the transverse trimming and polishing device consists of 20 unit components in each row (front row and rear row respectively), the unit components are a polishing wheel and a trimming flame gun, the polishing wheel and the trimming flame gun are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, the polishing wheel is composed of a heat-resistant stainless steel wheel body and a high-temperature bearing, the trimming flame gun is composed of a flame gun body and a gas tube, and the trimming flame gun is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. The distance between adjacent unit components is 200mm, the reciprocating motion pitch is 250mm, the fuel 4 of the trimming flame gun is formed by mixing acetylene and oxygen according to the volume ratio of 2:5, the pressure of the acetylene gun is 0.07MPa, the pressure of the oxygen gun is 0.4MPa, and the temperature of flame (front part) sprayed by the trimming flame gun 3 is 2000 ℃.
The glass plate after the transverse trimming and polishing treatment continues to go forward and is turned to the next procedure, and the control center sends out a message to reset the transverse trimming and polishing device and wait for the next glass to be in place. The glass plate subjected to trimming and polishing treatment in the embodiment has the dimensions of 3659.5 multiplied by 2439.7mm, the diagonal deviation of 2.1mm, and the glass edge trimming is flat and smooth, neat and free of edge breakage, and completely meets the technical requirements of glass deep processing.
Example 3
On a 600t/d float production line, the original plate width is 4000mm, and the main line glass plate speed is 3-5 m/min when 12mm glass is produced. The plate surface size after the online cutting is 3660x2440mm, and trimming and polishing treatment is carried out on the plate surface.
The trimming and polishing process of the hot glass on a production line for manufacturing float glass, wherein the temperature of the high-temperature glass is 500-650 ℃, and the specific process is as follows:
(1) After the longitudinal edge breaking process of the annealing kiln B area of the flat glass float production line, the glass plate 1 enters a longitudinal trimming polishing area, when the glass plate runs to the area, an annealing kiln roller way with independent transmission is driven by a control center to run at a proper speed, and meanwhile, longitudinal trimming polishing unit parts arranged on two sides of the annealing kiln run towards the middle of the annealing kiln at the same time, so that the V-shaped groove 2 of the polishing wheel is contacted with the longitudinal edge part of glass, a flame gun is opened and aligned with the longitudinal edge of the glass to spray fire, and the edge part of the glass in running is heated and softened under the action of flame, and then a very smooth and neat glass edge is formed under the extrusion action of the V-shaped groove 2 of the polishing wheel. The glass plate 1 subjected to longitudinal trimming continues to run and turn to the next transverse trimming and polishing process;
the longitudinal trimming polishing device consists of 2X 8 polishing wheels and trimming flame 3 guns which are respectively arranged at two sides of the annealing kiln, the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns 3 are controlled to run by a control center, the control center is respectively in communication connection with the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns 3, and the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns 3 are correspondingly arranged one by one. The polishing wheel consists of a heat-resistant stainless steel wheel body and a high-temperature bearing, the trimming flame gun consists of a flame gun body and a gas tube, and the trimming flame gun is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. The fuel 4 of the trimming flame gun is formed by mixing acetylene and oxygen according to the volume ratio of 2:5, the pressure of the acetylene gun is 0.07MPa, the pressure of the oxygen gun is 0.4MPa, and the temperature of the flame (front part) sprayed by the trimming flame gun 3 is 2000 ℃.

(1) After the longitudinal edge breaking process of the annealing kiln B area of the flat glass float production line, the glass plate enters a longitudinal trimming and polishing area, when the glass plate moves to the area, an annealing kiln roller way with independent transmission slowly moves, longitudinal trimming and polishing devices arranged at two sides in the annealing kiln are close to the longitudinal edge of the glass plate, and a trimming wheel and the glass plate synchronously move, so that the trimming and polishing of the longitudinal edge of the glass plate are finished;
(2) The glass plate subjected to longitudinal edge trimming and polishing continuously moves forward on an annealing kiln roller way to enter a transverse trimming and polishing area, when the glass plate enters the area, the annealing kiln roller way is suspended, the transverse trimming and polishing device moves and abuts against the front transverse edge and the rear transverse edge of the glass plate, and the transverse trimming and polishing device performs transverse swing, so that the transverse trimming and polishing of the glass plate are completed; the temperature of the high-temperature glass is 500-650 ℃;
the longitudinal trimming and polishing device and the transverse trimming and polishing device have the same structure and consist of a plurality of trimming and polishing unit components and an executing mechanism, wherein the trimming and polishing unit components comprise polishing wheels and trimming flame guns, the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, and the executing mechanism is connected with the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns;
the polishing wheel consists of a heat-resistant stainless steel wheel body and a high-temperature bearing, the trimming flame gun consists of a flame gun body and a gas tube, and the trimming flame gun is made of heat-resistant stainless steel;
the stainless steel wheel body is provided with a V-shaped groove in the middle, so that the edge of the glass plate can enter the V-shaped groove, and the stainless steel wheel body is symmetrically arranged with the V-shaped groove as the center.
2. The process for trimming and polishing hot glass on a float glass manufacturing line according to claim 1, wherein the actuating mechanism of the longitudinal trimming and polishing device consists of a first lifting adjusting mechanism and a first transverse moving mechanism, and the actuating mechanism of the transverse trimming and polishing device consists of a second lifting adjusting mechanism, a second transverse moving mechanism and a longitudinal moving mechanism.
3. The trimming and polishing process for hot glass on a float glass manufacturing line according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the longitudinal trimming and polishing devices are disposed on both sides of the annealing lehr at the rear of the longitudinal edge breaking zone of the annealing lehr B.

The process for trimming and polishing hot glass on a float glass manufacturing line according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the transverse trimming and polishing device is arranged behind the longitudinal trimming and polishing area of the annealing furnace B area, is positioned at the upper part of the roller way of the annealing furnace and is parallel to the roller way.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein the polishing wheel has a heat resistant temperature greater than 700 ℃ and the trimming flame gun has a heat resistant temperature greater than 700 ℃.
6. The process for trimming and polishing hot glass on a float glass production line according to claim 1, wherein the flame temperature of the trimming flame gun is 1500-3000 ℃, and the fuel of the trimming flame gun is a mixed gas of acetylene and oxygen.
7. A hot glass trimming and polishing process in a float glass manufacturing line according to claim 3, wherein 5 to 10 trimming and polishing unit parts are provided on each side.
8. The trimming and polishing process for hot glass on a manufacturing line for float glass according to claim 4, wherein front and rear sets of trimming and polishing unit parts are provided, each set having 20 trimming and polishing unit parts.
