构成缸的本体设置在混动模块的壳体上,其中操纵轴承的通过操纵轴承的轴承内环或轴承外环构成的一侧贴靠在活塞-缸单元的活塞上,使得在活塞在缸中轴向移动时可以将操纵运动传输给操纵轴承并且经由该操纵轴承传输给力传输元件。
在混动模块的一个构造有利的设计方案中,在电动旋转机的转子旋转时,借助于带动元件能够实现在转子的转动运动中带动力传输元件。带动元件尤其可以实现力传输元件同与转子承载件抗扭地连接的盖元件的机械固定。这样确保,在转子或者说转子承载件和力传输元件之间不构成相对转动运动。借此确保,轴向伸过转子承载件的力传输元件和转子承载件在相应的转动运动中不彼此受到限制或妨碍。带动元件在此可以构成为盖元件的集成的组成部分或构成为单独的构件。优选地,带动元件构成为尤其沿轴向方向引导穿过盖元件的螺栓。
盖元件基本上设置在混动模块的轴向侧上,其中盖元件的连接区域在其径向外部区域上可以设计用于构成混动模块的从动侧。盖元件此外在径向内部包括贴靠区域,带动元件设置在所述贴靠区域上,并且所述贴靠区域优选地在由转子承载件径向限界的空间之内延伸。
带动元件除了带动力传输元件之外也可以用于稳固力传输元件的径向位置。为了沿转动方向带动和/或通过带动元件的径向位置稳固,力传输元件可以构成有成型元件,所述成型元件与盖元件的带动元件实现形状配合的连接。
优选地,带动元件包括多个带动元件并且力传输元件包括多个成型元件。多个带动元件和多个成型元件优选地关于混动模块的旋转轴线以均匀的角间距设置,其中多个带动元件彼此间的角间距和多个成型元件彼此间的角间距是相同的角间距,使得相应的带动元件与相应的成型元件实现形状配合的连接。
盖元件和转子承载件的抗扭的连接尤其可以实现为,使得盖元件与转子承载件旋紧。对此,在盖元件和转子承载件之间构成多个、优选地以均匀的角间距分布地设置的螺接装置,其中相应的螺接装置尤其构成为,使得螺钉轴向引导穿过盖元件中的开口并且旋拧到转子承载件中的轴向孔中。
根据另一实施方式,转子承载件具有沿轴向方向弯曲的形状,其中操纵系统的操纵轴承设置在由弯曲部实现的空间之内。
在该实施方式中,力传输元件引导穿过的留空部在弯曲区域中构成。弯曲区域通过转子承载件的轴向外翻部实现。这就是说,转子承载件在大于操纵轴承关于旋转轴线的径向位置的径向间距中具有轴向伸展,径向向内地紧接该轴向伸展又具有径向伸展,所述径向伸展基本上平行于转子承载件的连接片的通常径向伸展的部段伸展,并且又关于此径向更靠内地紧接该径向伸展具有同样轴向伸展的部段。在与转子承载件的在弯曲部或外翻部的径向外部通向转子的区域相同的轴向位置上,转子承载件的径向伸展的连接片又连接于在该轴向伸展的部段。
借助于外翻部或弯曲部,径向支撑力围绕操纵系统的操纵轴承引导。借此可行的是,操纵系统的操纵轴承轴向安置在所述外翻部或所述弯曲部中,使得为了将操纵力从操纵轴承传输到分离离合器上,因此仅还需要使操纵轴承从而单个力传输元件在弯曲部或外翻部的区域中移动穿过留空部。
根据本发明的混动模块具有如下优点,由于操纵系统尤其操纵轴承的根据本发明的设置,实现小的结构空间需求并且通过唯一的伸过转子承载件的力传输元件以构造简单的方式实现分离离合器的可靠的操纵。
此外,根据本发明提供一种用于机动车的驱动装置,所述驱动装置具有根据本发明的混动模块以及与混动模块耦联的内燃机和与混动模块耦联的变速器。混动模块在驱动侧上与同内燃机耦联的驱动轴耦联并且在从动侧上与变速器耦联。

