Description

Water-saving and odor-resistant fecal drainage method and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a toilet excrement discharging and conveying method and device, in particular to a toilet excrement discharging and conveying method and device which can smoothly discharge excrement and convey excrement by using a small amount of water and block odor in rural areas, town areas, remote travel areas and other areas with low population density without perfect sewer drainage systems, realize indoor odor-resistant water-saving toilet use and return of dense excrement to fields, and belongs to the fields of water supply and drainage, civilian life and environment.
Background
The use of a clean toilet is an important guarantee for reducing disease infection, improving health level and quality of life for human beings. With the popularization of high-performance water flushing toilets, sewer drainage and sewage treatment systems in cities, the requirements of cleaning life of resident toilets are met by the toilets and waste treatment. However, in rural areas, towns, remote tourist areas and other areas with low population density, the investment and operation cost of the sewage drainage and sewage treatment system are too high to implement, so that most areas are mainly dry toilets, and the clean and sanitary areas and the convenience of residents in using the toilets are not guaranteed. Therefore, improvement of toilet conditions and innocent treatment of excrement in areas where the sewer network is not completed are important problems for improving the sanitary conditions and the quality of life of residents in these areas. The main problems and difficulties in toilet and waste disposal systems in these low population density areas are: the dry toilet is not only clean and sanitary but also can not be used indoors, and the outdoor toilet brings great difficulty to residents, particularly cold and cold days, nights and the old; although the water-flushing toilet can realize indoor toilet use and clean toilet use, and solve the problem of difficult toilet use, the traditional water-flushing toilet has large water consumption, and because a perfect sewage drainage and treatment system is difficult to construct, only a cellar excrement storage mode can be adopted. The cellar feces storage tank cannot be large, the tank is filled quickly in use, and frequent suction and pollution discharge are needed, so that the treatment cost is high; and a large amount of fecal sewage can not be used as organic fertilizer, can not be harmlessly consumed, and inevitably causes the problem of secondary pollution. Therefore, the problems of water-saving excrement discharge, odor blocking and waste treatment and digestion of the toilets in the areas with low population density are thoroughly solved. These three problems are due to the two technical problems of the discharge and transportation of the excrement with little water and the high-efficiency deodorization, and the operation investment requirements of equipment which is not easy to malfunction, simple to maintain and moderate in price.
So far, the industry has developed various water-saving toilets with low water consumption from the aspects of excrement discharging and conveying modes, water storage tank structures, flushing modes, toilet bowl receiving rotation, toilet bowl receiving mechanical cleaning, excrement discharging and conveying pipelines, odor blocking and the like, so that the toilet flushing water is obviously reduced. Such as vacuum suction type, small volume water storage tank, twice flushing and injection flushing, toilet bowl overturning, toilet bowl mechanical cleaning, reducing excrement discharging and conveying pipeline, piston type excrement pushing mechanism, spring odor blocking valve and the like.
However, the vacuum suction type toilet is complex in mechanism, easy to fail, high in maintenance difficulty and high in noise, and is difficult to use as a resident household toilet; the toilet needs 3-5 liters of water for one-time toilet flushing of other toilets, and the flushing amount is obviously too large for a cellar excrement storage tank system of a pipeless drainage system to use. Therefore, the toilet system of the cellar-to-tank system requires the flushing water to be 1 liter or less, preferably 0.5 liter or less. The water closet flushing system in rural areas with low population density can only be accepted by rural areas to realize popularization if the system can smoothly discharge and convey excrement with little water, has good odor blocking and can only accept the low-frequency excrement pumping and the dense excrement returning.
Therefore, the existing various toilet bowls cannot meet the indoor toilet using requirements of low population density areas such as rural areas, and development of a novel toilet bowl system capable of simultaneously meeting the requirements of smooth excrement discharging and conveying, good odor blocking, low-frequency excrement pumping and dense excrement returning of extremely small water consumption becomes a key point for thoroughly solving the rural toilet problems. The invention starts from the key technology of excrement discharging and deodorizing, and provides a water-saving deodorizing excrement discharging and transporting method and device for blocking high-efficiency excrement discharging by means of downstream liquid seal odor by means of the position movement of a flexible connecting pipe and the lifting of a bedpan.

