The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an easy-to-assemble and-disassemble maintenance window for a locomotive converter comprises a mounting plate, a maintenance window panel and a locking type fastener, the access window panel is arranged on the mounting plate through a locking type fastener, the locking type fastener comprises a locking type fastener bolt, a split collar and a hasp, the top of the locking fastener bolt is a straight-line-shaped groove or a handle structure, and the bolt part is not provided with threads, the end part of the locking fastener bolt is a linear end handle, the split retainer ring is sleeved on the locking fastener bolt when in use, the hasp is arranged on the mounting plate, the mounting plate is provided with a mounting bottom hole for mounting the hasp, the access window panel is provided with a mounting hole for the bolt of the locking fastener to pass through, the mounting hole ensures that the bolt of the locking fastener passes through and cannot let the opening check ring pass through, so as to ensure that the locking fastener bolt and the split washer are installed on the maintenance window panel to form an integral assembly without falling; and the locking type fastener bolt passes through the hasp on the access window panel, the split washer and the mounting plate and then is rotated by 90 degrees to be clamped and locked with the hasp.
The easy-to-assemble and disassemble maintenance window for the locomotive converter, which is designed by the invention, can be applied to a plurality of environments. The access window panel is arranged on the mounting plate by adopting an 1/4-turn quick-locking type fastener, the mounting plate refers to a door plate or a cabinet plate with an access hole, the access window panel is arranged on the mounting plate by the locking type fastener, the locking type fastener comprises a locking type fastener bolt, a split washer and a hasp, the top of the locking type fastener bolt is of a straight-line-shaped groove or handle structure, the bolt part is not provided with threads, and the end part of the locking type fastener bolt is a straight-line-shaped end handle and is used for being matched and locked with the hasp; the top linear groove or the handle can be conveniently disassembled and assembled without special tools, the linear groove structure can be inserted into the groove for rotating by using a screwdriver or a key, a coin and other sheet objects, and the handle structure can be directly rotated by hands. The split retainer ring is sleeved on the locking type fastener bolt when in use, the split retainer ring cannot be directly sleeved because the end part of the locking type fastener bolt is larger than the diameter of the retainer ring, and the split retainer ring structure is selected, so that the retainer ring and the locking type fastener bolt are conveniently matched for use. After the retainer ring is sleeved on the locking type fastener bolt, the retainer ring can not fall off in a natural state that the opening is broken off without external force. The hasp is arranged on the mounting plate, and is in a buckle structure, so that the hasp and the mounting plate are fixed in a clamping manner, and the mounting plate is provided with a mounting bottom hole for installing the hasp of the locking type fastener; and opening an access window for maintenance operation. The access window panel is provided with a mounting hole for the bolt of the locking-type fastener to pass through, the mounting hole needs to ensure that the bolt of the locking-type fastener passes through and the split retainer ring cannot pass through so as to ensure that the bolt of the locking-type fastener and the split retainer ring are installed on the access window panel to form a whole assembly without falling. The final installation process is: firstly, mounting a buckle on a mounting plate, then, penetrating a locking type fastener bolt through a round hole of an access window panel, mounting an open retainer ring on the locking type fastener bolt extending out of the other side of the panel, wherein the locking type fastener bolt and the retainer ring are integrated with the panel, and then, mounting the access window panel on the mounting plate, wherein the locking type fastener is only required to be aligned with the hole of the buckle to penetrate and rotate for 90 degrees to clamp the locking type fastener bolt on the buckle during mounting; when the panel is disassembled, the locking type fastener bolt is rotated by 90 degrees in opposite directions, the maintenance window panel can be disassembled, when the panel is disassembled, the locking type fastener bolt and the split washer can not fall off, and the hasp does not need to be disassembled in the disassembly and assembly process of the maintenance window panel.
Preferably, the access window panel is a transparent organic glass plate or a metal plate or a non-transparent plate, and the metal plate or the non-transparent plate can be adopted if observation is not needed.