具体实施方式
在图1示出根据本发明的混动模块1的立体剖面图。混动模块1包括具有定子11和转子12的电动旋转机10、分离离合器20、用于操纵分离离合器20的操纵系统40以及力传输元件50。
电动旋转机10的转子12设置在转子承载件13上,所述转子承载件经由支撑轴承91支撑在混动模块1的壳体组成部分90的空心圆柱形的壳体部段92上,用于转子12围绕混动模块1的旋转轴线2的转动支承。在空心圆柱形的壳体部段92的轴向的端部区域上,壳体组成部分90此外包括径向伸展的壳体部段93,借助于所述壳体部段,壳体组成部分90可连接于混动模块1的未示出的其余的壳体或者在混动模块1集成到驱动装置中时可连接于相邻的结构单元的壳体。
分离离合器20包括压板21、反压板22和摩擦衬片承载件23。摩擦衬片承载件23构成毂71,所述毂在其径向内侧上具有插接齿部72,其中毂71同轴地设置在壳体组成部分90的空心圆柱形的壳体部段92之内。摩擦衬片承载件23在此用作为混动模块1的驱动侧70。
分离离合器20径向地且局部轴向地设置在由转子12包围的空间之内,其中压板21在摩擦衬片承载件23的轴向朝向电动旋转机10的一侧上并且反压板22在摩擦衬片承载件23的轴向背离电动旋转机10的一侧上设置成,使得由摩擦衬片承载件23承载的摩擦衬片轴向地在压板21和反压板22之间定位在关于压板21或反压板22基本上相同的径向位置上。
多个在混动模块1的环周上分布地设置的铆接装置64实现在反压板22和盖元件30之间的抗扭的连接,其中在此未示出的螺接装置实现在盖元件30和电动旋转机10的转子承载件13之间的抗扭的连接。盖元件30在径向外部包括具有多个连接孔81的基本上径向延伸的连接区域32以及在径向内部包括基本上径向延伸的贴靠区域31,其中贴靠区域31轴向地相对于连接区域32错开,使得盖元件30因此沿轴向方向阶梯状地构成。盖元件30在此用作为混动模块1的从动侧80。
操纵系统40包括操纵轴承41以及活塞-缸单元42。活塞-缸单元42借助其构成缸的壳体沿轴向方向设置在径向伸展的壳体部段93上并且沿径向方向设置在混动模块1的壳体组成部分90的空心圆柱形的壳体部段92上,其中操纵轴承41沿轴向方向设置在活塞-缸单元42的可在缸中移动的活塞上。力传输元件50作为唯一的构件设置在操纵轴承41和分离离合器20之间的力传输路径中,使得操纵系统40的操纵力仅经由力传输元件50传输给分离离合器20从而使分离离合器20闭合。因此,在作为混动模块1的驱动侧70的摩擦衬片承载件23和作为混动模块1的从动侧80的盖元件30之间的扭矩传输路径是闭合的。
在混动模块1集成到驱动装置中时,内燃机的从动轴(在此未示出)借助与摩擦衬片承载件23的毂71的插接齿部72互补地构成的外齿部轴向引导穿过空心圆柱形的壳体部段92并且与插接齿部72连接,使得实现在内燃机和混动模块1之间的扭矩传输路径。
作为混动模块1的从动侧80的盖元件30用于将混动模块1与驱动装置的变速器(在此未示出)耦联。对此,借助于在盖元件30的连接区域32中的连接孔81实现盖元件30与变速器的可转动的输入侧的元件的抗扭的连接。
因此,借助分离离合器20可以闭合或断开在内燃机和电动旋转机10之间的或在内燃机和变速器之间的扭矩传输路径。
图2对图1补充地示出根据本发明的混动模块1在力传输元件50的区域中的剖开的侧视图。在此可见的是,转子承载件13包括连接片14,所述连接片构成沿轴向方向弯曲的区域15。此外,转子承载件13在径向外部包括承载部段18,在所述承载部段上承载转子12,并且所述承载部段与连接片14固定地连接。操纵轴承41在此设置在通过弯曲部构成的空间中。弯曲区域15对应于转子承载件13的轴向外翻部并且构成为,使得转子承载件13在其连接片14上在关于旋转轴线2大于操纵轴承41的径向位置的径向间距中具有轴向伸展,径向向内紧接该轴向伸展又具有径向伸展,所述径向伸展基本上平行于转子承载件13的连接片14的通常径向伸展的部段伸展,并且又关于此径向更靠内地紧接该径向伸展具有同样轴向伸展的部段17。借助轴向伸展的部段17,转子承载件13支撑在支撑轴承91上并且经由该支撑轴承可转动地支承在壳体组成部分90上。转子承载件13的支撑力对应地引导穿过围绕操纵系统40的操纵轴承41的弯曲区域15。为了使力传输元件50伸过转子承载件13,所述转子承载件在弯曲区域15中构成有留空部16。
此外,从图2的视图中清楚的是,力传输元件50构成为杠杆弹簧51。杠杆弹簧51在此借助其径向内部的端部区域贴靠在操纵轴承41上并且借助其径向外部的端部区域贴靠在盖元件30的贴靠区域31的贴靠点33上。
通过操纵系统40的活塞-缸单元42的活塞在活塞-缸单元42的缸中的轴向分离实现的源自操纵系统40的操纵力,经由操纵轴承41传输给力传输元件50。力传输元件50的径向内部的端部区域因此轴向地朝向分离离合器20的方向运动,其中力传输元件50在此围绕贴靠点33倾斜。分离离合器20的径向地在贴靠点33和操纵轴承41之间贴靠在力传输元件50上的压板21因此基本上沿轴向方向远离操纵系统40移置。压板21因此朝向反压板22的方向从而随后在作为分离离合器20的输入侧的摩擦衬片承载件23和作为分离离合器20的输出侧的反压板22之间的扭矩传输路径中运动。