The device is characterized in that the position of the positioning shaft of the flexible connecting pipe in the vertical direction is higher than or equal to the excrement outlet position of the bedpan.
The concrete explanation is as follows:
in rural areas and other areas with low density, because perfect drainage and treatment facilities cannot be built, only a cellar type feces storage mode (feces storage tank) and a suction truck transportation and sewage discharge mode can be adopted, and the indoor toilet is a pursuing target of residents. Therefore, it is necessary to drain the feces with little water and to block the odor channeling from the feces storage tank exactly and efficiently. This has been a technical problem that has hindered rural indoor toilet applications. The invention relates to a water-saving and odor-resistant excrement discharging and conveying method, which is characterized in that the discharging and conveying flow of excrement generated by a toilet to an excrement storage tank and the ascending diffusion of odor generated by an excrement storage tank system to a toilet space are promoted by adopting (1) the technical scheme that the discharging and conveying flow of the excrement is realized through the movement of the bottom of a bedpan and the position of a flexible connecting pipe connected with the bedpan and the fluid flowing to the excrement storage tank, and the odor blocking is realized through a water seal positioned at the downstream of the fluid flowing position of the flexible connecting pipe, and the functional separation of the downstream odor blocking and the upstream excrement flowing are respectively realized; the technical thought that the water seal odor blocking and the excrement discharging and conveying of the existing water flushing toilet are realized through a siphon mechanism and the problem that the excrement discharging and conveying and the odor blocking cannot be realized simultaneously due to the extremely small water quantity brought by the technical thought are overcome. Namely, the accurate and efficient odor blocking is realized at the downstream, and the excrement is discharged and transported smoothly and simply by the extremely small water consumption by moving the bottom of the excrement receiving pan and the position of the flexible connecting pipe connected with the excrement receiving pan for the excrement to flow to the excrement storage tank at the upstream. Here, the lifting of position movable connect the bedpan can realize the quick improvement by a wide margin of gradient of soft connecting pipe, forms the quick flow of rivers and drives excrement and urine smooth flow and realize the excrement and urine row of very little water yield and transport, connects the lifting of bedpan to provide power and drive soft connecting pipe to become the pipeline of high gradient, and soft connecting pipe has created the condition for connecing the promotion of bedpan (has overcome the difficult problem that connect the bedpan to be unable to remove that the fixed pipe of rigidity brought), and has provided the flow line. The toilet bowl is connected with the toilet through the position lifting of the toilet bowl, so that water flow can quickly drag the excrement downwards to enable the excrement to flow downwards, the position lifting of the toilet bowl is adapted to the position change under the connection state by the axial deformation of the flexible connecting pipe between the toilet bowl and the sewer, the movement of the toilet bowl and the discharge pipeline under the connection state is realized, and the smooth discharge of the excrement is realized. After the excrement receiving pan ascends to the top end position, an air passage is formed between the excrement receiving pan and the excrement storage tank, and if no water seal exists, odor in the excrement storage tank can be diffused upwards, so that indoor sanitation and comfort are seriously affected. The water seal at the downstream of the pipeline effectively blocks the formation of the air channel, blocks the ascending diffusion path of odor from the sewer pipeline to the toilet space, and realizes the odor blocking.
The excrement discharging and conveying can be realized by flushing the excrement in the excrement receiving pan and discharging and conveying the excrement through an inclined pipeline connected with the bottom of the excrement receiving pan, the odor blocking can be realized through a water seal positioned at the downstream of the fluid flow of the position moving part of the flexible connecting pipe, and the inclined pipeline adopts a flexible pipe or a separately manufactured round pipe. Flush water in the toilet bowl and realize the excrement and urine to the row of excrement storage jar through the inclined pipeline of connecting the toilet bowl bottom, through the liquid seal of pipeline low reaches effectively block the passageway that the odor rose diffusion in the inclined pipeline has realized effectual stink that hinders. The flexible hose or the separately manufactured round tube can vibrate the pipeline under the condition that the excrement flows poorly, and particularly the flexible hose can more easily achieve the aim of promoting the excrement to flow by beating or swinging. The separately manufactured round tube (without using a cast tube integrally cast with the bedpan) can be a plastic tube or a metal tube, preferably a plastic tube, and noise is avoided because the vibration of the round tube is small.
