(4) surface treatment: spraying a wear-resistant coating on the surface of the annular plate, wherein the thickness of the wear-resistant coating is 0.10-0.60 mm, and polishing the surface of the annular plate by using a polishing machine;
(5) punching: a positioning hole (431) is punched or drilled in the fixing washer (43).
