When the shield cover 600 is not used or the support block 100 and the reinforcing bars are covered with the shield cover 600, the rotation shaft 740 is horizontally installed in the installation gap 720. Referring to fig. 6, as a specific embodiment of the multifunctional classified storage device for reinforcing bars for power grid infrastructure according to the present invention, a sliding groove 510 is disposed on one side of a supporting plate 500, and a strip hole 520 is disposed on an inner wall of the sliding groove 510; an extension plate 530 is slidably connected to the sliding groove 510, and a guide 540 slidably engaged with the elongated hole 520 is provided at one side of the extension plate 530.
After the lifting device 400 is used to control the bearing plate 500 and the reinforcing steel bars in the accommodating space 210 to move upwards and pass through the moving outlet 211, and the bearing plate 500 is located above the vertical supporting frame 300, the driver 412 is started to control the bearing plate 500 to rotate around the upper end of the upright column 411 to be in an inclined state, at this time, the reinforcing steel bars are separated from the accommodating space 210, and roll outwards along the bearing plate 500 in the inclined state, so that the extraction of the reinforcing steel bars can be completed quickly.
However, since the width of the support plate 500 is smaller than the distance between two adjacent vertical support frames 300, in order to allow the reinforcing bars to accurately roll downward to a desired position, the extension plate 530 is operated to slide outward in the sliding groove 510, and the guide part 540 of the extension plate 530 is guided to slide in the elongated hole 520, so that the effective working area of the support plate 500 is increased by the extension plate 530, and the reinforcing bars are guided to roll outward.
The guide 540 is provided with a thread section, and after the extension 530 is adjusted in length, the extension 530 is locked by a nut. The magnet block 550 is installed on the bottom surface of the sliding groove 510, and the extension plate 530 is provided with an iron piece generating a magnetic attraction force with the magnet block 550 for stably installing the extension plate 530 into the sliding groove 510 without being arbitrarily slid.
Referring to fig. 7 to 11, as an embodiment of the multifunctional device for classified storage of reinforcing bars for power grid infrastructure according to the present invention, a support block 100 is provided at both sides thereof with a traveling mechanism 900 rotatably connected thereto, the traveling mechanism 900 includes a cam 910, a wheel 920 and a second driving motor, and one side of the cam 910 is provided with a connecting shaft 911 rotatably connected to a side surface of the support block 100; the wheel 920 is rotatably connected to one side of the cam 910 away from the connecting shaft 911; the second driving motor is installed in the hollow structure 110, and is in transmission connection with the connecting shaft 911 for driving the cam 910 to rotate; starting a second driving motor to control the cam 910 to rotate upwards, and separating the wheel 920 from the ground, so that the support block 100 is supported on the ground; the second driving motor is operated in reverse to rotate, the control cam 910 rotates downward, the wheel 920 is supported on the ground, and the support block 100 is separated from the ground and used for walking on the ground.
A connecting hole is formed in the side surface of the support block 100, and a connecting shaft 911 of the cam 910 is rotatably connected in the connecting hole and connected with a second driving motor in the hollow structure 110; when the support block 100 needs to be stably placed on the ground, the second driving motor is started, the cam 910 and the wheel 920 are driven to move upwards by the rotation of the driving connecting shaft 911, and the wheel 920 is separated from the ground and is located above the ground, so that the lower end surface of the support block 100 directly acts on the ground, and the stability is high. When the supporting block 100 and the steel bar need to be moved, the second driving motor is controlled to move reversely, so as to drive the cam 910 and the wheel 920 to move downwards until the wheel 920 supports on the ground, and the supporting block 100 is supported and is higher than the ground, so that the worker can rapidly move on the ground by rolling the wheel 920. In this way, it is ensured that the support block 100 can reliably store the reinforcing bars, and the state of the support block 100 can be changed to facilitate the movement.
The running mechanism 900 includes four cams 910, and is installed on the support block 100 in a rectangular shape, and each cam 910 is provided with a wheel 920.