The excrement discharging and conveying flow can be realized by moving the bottom of the excrement receiving pan and the position of the soft connecting pipe connected with the excrement receiving pan, wherein the position of the soft connecting pipe is used for flowing to the excrement storage tank, and the liquid seal formed at the lower position of the moving position of the soft connecting pipe is used for realizing odor blocking when the excrement discharging and conveying flow is not performed through the soft connecting pipe. The time for excrement discharging and conveying by using the excrement receiving pan lifting mode is usually completed within 1 minute, and the rest time is in a non-lifting state, so that the odor blocking in the non-lifting state is key, and the problem of blocking odor when excrement discharging and conveying is not performed can be effectively and simply solved by forming a water seal in the non-lifting state.
Since very little water is used to drain the feces, it is important that the flow of feces be initiated after a toilet. The flexible connecting pipe connected with the excrement outlet at the bottom of the bedpan is in a downward displacement state when the toilet is not used and used at ordinary times, a downward bending state is formed, urine and urine which are simultaneously discharged when water and excrement are flushed after the previous toilet use form a liquid layer and a water seal state; after the toilet is completed, the toilet is instantaneously formed into quick water flow through mechanical acting force, so that acting force of impacting and dragging the excrement is achieved, the excrement is driven to form quick and good flow, smooth discharge and transportation of the dense excrement are realized, and the pipe wall is flushed through the quick water flow. The structure for quickly starting water flow is formed by quickly lifting the excrement receiving pan, the special position of the flexible connecting pipe can be lifted when the excrement receiving pan is used for toilet, a water seal shape is actually formed, and when excrement is discharged and conveyed, the lifting position of the special position can be quickly lowered to promote the water flow to drive the excrement to flow; in actual engineering, the lifting of the bedpan and the descending of the flexible connecting pipe have better matching action effect.
The lifting speed of the bedpan is quickly started, and the running rule that the speed is gradually slowed down when the bedpan is moved to the second half of the stroke can form large starting water flow impact force, and the bedpan can be stably stopped and can not splash outside.
The device for realizing the method at least comprises a bedpan, a flexible connecting pipe capable of realizing position movement, a sewer pipe, a excrement storage tank, a bedpan lifting mechanism and/or a flexible connecting pipe positioning shaft lifting mechanism. The excrement receiving pan receives excrement during toilet use, can enter the flexible connecting pipe and the sewer pipe through the excrement outlet, and finally reaches the excrement storage tank; the bedpan receiving lifting mechanism provides power for lifting the bedpan receiving, can also reset for descending and preparing for next toilet, namely, the bedpan receiving lifting mechanism is used for the next toilet in a descending position, is in a normal state, and is in an impending state in the action process of discharging toilet excrement. The proper amount of water is flushed into the bed pan in the working process of transition from the normal state to the position end point of the temporary state or in the resetting process of transition from the position end point of the temporary state to the normal state or after the resetting process is finished, so that the excrement discharging and the pipe wall cleaning are facilitated; after the resetting process is finished, a proper amount of water is flushed into the toilet bowl, so that a water seal can be formed in the soft connecting pipe, and the excrement of the next toilet is not adhered to the pipe wall. Under the condition of a flexible connecting pipe with reasonable design, the odor blocking for preventing the odor in the excrement storage tank from diffusing upwards to the toilet space can be realized by using a normal water seal. In actual engineering, in order to better ensure that the flexible connecting pipe with the movable position moves downwards when the bedpan is lowered and reset, a water storage seal structure in a normal state is formed, the downward acting force of the mechanical mechanism on the flexible connecting pipe can be increased, and the structure is designed according to the conventional mechanical knowledge and is not limited in form. If the action rod which synchronously acts with the bedpan is arranged at the vertical upward position of the lowest point in the normal state, the downward acting force on the flexible connecting pipe can be exerted when the bedpan descends without affecting the ascending of the flexible connecting pipe.
