the lifting controller is connected with the main controller and comprises a second time delay timer, and the lifting controller is used for receiving a lifting platform lifting command signal sent by the main controller, driving the electric telescopic rod to extend so as to drive the medical cotton swab inserting and placing platform to ascend, and driving the electric telescopic rod to retract so as to drive the medical cotton swab inserting and placing platform to descend after the lifting platform lifting command signal disappears;
the plurality of cotton swab jacks are arranged on the medical cotton swab inserting platform.

The intelligent medical swab box as claimed in claim 4, wherein after the infrared induction box cover is completely opened, the medical swab inserting platform automatically ascends, and after the medical swab inserting platform stops ascending, a medical swab handheld end inserted into a swab inserting hole of the medical swab inserting platform protrudes out of the box body by 2-3 cm.
