An anchor chain loading device comprises a loading base 1, wherein the loading base 1 comprises a connecting frame 101, a base 102, a loading track 2 arranged on the base 102, a chain conveying track 3, a first fixed support 103 and a second fixed support 104 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting frame 101, the connecting frame 101 is respectively and fixedly connected with the first fixed support 103 and the second fixed support 104, the connecting frame 101 is arranged along the length direction of an anchor chain, the chain conveying track 3 is provided with a chain conveying support 4 in a sliding manner, the chain conveying support 4 is provided with a chain conveying clamping jaw 401, the loading track 2 and the chain conveying track 3 are arranged along the length direction of the anchor chain, the first fixed support 103 is provided with a clamping device 5, the second fixed support 104 is provided with 2 loading oil cylinders 6, one side of the second fixed support 104, which is far away from the first fixed support 103, is provided with a movable support 7, a piston rod 601 in the loading oil cylinder 6 is connected with the movable support 7, the movable support 7 is provided with the clamping device 5, the first fixed support 103, the second fixed support 104 and the movable support 7 form a loading area, the clamping device 5 is arranged perpendicular to the loading track 2, the clamping device 5 comprises a clamping cylinder 501, a clamping push rod 502, a clamping seat 503 and a clamping block 504, the clamping push rod 502 is arranged in the clamping cylinder 501, the clamping seat 503 is connected with the clamping push rod 502, the clamping seat 503 is connected with the clamping block 504, the clamping cylinder 501 on the first fixed support 103 is fixedly connected with the first fixed support 103, the clamping cylinder 501 on the second fixed support 104 is fixedly connected with the second fixed support 104, a pressure sensor 8 is arranged at the joint of a piston rod 601 of the loading cylinder 6 and the movable support 7, the connecting frame 101 is formed by connecting at least 2 connecting frames, the adjacent 2 connecting frames are connected through bolts, the chain conveying track 3 comprises track plates 301, the chain conveying track 3 is formed between every 2 track plates 301, the track plate 301 is formed by splicing a track limiting plate 3011 and at least 1 intermediate plate 3012, the chain conveying clamping jaw 401 is obliquely arranged, the chain conveying support 4 is of an H shape, 4 plug pins 402 are arranged on the chain conveying support 4, pulleys 403 are arranged on the plug pins 402, and the 4 plug pins 402 of the chain conveying support 4 are inserted into the chain conveying track 3.
A method for measuring the length of an anchor chain uses anchor chain loading equipment, an automatic measuring device with a laser probe, a chain transmission counter and a computer electrically connected with the automatic measuring device to measure the anchor chain, the free measuring device is a trolley loaded with the laser probe, the trolley is driven by a power source and can automatically move according to instructions, and the computer processes measured data, wherein the measuring method comprises the following steps:
step 1: an operator correctly fills the first ring number and the ring number of the measuring area in an operation interface of a computer;
step 2: an operator confirms the area of the anchor chain to be measured, stops the anchor chain to a proper position by using the auxiliary trolley, enables the fixed end clamp to clamp the head ring of the measuring area, observes whether the clamping device 5 on the movable support 7 can clamp the tail ring of the anchor chain in the measuring area, selects an automatic mode after the head and the tail are confirmed, and presses a full-automatic button to enter the full-automatic measuring mode;
and step 3: the chain conveying support 4 conveys the anchor chain forward for a certain number of rings, whether a chain conveying counter is triggered or not is observed during chain conveying, if the chain conveying counter is not triggered, the chain is conveyed again until the chain conveying counter is triggered, the anchor chain is conveyed in place after the chain conveying counter is triggered, the chain rings are clamped by the clamping devices 5 of the first fixed support 103 and the movable support 7 at the same time, the loading oil cylinder 6 is opened, the loading oil cylinder 6 carries out ordinary loading on the anchor chain, and after the tonnage of the anchor chain is greater than 10, PID loading and pressure maintaining are carried out on the anchor chain until the tonnage reaches the requirement, and the maintaining time is more than 10 s;
and 4, step 4: the automatic measuring device starts from the front end of the first ring and moves to the last ring at a slow speed until the whole measuring area is completed, the length value of each five-ring measured in the period is transmitted to the computer and stored as a file until the length of the last ring is measured, finally the total length is sent to the computer, the free measuring device returns, namely the trolley returns, and the measurement is completed;
and 5: after the measurement is finished, the loading oil cylinder 6 is reset to drive the movable support 7 to return until the tonnage is unloaded to zero, the clamping device 5 is simultaneously loosened by the first fixed support 103 and the movable support 7, whether automatic circulation is needed or not is judged after the measurement is finished, and if the automatic circulation is needed, the step 3 is returned to continue the measurement.

step 1: an operator correctly fills the first ring number and the ring number of the measuring area in an operation interface of a computer;
step 2: an operator confirms an area of an anchor chain to be measured, the anchor chain is stopped to a proper position by using the auxiliary trolley, if a fixed end clamp can be clamped to the head ring of the measuring area, whether a clamping device (5) on the movable support (7) can be clamped to the tail ring of the anchor chain in the measuring area is observed, after the heads and the tails are confirmed, an automatic mode is selected, and a full-automatic button is pressed, so that a full-automatic measuring mode is entered;
and step 3: the chain conveying support (4) conveys the anchor chain forward for a certain number of rings, whether a chain conveying counter is triggered or not is observed during chain conveying, if the chain conveying counter is not triggered, the chain is conveyed again until the chain conveying counter is triggered, the anchor chain is conveyed in place after the chain conveying counter is triggered, the chain rings are clamped by clamping devices (5) of a first fixed support (103) and a movable support (7) at the same time, a loading oil cylinder (6) is opened, and the anchor chain is pulled backwards until the target tonnage is reached and the tonnage is kept;
and 4, step 4: the automatic measuring device starts from the front end of the first ring and moves to the last ring at a slow speed until the whole measuring area is completed, and all the measured values of the five-ring length in the period are transmitted to the computer and stored as a file;
and 5: after the measurement is finished, the loading oil cylinder (6) resets to drive the movable support (7) to return until the tonnage is unloaded to zero, and the first fixed support (103) and the movable support (7) simultaneously loosen the clamping device (5).

The method of measuring the length of an anchor chain according to claim 8, wherein: in the step 3, the loading oil cylinder (6) carries out ordinary loading on the anchor chain, when the tonnage of the anchor chain is larger than 10, PID loading is carried out on the anchor chain, pressure maintaining is carried out until the tonnage meets the requirement, and the maintaining time is more than 10 s.