The bedpan receiving lifting mechanism at least comprises a lifting power system and a lifting mechanical system; the lifting power system can be an electric system, a pneumatic system or a manual driving system, and the lifting mechanical system can be of an up-down telescopic type or a lever type structure. The systems can be selected according to the site situation and the intention of residents, and the specific scheme is designed and manufactured according to the knowledge of relevant professions.
The bedpan lifting mechanism is provided with an upper limit point and a lower limit point, and the limit point or a contact contacted with the limit point is made of elastic materials or structures. The contact of limit point adopts the elasticity mode, can effectively cushion the impact that the excrement receiving device brought about from top to bottom fast, makes its operation more steady. The lower limit point can also be used as a lower supporting point for receiving the weight of a human body when the toilet is used.
The lifting and the lowering of the excrement receiving pan can reciprocate under the constraint of the guide rail, so that the stable running of the excrement receiving pan can be ensured.
The air communicating pipe is arranged in the pipeline between the upstream part of the downstream water seal and the toilet bowl, so that odor possibly generated in the downstream water seal and the pipeline can be discharged, the odor possibly flowing upwards to the toilet when the toilet bowl is lifted to the highest position (position end point) is prevented, and the upward spraying of water possibly formed by the rapid pressure increase in the pipeline during rapid excrement discharge and transportation can be freely regulated, so that the splashing is caused.
The position of the positioning shaft of the flexible connecting pipe in the vertical direction is higher than or equal to the position of the excrement outlet of the excrement receiving pan, so that more water is stored in the flexible connecting pipe moving in the position during toilet use, and sufficient water flow force is formed.
The excrement storage tank can be a storage tank for storing excrement for a period of time like a rural dry toilet, and can be a tank body used as a buffer tank, a purifying tank for performing biological treatment to a certain extent like the purifying tank, and a collecting pipe for collecting sewage in a certain range. The toilet space refers to the space where a person is located when using a toilet.
The sewer pipe refers to a fluid flow pipeline which is directly connected with the excrement storage tank, and can be a rigid pipe, a flexible pipe or a flow path formed by other processing modes. The flexible connecting pipe is a pipe which can be bent in the axial direction of the pipe without a special tool or be restored to the original state without the operation of the special tool, such as a hose made of polymer chemicals.
Downstream of the fluid flow means downstream of the fluid flow from the position moving part of the flexible connecting pipe directly connected with the bedpan beyond the position moving part of the bedpan when the bedpan moves, and the position of the flexible connecting pipe is closer to the faeces storage tank than the position moving part of the flexible connecting pipe.
In actual engineering, the relative position of the sewer pipe and the excrement outlet at the bottom of the bedpan can be determined according to the site space condition and the construction and maintenance convenience, and the flexible connection of the position-movable flexible connecting pipe can be well adapted to the requirements of diversity.
The invention has the beneficial effects of providing the water-saving and odor-resistant excrement discharging and conveying method and device which can simultaneously realize the smooth discharging and conveying of excrement with little water, good odor blocking, low-frequency excrement pumping and returning of dense excrement to the field. The toilet bowl is characterized in that the toilet bowl is connected with the toilet bowl through a flexible connecting pipe, the toilet bowl is connected with the toilet bowl through a flexible pipe, and the toilet bowl is connected with the toilet bowl through a flexible pipe. The device of the method has simple structure, difficult fault, easy maintenance, high-efficiency deodorization and low equipment investment cost.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The present embodiment is an application example of the toilet system for lifting excrement from the toilet bowl and sealing the downstream water, and the normal state of the toilet when the toilet is not in use and is used is shown in fig. 1. The excrement outlet 2 of the excrement receiving pan at the bottom of the excrement receiving pan 1 is connected with a position movable flexible connecting pipe 3, the position of the flexible pipe is raised through a flexible connecting pipe positioning shaft 4, so that the position movable flexible connecting pipe 3 between the excrement receiving pan and the excrement receiving pan forms a downward bending section, a water seal and an excrement water mixture during toilet use are formed, and the excrement water mixture is used as a water hydraulic source for fast downward flowing when the excrement receiving pan is lifted upwards. After passing through the positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe, the flexible connecting pipe is connected with the sewer pipe 6 and is connected with the downstream water seal 5, and after passing through the water seal, the flexible connecting pipe is further connected with the excrement inlet 7 of the excrement storage tank 8 through the sewer pipe 6.