此外,图2中的剖面图的剖平面伸展穿过螺接装置60,从而可见,该螺接装置实现成,使得螺钉61引导穿过盖元件30中的开口62从而旋拧到转子承载件13的承载部段18中的轴向孔63中。转子承载件13和盖元件30因此通过螺接装置60抗扭地彼此连接。对图1补充地,因此这表示,转子承载件13、盖元件30和反压板通过螺接装置60和铆接装置(在此未示出)抗扭地彼此连接。
图3此外对图1和图2补充地示出根据本发明的混动模块1的转子承载件13的立体图。在此从分离离合器或盖元件的方向示出转子承载件13,其中然而未示出分离离合器和盖元件,使得作为力传输元件50的杠杆弹簧51是可见的。
从图3中可见,杠杆弹簧51具有舌片52以及成型元件53。杠杆弹簧51的舌片52以及转子承载件13的弯曲区域15在转子承载件13的想象的环周上交替地设置。在转子承载件13关于混动模块1的旋转轴线2的所述环周上,即沿着环周方向,杠杆弹簧51的伸过留空部16的舌片52与转子承载件13的弯曲区域15的将连接片14和转子承载件13的轴向伸展的部段17连接的部段彼此交替。杠杆弹簧51的相应的舌片52因此分别伸过转子承载件13的弯曲区域15中的留空部16,以便对分离离合器的压板加载操纵力。
杠杆弹簧51的成型元件53构成为在杠杆弹簧51的径向外部的区域中轴向伸展穿过杠杆弹簧51的留空部,并且用于相应地形状配合地容纳在此未示出的带动元件。相应的带动元件对应于与盖元件固定地连接的螺栓,所述螺栓插入到杆弹簧51的成型元件53中。通过在相应的成型元件53和带动元件之间的形状配合的连接,不仅限定和稳固力传输元件50的径向位置,而且实现在转子12的转动运动中带动力传输元件50。
承载转子12的转子承载件13与盖元件连接,所述盖元件具有带动元件并且相应的带动元件形状配合地与力传输元件50的相应的成型元件53连接。这样确保,在转子12旋转时在转子12或者说转子承载件13和力传输元件50之间不构成相对转动运动。
借助根据本发明的混动模块以及配设有该混动模块的驱动装置,在轴向结构空间小的情况下以构造简单的方式实现分离离合器的操纵。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于机动车的混动模块(1),所述混动模块用于耦联内燃机,其中所述混动模块(1)具有:
电动旋转机(10);
与所述电动旋转机(10)的转子(12)抗旋转地连接的转子承载件(13);
用于断开和闭合在所述电动旋转机(10)和所述混动模块(1)的驱动侧(70)之间的扭矩传输路径的分离离合器(20),所述驱动侧用于与轴耦联,所述轴又可以与内燃机耦联;和
操纵系统(40),用于通过将操纵力导入到所述分离离合器(20)中来操纵所述分离离合器(20),
其中在所述操纵系统(40)和所述分离离合器(20)之间的力传输路径中设置有力传输元件(50),所述力传输元件轴向伸过所述转子承载件(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述转子承载件(13)经由轴承(91)支撑在所述混动模块(1)的壳体上,并且围绕所述混动模块(1)的旋转轴线(2)可转动地支承。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述力传输元件(50)一件式地构成,尤其构成为单独的构件,和/或直接地与所述操纵系统(40)的操纵轴承(41)和/或与所述分离离合器共同作用。

其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)轴向地并且径向地设置在由所述转子(12)包围的空间中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述力传输元件(50)是杠杆弹簧(51)。

其特征在于,所述力传输元件(50)是压力罐。

其特征在于,所述力传输元件(50)和所述转子承载件(13)交替地设置在所述转子承载件(13)的想象的环周上。

其特征在于,所述杠杆弹簧(51)轴向支撑在所述转子承载件(13)上或支撑在抗扭地与所述转子承载件(13)耦联的构件上,尤其离合器盖上。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述操纵系统(40),尤其是其操纵轴承(41),设置在所述混动模块(1)的所述壳体上。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,在所述电动旋转机(10)的转子(12)旋转时,借助于带动元件能够实现在所述转子(12)的转动运动中带动所述力传输元件(50)。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述转子承载件(13)具有沿轴向方向弯曲的形状,并且所述操纵系统(40)的操纵轴承(41)设置在由所述弯曲部实现的空间之内。
12.一种用于机动车的驱动装置,所述驱动装置具有内燃机、根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的混动模块(1)和变速器,其中所述混动模块(1)在所述驱动侧(70)上与同所述内燃机耦联的驱动轴耦联并且在从动侧(80)上与所述变速器耦联。
