Referring to fig. 1 and 15, the ratchet mechanism further comprises a control assembly 10, the control assembly 10 is used for driving the ratchet 92 to move, the control assembly 10 comprises a second guide sleeve 101, a second connecting rod 102, an eighth spring 103, a third connecting rod 104 and a push plate 105, the second guide sleeve 101 is welded on the rear side of each of the two wedge-shaped rods 82, the second connecting rod 102 is connected in each of the two second guide sleeves 101 in a sliding manner, the eighth spring 103 is connected between the upper sides of the two second connecting rods 102 and the top of the second guide sleeve 101 on the same side, the third connecting rod 104 is welded on the top of each of the two second connecting rods 102, the push plate 105 is welded between the upper sides of the two third connecting rods 104, the push plate 105 is used for driving the ratchet 92 to move, the push plate 105 is in contact with the work box 1, and the push plate 105 is in contact with the ratchet 92 after moving.
When the wedge rod 82 moves upwards, the second guide sleeve 101 is driven to move upwards, the second guide sleeve 101 drives the second connecting rod 102, the third connecting rod 104 and the push plate 105 to move upwards, when the push plate 105 moves upwards to be in contact with the ratchet 92, the ratchet 92 is driven to move backwards, so that the ratchet 92 is separated from the L-shaped pull rod 54, therefore, the ratchet 92 does not need to be manually controlled to move backwards, the operation trouble of people is reduced, after the ratchet 92 stops moving, the wedge rod 82 drives the second guide sleeve 101 to continue to move upwards, the eighth spring 103 is compressed, when the wedge rod 82 moves downwards to reset, the second guide sleeve 101 is driven to move downwards to reset, the eighth spring 103 resets therewith, after the eighth spring 103 resets, the second guide sleeve 101 continues to move downwards to reset, the second connecting rod 102, the third connecting rod 104 and the push plate 105 move downwards to reset, so that the push plate 105 is separated from the ratchet 92, the ratchet teeth 92 are reset accordingly.

Claims (8)

1. A cable restraint device capable of neatly arranging cables is characterized by comprising:
a work box (1);
the right side of the working box (1) is rotatably connected with a box cover (2) used for closing the working box (1);
nine cables (21) are placed on the front side of the working box (1);
the rear side of the working box (1) is connected with the mounting plate (3);
a sealing component (4) for limiting the box cover (2) is connected between the left side of the working box (1) and the front side of the box cover (2);
the centering component (5) is arranged inside the working box (1), and the centering component (5) is used for assisting the cable (21) to be centered;
the aligning component (5) comprises:
the inner part of the working box (1) is vertically and symmetrically connected with a first guide rail (51) for guiding;
nine groups of clamping plates (52) for assisting the cable (21) to be straightened are connected between the two first guide rails (51) in a sliding manner.
2. A cable restraint system for organizing cables as defined in claim 1, wherein the closure assembly (4) comprises:
the middle of the left side of the working box (1) and the middle of the front side of the box cover (2) are both connected with a first connecting block (41);
the first sliding block (42), two first sliding blocks (42) are connected inside the first connecting block (41) on the left side in a sliding way;
the first springs (43) are connected between the inner sides of the two first sliding blocks (42) and the first connecting block (41) on the left side;
the left side of the first connecting block (41) on the front side of the wedge-shaped clamping rod (44) is provided with two wedge-shaped clamping rods (44) used for clamping the first connecting block (41) on the left side.
3. A cable restraint device for neatly arranging cables according to claim 2, wherein the aligning member (5) further comprises:
nine second guide rails (53) for guiding are uniformly connected to the inner rear wall of the working box (1) at intervals;
the L-shaped pull rod (54) is connected between the nine second guide rails (53) and the upper part of the working box (1) in a sliding manner;
the bottom parts of the nine L-shaped pull rods (54) are connected with the lower side of the second guide rail (53) on the same side through second springs (55);
four pull wires (56) used for driving the clamping plates (52) to move are connected between the pull wires (56) and the nine L-shaped pull rods (54) and the adjacent clamping plates (52).