During toilet use, faeces are discharged into the toilet bowl from the toilet bowl receiving opening 26. After the toilet is completed, the toilet bowl is quickly lifted along the toilet bowl lifting direction 11 to reach the end point (highest point) of the temporary position shown in fig. 2. The excrement receiving pan is quickly lifted under the action of a power system and a mechanical system (not shown in the figure), and drives the position-movable flexible connecting pipe 3 to be deformed into a non-water-sealed shape without water storage, so that excrement rapidly and smoothly flows into the excrement storage tank 8 through the flexible connecting pipe, the downstream water seal and the sewer pipe.
After the bedpan reaches the highest point of the temporary state, the bedpan is lowered to be placed on the bedpan supporting frame 14, and the bedpan enters the normal state position to realize the reset for the next toilet use. The position of the positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe in the vertical direction is higher than the position of the excrement outlet 2 of the bedpan, so that more liquid is stored in the movable flexible connecting pipe in the position when the toilet is used, and sufficient water flow force is formed when the bedpan is lifted.
The lower part has the water sealing function of the downstream water seal 5, so that the odor in the excrement storage tank can be well prevented from rising and diffusing to the toilet space through the sewer pipe all the time no matter after the excrement receiving pan is lifted or is lowered.
After the toilet system is used for a period of time and the excrement in the excrement storage tank reaches a certain reserve, the excrement is pumped and discharged from the excrement pumping port 9 of the excrement storage tank by an excrement pumping pump and is transported to farmlands by an excrement transporting vehicle for organic fertilizer.
An air communicating pipe 10 is arranged between the tail end of the position movable soft connecting pipe and the front end of the downstream water seal, so that the pressure change of the front end of the downstream water seal is smoothly regulated, and the odor possibly existing in the air is discharged.
The lifting device of the excrement receiving device adopts an electric mode, as shown in fig. 5. After the toilet is finished, the motor 17 is started, the toilet receiving lifting guide rod 16 connected with the toilet receiving 1 is driven to ascend through the rotation of the toilet receiving lifting rotating wheel 15, the lifting of the toilet receiving is realized, the position of the flexible connecting pipe is driven to move, and the excrement is quickly discharged to the excrement storage tank through the sewer pipe (not labeled in the figure). After the excrement is discharged and conveyed, the excrement can reversely descend the excrement receiving tray through the motor, and can naturally descend by means of gravity and be placed on the excrement receiving tray support frame 14 for next toilet use. The rising speed of the excrement receiving device can realize the actions of firstly and secondly by controlling the rotating speed of the motor. A bedpan lifting guide rail (not labeled in the figure) is arranged on the bedpan supporting frame 14, so that the lifting and the lowering of the bedpan reciprocate under the constraint of the guide rail; the contact part of the bottom of the bedpan and the bedpan supporting frame adopts a soft rubber gasket (not labeled in the figure) for buffering the impact force of the falling of the bedpan.
The excrement is discharged and conveyed to the excrement storage tank by the quick lifting of the excrement receiving device, a smooth fluid pipeline is formed by the movement of the position of the flexible connecting pipe, and the excrement can be smoothly discharged and conveyed by 0.5 liter of water after each toilet use, so that conditions are created for the formation of a dense excrement water mixture with less frequency of suction, farmland utilization and harmless digestion of the excrement; the downstream water seal realizes the blocking effect of the rising and diffusing of the odor in the whole process to the toilet space through the sewer pipe, realizes the cleaning and convenient toilet use indoors, and provides conditions for really realizing the cleaning and convenient toilet use of regional residents without complete sewer pipes and sewage treatment systems.