Claims (10)

1. A multifunctional steel bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure is characterized by comprising a support block, a transverse support frame, a vertical support frame, a lifting device, a bearing plate and a shielding cover; the support block body is of a hollow structure, and the upper end of the support block body is provided with an installation opening; the plurality of transverse supporting frames are arranged in parallel at intervals; a plurality of the transverse support frames are mounted on the support blocks; the vertical supporting frames are multiple and are arranged in parallel at intervals; the plurality of vertical supporting frames are arranged on the transverse supporting frame, and an accommodating space for accommodating a reinforcing steel bar is formed between every two adjacent vertical supporting frames; a moving outlet is defined between the adjacent vertical support frame and the transverse support frame; the lifting devices are multiple, are arranged in the hollow structure and are positioned below the moving outlet; the lifting device is provided with a mounting plate, and the mounting plate is provided with a stand column and a driver; the bearing plate is rotatably connected to the upright post and is connected with the driver; the shielding cover is used for shielding the steel bars installed in the accommodating space.

The multifunctional reinforcing bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front and rear ends of the receiving space at both sides are provided with extension support bars for supporting reinforcing bars having a large length, and the outer sides of the front and rear ends of the receiving space at the middle position are provided with operation spaces for workers to take out or put in the reinforcing bars.

The multifunctional reinforcing steel bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotation center of the support plate under the receiving space at both sides is the same as the length direction of the vertical support frame; the rotation center of the bearing plate of the accommodating space in the middle position is the same as the length direction of the transverse support frame, and the bearing plate and the transverse support frame rotate towards the corresponding operation space respectively.

The multifunctional classified storage device for reinforcing steel bars for power grid infrastructure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the horizontal support frame and the vertical support frame are both i-shaped steel, and the vertical support frame is fixedly connected to the horizontal support frame; the height of the vertical support frames is 0.8-1 m, and the distance between every two adjacent vertical support frames is 1-1.2 m.

The device for classifying and storing the reinforcing steel bars for the infrastructure of the multifunctional power grid as claimed in claim 4, wherein a plurality of sets of installation grooves are formed in parallel on the upper end surfaces of the plurality of the horizontal supporting frames, the plurality of sets of installation grooves correspond to the plurality of the vertical supporting frames one by one, and the lower end of each of the vertical supporting frames is installed in the corresponding installation groove.
6. The multifunctional reinforcing bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure of claim 1, wherein the multifunctional reinforcing bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure further comprises:
a first rectangular ring disposed around the support block;
the second rectangular ring is arranged around the first rectangular ring, and a mounting gap is formed between the second rectangular ring and the first rectangular ring; the shielding cover is arranged in the mounting gap on one side of the supporting block body;
the two mounting seats are respectively arranged in the mounting gap and positioned on two sides of the support block body;
the number of the rotating shafts is two, and the rotating shafts are respectively arranged in the mounting gaps; one end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the mounting seat, and the other end of the rotating shaft is used for being connected with the shielding cover;
the two arc-shaped guide rails are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the support block body; the arc-shaped guide rail spans the support block; the shielding cover is made of flexible materials, and a channel for the arc-shaped guide rail to pass through is formed in the shielding cover;
the first driving motor is connected with one end of the rotating shaft and used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; the shielding cover moves along the arc-shaped guide rail and shields the upper part of the steel bar.

The multifunctional reinforcing steel bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure as claimed in claim 6, wherein an accommodating cavity is formed on the ground, and the support block is installed in the accommodating cavity; the first rectangular ring and the second rectangular ring are both arranged on the ground on one side of the accommodating cavity.

The multifunctional reinforcing steel bar classified storage device for power grid infrastructure as claimed in claim 6, wherein four limiting blocks are arranged in the mounting gap, and the four limiting blocks are grouped in pairs and respectively arranged on two sides of the two mounting seats; and the limiting blocks are provided with limiting grooves matched with the outer circular surface of the rotating shaft.