4. A cable restraint device according to claim 3, further comprising a pushing member (6) for moving the wedge (44) away from the first connecting block (41) on the left side, wherein the pushing member (6) comprises:
the second sliding block (61) is connected to the left side inside the working box (1) in a sliding manner;
a rubber block (62), wherein the rubber block (62) with a buffering function is bonded on the front side of the second sliding block (61);
and two third springs (63) are connected between the rear side of the second sliding block (61) and the working box (1).
5. A cable restraint device according to claim 4, further comprising a restraining assembly (7) for guiding the cables (21), wherein the restraining assembly (7) comprises:
the first connecting rod (71) is connected with the lower side in the box cover (2);
nine third sliding blocks (73) are uniformly connected to the first connecting rod (71) at intervals;
the nine third sliding blocks (73) are connected with the second connecting block (74) in a sliding manner;
the fourth springs (76) are connected between the right sides of the nine third sliding blocks (73) and the second connecting blocks (74) on the same side;
the nine second connecting blocks (74) are respectively and rotatably connected with a second guide wheel (75) used for guiding the cable (21);
the cable guide device comprises a first guide wheel (72), wherein the lower side in the working box (1) is connected with the first guide wheel (72) used for assisting a second guide wheel (75) to guide a cable (21), and nine groups of clamping plates (52) are connected with the first guide wheel (72) in a sliding mode.
6. A cable restraint device for neatly arranging cables according to claim 5, further comprising an auxiliary member (8) for moving the L-shaped stay (54) upward, wherein the auxiliary member (8) comprises:
the upper part of the working box (1) is connected with a U-shaped connecting rod (81) in a sliding way, and the U-shaped connecting rod (81) is used for driving the L-shaped pull rod (54) to move upwards;
the left side and the right side of the lower part of the U-shaped connecting rod (81) and the top in the working box (1) are connected with a fifth spring (83);
the left side and the right side of the bottom of the U-shaped connecting rod (81) are both connected with the wedge-shaped rods (82);
the front side and the rear side of the inner upper part of the box cover (2) are both connected with first L-shaped limiting rods (84) used for driving the wedge-shaped rods (82) to move.
7. A cable restraint assembly according to claim 6, further comprising a release assembly (9) for restraining the L-shaped pull rod (54), the release assembly (9) comprising:
nine connecting frames (91) are uniformly connected to the rear upper side of the working box (1) at intervals;
the nine connecting frames (91) are all connected with ratchets (92) used for limiting the L-shaped pull rod (54) in a sliding manner;
two sixth springs (93) are connected between the front sides of the nine ratchets (92) and the connecting frame (91) on the same side;
the right upper sides of the nine ratchets (92) are connected with second L-shaped limiting rods (94);
the left side and the right side of the top of the working box (1) are both connected with a first guide sleeve (95);
the U-shaped rod (97) is connected between the upper sides of the two first guide sleeves (95) in a sliding manner and used for driving the second L-shaped limiting rod (94) to move;
and a seventh spring (96) is connected between the rear upper sides of the two first guide sleeves (95) and the rear sides of the U-shaped rods (97) on the same side.
8. The cable restraint device for neatly arranging cables according to claim 7, further comprising a control unit (10) for moving the ratchet (92), wherein the control unit (10) comprises:
the rear sides of the two wedge-shaped rods (82) are connected with a second guide sleeve (101);
the second connecting rods (102) are connected in the two second guide sleeves (101) in a sliding manner;
the eighth spring (103) is connected between the upper sides of the two second connecting rods (102) and the tops of the second guide sleeves (101) on the same side;
the tops of the two second connecting rods (102) are connected with the third connecting rod (104);
a push plate (105), and a push plate (105) for driving the ratchet (92) to move is connected between the upper sides of the two third connecting rods (104).