Example 2
The embodiment is an application example of a toilet system with a toilet bowl for lifting and discharging feces and without a downstream water seal, and the normal state of the toilet when the toilet is not in use and is in use is shown in figure 3. The excrement outlet 2 of the excrement receiving pan at the bottom of the excrement receiving pan 1 is connected with a position movable flexible connecting pipe 3, and the position of the flexible pipe is raised through a flexible connecting pipe positioning shaft 4, so that the flexible connecting pipe between the excrement receiving pan and the excrement receiving pan forms a downward bending section, and an excrement water mixture in a water seal and during toilet use is formed and is used as a water hydraulic source for fast downward flowing when the excrement receiving pan is lifted upwards. After passing through the positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe, the flexible connecting pipe is connected with the sewer pipe 6, and is directly connected with the excrement inlet 7 of the excrement storage tank 8 through the sewer pipe 6.
After the toilet is finished, the toilet bowl is quickly lifted along the lifting direction 11 of the toilet bowl to reach the highest point of the temporary state as shown in fig. 2. The excrement receiving pan is quickly lifted under the action of a power system and a mechanical system (not labeled in the figure), and drives the position-movable flexible connecting pipe 3 to be deformed into a non-water-sealed shape without water storage, so that the excrement rapidly and smoothly flows into the excrement storage tank 8 through the flexible connecting pipe and the sewer pipe.
After the excrement and urine reaches the highest point of the temporary entering state, the excrement and urine receiving pan descends to the normal state position for the next toilet.
Because the pipeline is not provided with a downstream water seal, the excrement receiving pan is quickly lowered after being lifted to the highest point to rapidly discharge excrement, and a certain amount of water is flushed into the excrement receiving pan, so that the excrement receiving pan forms a soft connecting pipe water seal 12 after the excrement receiving pan is lowered, and the odor in the excrement storage tank is prevented from being diffused to the toilet space through the sewer pipeline.
After the toilet system is used for a period of time and the excrement in the excrement storage tank reaches a certain reserve, the excrement is pumped and discharged from the excrement pumping port 9 of the excrement storage tank by the excrement pumping pump and is transported to a field to be used as fertilizer by the excrement transportation tank.
An air communication pipe 10 is arranged between the tail end of the movable flexible connecting pipe and the sewer pipe 6, so that odor possibly existing in the excrement discharging and conveying process and in a normal state can be discharged.
The lifting device of the bedpan adopts manual operation, as shown in figure 6. After the toilet is finished, the toilet receiving lifting starting handle 21 is pressed down, the toilet receiving lifting counterweight 18 loses support to form a downward falling body, the toilet receiving lifting counterweight lifting rope 20 drives the toilet receiving 1 to ascend along with the rotation of the toilet receiving lifting counterweight rotating shaft 19 to form a quick fecal water flow, and the excrement is discharged into the fecal storage tank through the position movable flexible connecting pipe 3 and the sewer pipe 6. After the excrement is discharged and conveyed, the reverse rotation of the lifting counterweight rotating shaft 19 of the excrement receiving pan is realized by rotating the descending rotating handle 22 of the excrement receiving pan, and the descending excrement receiving pan is placed on the excrement receiving pan supporting frame 14 for the next toilet use; the bedpan lifting activation handle 21 is then reset to support the bedpan lifting weights 18. The lifting counterweight rotating shaft 19 of the bedpan is a structure which naturally rotates when the counterweight descends and requires additional power when the counterweight ascends. A soft rubber gasket (not labeled in the figure) is added on the part of the bedpan receiving support frame 14 contacted with the bedpan receiving 1 for buffering the impact force when the bedpan receiving falls down; meanwhile, a stop block (not labeled in the figure) of a soft rubber contact is added at the highest point where the bedpan 1 rises to buffer the impact force caused by rapid stop in rapid rising of the bedpan; also, a stop (not shown) of soft rubber contact is added at the lowest point of the drop of the bedpan lifting weight 18 for the impact force caused by the rapid stop of the weight in the rapid drop.
The quick lifting through the excrement receiving pan forms quick excrement water flow, and the position through the flexible connecting pipe is moved to form a smooth fluid pipeline, excrement is discharged and conveyed to the excrement storage tank, so that 0.5-0.6 liter of water can be discharged and conveyed smoothly after each toilet use, the excrement is sucked and utilized for less frequency of a dense excrement water mixture, the farmland is utilized, the harmless digestion of the excrement is realized, the indoor cleaning and convenient odorless toilet use are realized, and conditions are provided for really realizing the convenient cleaning and toilet use life of a non-complete sewer pipeline and region residents of a sewage treatment system.
