The glass plate 1 after longitudinal trimming continuously runs and turns to the next transverse flattening polishing procedure;
the speed of the annealing kiln longitudinal trimming and polishing roller way is 3.5m/min, the longitudinal trimming and polishing device consists of 2 multiplied by 8 polishing wheels and trimming flame 3 guns, the polishing wheels and the trimming flame 3 guns are respectively arranged on two sides of the annealing kiln, the operation of the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns is controlled by a control center, the control center is respectively in communication connection with the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns 3, and the polishing wheels and the trimming flame guns 3 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The polishing wheel consists of a heat-resistant stainless steel wheel body and a high-temperature bearing, the trimming flame gun consists of a flame gun body and an air pipe, and the trimming flame gun is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. The fuel 4 of the trimming flame gun is formed by mixing acetylene and oxygen according to the volume ratio of 2:5, the acetylene outlet pressure is 0.07MPa, the oxygen outlet pressure is 0.4MPa, and the temperature of the flame (front part) sprayed out by the trimming flame gun 3 is 2000 ℃.
(2) The glass plate 1 after longitudinal trimming and polishing in the step (1) goes forward to turn to a transverse trimming process, when the glass plate 1 enters the transverse trimming and polishing area, the control center sends out signals to pause the roller ways with independent transmission, the trimming and polishing unit components (a front group and a rear group) arranged above the roller ways of the annealing kiln, and simultaneously moves towards the lower part of the annealing kiln, so that the central line of the V-shaped groove 2 of the polishing wheel is superposed with the central line of the thickness of the glass plate 1, the polishing wheel moves towards the direction close to the glass, so that the polishing wheel contacts two transverse edges of the glass, then the transverse trimming and polishing device reciprocates along the transverse edges of the glass plate 1, meanwhile, the control center sends out signals, the trimming flame gun 3 is opened and is aligned with the transverse edge of the glass plate for flaming, the edge of the glass is heated and softened under the action of flame, and a smooth and tidy glass edge is formed under the extrusion action of the polishing wheel;
the transverse trimming and polishing device comprises 20 unit parts in each row (front and back rows), the unit parts comprise a polishing wheel and a trimming flame gun, the polishing wheel and the trimming flame gun are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the polishing wheel comprises a heat-resistant stainless steel wheel body and a high-temperature bearing, the trimming flame gun comprises a flame gun body and an air pipe, and the trimming flame gun is made of heat-resistant stainless steel. (1) after the longitudinal edge breaking process in the annealing kiln B area of the flat glass float production line, the glass plate enters a longitudinal edge trimming and polishing area, when the glass plate runs to the area, an annealing kiln roller way with independent transmission runs slowly, longitudinal trimming and polishing devices arranged at two side edges in the annealing kiln are close to the longitudinal edge of the glass plate, and trimming wheels and the glass plate move synchronously so as to finish the longitudinal edge trimming and polishing of the glass plate;
(2) and the glass plate after the longitudinal edge trimming and polishing is transmitted on an annealing kiln roller way to continue to move forwards and enters a transverse trimming and polishing area, when the glass plate enters the area, the annealing kiln roller way is paused, the transverse trimming and polishing device moves and is tightly close to the front transverse edge and the rear transverse edge of the glass plate, and the transverse trimming and polishing device swings transversely, so that the transverse trimming and polishing of the glass plate are completed.

The edge-trimming and polishing process for hot glass in a manufacturing line for float glass according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the longitudinal edge-trimming and polishing device is disposed on both sides of the annealing furnace at the rear of the longitudinal edge-snapping zone in the B zone of the annealing furnace, preferably, 5 to 10 edge-trimming and polishing unit components are disposed on each side.

7. The process of claim 3, wherein the polishing wheel comprises a heat-resistant stainless steel wheel body and a high-temperature bearing, the trimming flame gun comprises a flame gun body and an air pipe, and the trimming flame gun is made of heat-resistant stainless steel.
8. The edge-finishing process for hot glass on a manufacturing line for float glass according to claim 7, wherein the polishing wheel has a heat-resistant temperature of more than 700 ℃ and the edge-finishing flame gun has a heat-resistant temperature of more than 700 ℃.
9. The process of claim 7, wherein the stainless steel wheel body has a V-shaped groove in the middle to allow the edge of the glass plate to enter the V-shaped groove, and the stainless steel wheel body is symmetrically disposed about the V-shaped groove.
