Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plant seeds, in particular to a vegetable seed pelleting powder formula and a method for processing seed pelleting.
Background
The technology of human beings about seed treatment has been for thousands of years, and the process of soaking seeds in warm soup and soaking seeds in medicament exists as early as ancient China. Seed treatment processes such as coating, pelleting techniques have begun to emerge and become popular since the middle of the last century. In the 60 to 70 s, with the vigorous development of the world pesticide industry, the technology for seed treatment was further improved and perfected, and particularly in agricultural production in developed countries, the seed pellet technology was widely applied. For irregular seeds and small-sized seeds, pelleting can not only improve the seed quality, but also reduce the labor capacity of farmers, and is a necessary way for the development of modern agriculture.
At present, the pelleting technology in China is developed and popularized to a certain extent, but the pelleting technology has a space for progress. The conventional seed pelleting method for vegetable seed pelleting processing comprises the following steps: a. adding chemical materials such as adhesive and organic material into water, adding water, stirring to obtain paste, drying, and making into powder; b. fully mixing the powder obtained in the step a with a disintegrating agent; c. and then adding the powder and the binder obtained in the step b and the selected seeds according to the proportion for carrying out the pelleting processing. The traditional vegetable seed pelleting formula has high cost and complex processing technology, the vegetable seed pellets processed by the traditional vegetable seed pelleting formula have low hardness, are inconvenient to transport, carry and sow, and the disintegration efficiency of the vegetable seed pellets is poor, thereby influencing the survival rate of the seeds.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a vegetable seed pellet powder formula and a method for processing seed pellets.
The vegetable seed pill powder formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 38-40% of talcum powder, 25-26% of bentonite, 25-26% of diatomite, 2-3% of magnesium stearate and 6-7% of pregelatinized starch.
Talc powder is an industrial product, and is prepared from talc of talc family, which is a magnesium silicate mineral, and contains hydrous magnesium silicate as main ingredient, by pulverizing, treating with hydrochloric acid, washing with water, and drying. The talc is commonly used as a filler, a rubber filler, an anti-sticking agent for rubber products, a high-grade paint coating and the like of plastics and paper products, has excellent physical and chemical properties such as lubricity, fire resistance, acid resistance, insulativity, high melting point, chemical inactiveness, good covering power, softness, good luster, strong adsorption power and the like, and has the tendency of easily cracking into scales and special lubricity because the crystal structure of the talc is layered.
The bentonite is also called bentonite, bentonite or bentonite, the main mineral component of the bentonite is montmorillonite, the content is 85-90%, some properties of the bentonite are determined by the montmorillonite, the bentonite can be compact block or loose soil, the bentonite has slippery feel when rubbed by fingers, the small blocks swell by a plurality of times to 20-30 times after being added with water, and the small blocks are suspended in water and pasty when the water is low.
Diatomite is siliceous rock which mainly comprises SiO2 as a chemical component and contains a small amount of Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO and the like and organic matters. The diatomite has the density of 1.9-2.3 g/cm3, the bulk density of 0.34-0.65 g/cm3, the specific surface area of 40-65 square meters/g, the pore volume of 0.45-0.98 cm/g, the water absorption rate of 2-4 times of the volume of the diatomite, the special porous structure of the natural diatomite can be observed under a microscope, and the diatomite is commonly used as a heat insulation material, a filter material, a filler, a grinding material, a water glass raw material, a decolorizing agent, a diatomite filter aid, a catalyst carrier and the like in industry.
Magnesium stearate is an organic compound, is white non-sandy fine powder, is insoluble in water, is mainly used as a lubricant, an anti-sticking agent and a glidant, is widely used in the industries of food, medicine, coating, plastics, rubber, textile and the like, is a novel pharmaceutic adjuvant, and can be used as a film-forming coating material of a solid preparation, a thickening agent of a colloidal liquid preparation, a suspension agent and the like.
Pregelatinized starch is modified starch obtained by chemically or mechanically breaking up part or all of starch granules. The pregelatinized starch has self-lubricating effect, and can be used as lubricant by adding magnesium stearate.
A method of processing seed pellets using a vegetable seed pellet powder formulation comprising the steps of:
s1: respectively weighing talcum powder, bentonite, diatomite, magnesium stearate and pregelatinized starch according to the weight percentage requirement of the formula;
s2: putting the weighed talcum powder, bentonite, diatomite, magnesium stearate and pregelatinized starch into a stirrer, and uniformly mixing to form vegetable seed pill powder;
s3: adding vegetable seed pill powder, a proper amount of water and vegetable seeds into a centrifugal pill machine for seed pelleting, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the vegetable seed pill powder is 1: 20.
in conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention gives full play to the function of pregelatinized starch, uses the pregelatinized starch as a binding agent and a disintegrating agent, mixes 6-7 percent of pregelatinized starch by weight into talcum powder, bentonite, diatomite and magnesium stearate to prepare vegetable seed pill powder, and then mixes the vegetable seed pill powder and water according to the weight ratio of 1: 20 to a centrifugal granulator for seed pelleting. The vegetable seed pill powder has low formula cost and simple processing technology, and the vegetable seed pills processed by the vegetable seed pill formula have high hardness, convenient transportation, carrying and sowing, high disintegration efficiency and high survival rate of the seeds.