Example 3
The present embodiment is an application example of a toilet system with a fixed position of the toilet bowl, inclined pipeline and downstream water seal, and the system structure is similar to that of fig. 2. The excrement outlet 2 of the excrement receiving pan at the bottom of the excrement receiving pan 1 is connected with a flexible connecting pipe, the flexible connecting pipe is connected with a sewer pipe 6, a downstream water seal 5 is arranged at the downstream of the flexible connecting pipe, and the excrement outlet is further connected with an excrement inlet 7 of an excrement storage tank 8 through the sewer pipe 6 after passing through the water seal.
After the toilet is finished, water is flushed into the excrement receiving bowl 1, and excrement rapidly and smoothly flows into the excrement storage tank 8 through the flexible connecting pipe, the downstream water seal 5 and the sewer pipe. Due to the downstream water seal 5, the odor in the excrement storage tank can be well prevented from being diffused upwards no matter when the toilet is flushed or not used at ordinary times.
The excrement receiving outlet 2 at the bottom of the excrement receiving pan 1 is connected with a soft connecting pipe, so that when the excrement flows unsmoothly, the pipeline can be knocked or vibrated to form vibration or swing of the soft connecting pipe, and the excrement is smoothly discharged and conveyed in a power-assisted mode.
The excrement is discharged and conveyed to the excrement storage tank by forming quick excrement water flow through pipeline inclination and flushing, and the excrement can be smoothly discharged and conveyed by 0.6-0.8 liter of water after each toilet use, so that a dense excrement water mixture is sucked and utilized in farmlands at a small frequency, and the excrement is harmless to be consumed; the downstream water seal realizes the blocking effect of the rising and diffusing of the odor in the whole process to the toilet space through the sewer pipe, and realizes the cleaning and convenient toilet use indoors. Because the bedpan receiving lifting system is not equipped, the structure is simpler, and the equipment investment is lower.
Example 4
The embodiment is an application example of a toilet system with a fixed position of a toilet bowl and a lifting positioning shaft of a flexible connecting pipe. The toilet system is shown in fig. 1 in a normal state and in a toilet; after the toilet is finished, as shown in fig. 4, the positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe is quickly lowered along the lowering direction 13 of the positioning shaft of the flexible connecting pipe, the movable flexible connecting pipe 3 is driven to be lowered, so that quick water flow is formed, and the excrement is discharged to the excrement storage tank.
After the excrement is discharged and conveyed, the positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe is lifted along the direction opposite to the descending direction 13 of the positioning shaft of the flexible connecting pipe, and returns to the original position for the next toilet. Due to the downstream water seal 5, the odor in the excrement storage tank can be well prevented from being diffused upwards no matter when the toilet is flushed or not used at ordinary times.
The positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe can be lowered and lifted for resetting in an electric, manual or pneumatic mode, and is designed according to the knowledge of the related field.
Example 5
The embodiment is an application example of a toilet system with the lifting of the toilet bowl and the lowering of the positioning shaft of the flexible connecting pipe. As shown in fig. 1, after the toilet is finished, the toilet system lifts the toilet bowl 1 and lowers the positioning shaft 4 of the flexible connecting pipe simultaneously, so as to form rapid water flow. Compared with the independent actions of the two, the device can form rapid water flow in a faster way, and achieve better fecal drainage and transportation effect. The pipeline system is not provided with an air communicating pipe.
The lifting device of the excrement receiving device adopts a pneumatic mode, as shown in fig. 7. The lifting and the descending of the bedpan are respectively realized by compressed air generated by an air compressor 25 and acted on a bedpan lifting cylinder 23 through a compressed air pipeline 24 to drive the bedpan to lift.
The above embodiments are only some typical embodiments of the present invention, and practical applications are not limited to these, and further application examples can be formed by combining the technical gist of the present invention.
