As shown in fig. 16, the area (the projected area on the plane perpendicular to the air blowing direction) of the air guide outlet 62 is smaller than the area (the projected area on the plane perpendicular to the air blowing direction) of the air guide inlet 61, so that the air outlet speed of the air guide outlet 62 is increased, and the oil stain cleaning effect and speed are improved.

When the box-type low-noise kitchen fan is changed from the working state to the cleaning state, the bottom end of the air outlet sealing member 5 abuts against the front portion of the shielding member 7 in the process that the air outlet sealing member 5 slides downwards to close the front air outlet 411, so that the rear portion of the shielding member 7 tilts, and a gap is formed between the rear portion of the shielding member 7 and the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet groove 13. As can be seen from the above, when the working state is changed into the cleaning state, the air outlet sealing member 5 and the shielding member 7 can be linked without operating the air outlet sealing member 5 and the shielding member 7 respectively, and the operation of changing the working state into the cleaning state is relatively simple.
As shown in fig. 16, the rear part of the shield 7 has a tendency to approach the inner wall of the bottom end of the air-out channel 13. For example, the weight of the front of the shield 7 is less than the weight of the rear of the shield 7, and the weight of the rear of the shield 7 tends to cause the rear of the shield 7 to approach the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet channel 13. For another example, the box-type low-noise fan dedicated for kitchens further includes a spring (not shown in the drawings), two ends of the spring are respectively hinged or fixedly connected with the rear portion of the shielding member 7 and the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet slot 13, and the spring provides a pulling force so that the rear portion of the shielding member 7 tends to be close to the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet slot 13. For another example, the box-type low-noise fan dedicated for kitchens further comprises a spring, wherein two ends of the spring are hinged or fixedly connected with the front part of the shielding piece 7 and the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet groove 13 respectively, and the spring provides repulsive force, so that the rear part of the shielding piece 7 tends to be close to the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet groove 13. The rear part of the shielding piece 7 can be attached to the inner wall of the bottom end of the air outlet groove 13 in the working state, and the pressure loss in the working state can be reduced. Meanwhile, when the cleaning state is changed into the working state, the air outlet sealing element 5 is moved upwards, the shielding element 7 is automatically reset, and the operation that the cleaning state is changed into the working state is simpler.
As shown in fig. 16, the rear end of the shielding member 7 is provided with a fitting end 71, and the bottom end face of the fitting end 71 is fitted with the bottom end inner wall of the air outlet groove 13 in the working state, so that the pressure loss in the working state can be further reduced; and/or the front end of the shielding piece 7 is provided with a supported end 72, and the top end surface of the supported end 72 is perpendicular to the linear sliding path of the air outlet sealing piece 5 and is positioned on the linear sliding path of the air outlet sealing piece 5 in the working state. In the process of linear sliding of the air outlet sealing member 5, when the air outlet sealing member 5 abuts against the abutted end 72, the contact surface between the air outlet sealing member 5 and the abutted end 72 is large (if the abutted end 72 is not provided, when the air outlet sealing member 5 directly contacts with the shielding member 7, only one ridge line is formed between the air outlet sealing member 5 and the shielding member 7, the contact surface is small), so that the air outlet sealing member is not easily clamped, and the reliability is high.
As shown in fig. 12, 15, and 17, the bottom seal plate 45 is provided with an inclined surface 453, the inclined surface 453 is gradually lowered from the front side of the bottom seal plate 45 toward the rear side of the bottom seal plate 45, the rear side of the bottom seal plate 45 is provided with a horizontal surface 454 flush with the bottom end of the inclined surface 453, and the oil drain port 451 is opened in the horizontal surface 454. The oil stain can automatically flow to the oil leakage opening 451 by the dead weight of the oil stain, and the speed of removing the oil stain is improved.

The third embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that, as shown in fig. 18, the box-type low-noise kitchen fan of the third embodiment further includes a pressure increasing plate 8, the pressure increasing plate 8 is movably connected to the soundproof box 4, for example, the pressure increasing plate 8 can be horizontally moved from the lower portion of the side sealing plate 43 and inserted into the soundproof box 4, or the pressure increasing plate 8 is detachably connected to or hinged to the soundproof box 4, when the box-type low-noise kitchen fan is in a cleaning state, the pressure increasing plate 8 and the bottom sealing plate 45 surround to form a pressure increasing space 81, and the air guide outlet 62 is located in the pressure increasing space 81. When the box-type low-noise kitchen fan is in a cleaning state, after the plug 452 is opened, air enters the plenum space 81 through the air guide outlet 62, so that the pressure in the plenum space 81 is increased, and the speed of discharging oil from the oil leakage port 451 can be increased.

The fan for low-noise box type kitchen according to claim 1, wherein the soundproof box (4) further comprises a front sealing plate (41), a rear sealing plate (42), a top sealing plate (44), and two side sealing plates (43), and the front sealing plate (41), the rear sealing plate (42), the top sealing plate (44), a bottom sealing plate (45), and the two side sealing plates (43) are riveted to each other to form a box-shaped structure.
