Abstract
The invention discloses an emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding and a preparation method thereof, wherein the emulsion release agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-95 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 10-18 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, 4-8 parts of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 12-24 parts of mineral oil and 30-36 parts of ethylene bis stearamide. The invention solves the problem that the existing release agent easily causes the pollution and damage of wood grain concrete when the wood grain concrete is released.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete release and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The release agent is a functional substance between the mold and the finished product, and is mainly used for separating the contact surface of the mold and the finished product, so that the effects of damaging the mold and protecting the mold and improving the recycling frequency of the mold are realized. In the building field, the release agent is earlier adopted in a larger amount to improve the engineering quality and save the cost. The release agent is suitable for different engineering release forms, such as saponification, water-based, pure oil, emulsion and paraffin wax release agents.
With the advent of new building forms, such as wood grain concrete, the existing release agents have the problem of contamination and damage when the wood grain concrete is released from the mold.

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, an emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding and a preparation method thereof are provided, so as to solve the problem that the existing release agent easily causes wood grain concrete pollution and damage when the wood grain concrete is demoulded.
In order to realize the aim, the emulsion release agent for releasing the wood grain concrete is provided, and comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-95 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 10-18 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, 4-8 parts of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 12-24 parts of mineral oil and 30-36 parts of ethylene bis stearamide.
Further, the paint comprises the following components: 80 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 15 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 20 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 4 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 20 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 32 parts by mass of ethylene bis-stearamide.

Further, the paint comprises the following components: 90 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 18 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 15 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 12 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 36 parts by mass of ethylene bis stearamide.
Further, the paint comprises the following components: 95 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 16 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 12 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 24 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 30 parts by mass of ethylene bis-stearamide.
The invention provides a preparation method of an emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding, which comprises the following steps:
weighing dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, mineral oil and ethylene bis stearamide respectively;
uniformly mixing the weighed dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, mineral oil and ethylene bis stearamide, and adding into a strong mixer for counter-current mixing to obtain the emulsion release agent for demoulding wood grain concrete.
The emulsion mold release agent for demolding wood grain concrete has the beneficial effects that when the emulsion mold release agent is used for pouring wood grain concrete, on one hand, the mold release agent does not pollute the wood grain concrete, and on the other hand, the wood grain concrete is not damaged during demolding.

In this example, the mineral oil was Mobil mineral engine oil 5W-30.

As a preferred embodiment, the emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete release of the invention is composed of the following components: 85 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 10 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 10 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 6 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 18 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 36 parts by mass of ethylene bis-stearamide.
As a preferred embodiment, the emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete release of the invention is composed of the following components: 90 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 18 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 15 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 12 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 36 parts by mass of ethylene bis-stearamide.
As a preferred embodiment, the emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete release of the invention is composed of the following components: 95 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 16 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 12 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 24 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 30 parts by mass of ethylene bis-stearamide.
The invention provides a preparation method of an emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding, which comprises the following steps:
s1: respectively weighing dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, mineral oil and ethylene bis stearamide;
s2: uniformly mixing the weighed dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, mineral oil and ethylene bis stearamide, and adding into a strong mixer for counter-current mixing to obtain the emulsion release agent for demoulding wood grain concrete.
The emulsion release agent for releasing wood-grain concrete and the preparation method thereof will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Example one
The invention relates to an emulsion stripping agent for wood grain concrete stripping and a preparation method thereof, wherein the emulsion stripping agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: weighing 80 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 15 parts of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 20 parts of epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, 4 parts of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 20 parts of mineral oil and 32 parts of ethylene bis-stearamide. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the weighed components, adding the mixture into a powerful mixer for counter-current mixing, standing, barreling and sealing.
Example two

When the emulsion mold release agent for demolding wood grain concrete is used for pouring wood grain concrete, on one hand, the mold release agent does not pollute the wood grain concrete, and on the other hand, the wood grain concrete is not damaged during demolding.

Emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding according to claim 1, characterized by consisting of: 85 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 10 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 10 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 6 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 18 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 36 parts by mass of ethylene bis stearamide.

Emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding according to claim 1, characterized by consisting of: 90 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 18 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 15 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 12 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 36 parts by mass of ethylene bis stearamide.

Emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete demoulding according to claim 1, characterized by consisting of: 95 parts by mass of dimethyl silicone oil, 16 parts by mass of phenyl vinyl silicone oil, 12 parts by mass of epoxy resin-modified polyvinyl alcohol, 8 parts by mass of polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, 24 parts by mass of mineral oil, and 30 parts by mass of ethylene bis-stearamide.
6. A method of preparing an emulsion release agent for wood grain concrete release according to any of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
respectively weighing dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, mineral oil and ethylene bis stearamide;
uniformly mixing the weighed dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl vinyl silicone oil, epoxy resin modified polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxypropylene glycerol ether, mineral oil and ethylene bis stearamide, and adding into a strong mixer for counter-current mixing to obtain the emulsion release agent for demoulding wood grain concrete.
