As shown in FIG. 16, the button 321 and slider 3222 are ramp-engaged. Through the inclined surface matching, the button 321 and the slider 3222 can be attached more tightly, so that the space occupation of the button 321 and the slider 3222 is reduced, and the space utilization rate of the force application element 32 is improved. And the contact distance between the button 321 and the slider 3222 can be increased to increase the distance that the button 321 drives the slider 3222 to move, so that the slider 3222 can drive the second abutting part 312 to reliably extend into the expansion table top 2, thereby improving the reliability of unlocking the expansion table top 2.
The button 321 has a third inclined surface 32121, the slider 3222 has a fourth inclined surface 32221, and the third inclined surface 32121 and the fourth inclined surface 32221 are inclined in the same direction and at the same angle. As shown in fig. 14, the sliding member 322 further includes a ball 3223, the ball 3223 is rollably disposed on the sliding block 3222, and the button 321 can hold the ball 3223; when the button 321 is pressed, the ball 3223 is driven by the button 321 to roll, so that the slider 3222 is driven by the ball 3223 to move. The rolling friction of the ball 3223 can reduce the sliding friction between the button 321 and the slider 3222, so that the button 321 and the slider 3222 are not easily worn, thereby improving the service life of the force application element 32. Specifically, the ball 3223 protrudes from the surface of the slider 3222.
As shown in fig. 13 to 14, the force applying element 32 further includes a first limiting member 323, and the first limiting member 323 is disposed on the extended table top 2 to limit the movement of the frame 3221. The first stopper 323 can prevent the frame 3221 from moving, so that the pressing force acting on the button 321 can be reliably transmitted to the slider 3222, and the slider 322 can drive the abutting element 31 to reliably extend into the expansion table top 2, thereby improving the unlocking reliability of the expansion table top 2. Specifically, the first position-limiting member 323 has a cylindrical structure.
The frame body 3221 is provided with a position-limiting hole 32213, and the first position-limiting member 323 penetrates through the position-limiting hole 32213 to limit the movement of the frame body 3221.
Specifically, the number of the first position-limiting members 323 and the position-limiting holes 32213 is multiple and corresponding to each other, the first position-limiting members 323 are respectively disposed at different positions of the expanding table top 2, and the first position-limiting members 323 are correspondingly disposed in the position-limiting holes 32213 to limit the movement of the frame 3221.
The number of the first limiting members 323 and the limiting holes 32213 is two, the two first limiting members 323 are respectively disposed at different positions of the expanding table top 2, and the two first limiting members 323 correspondingly penetrate through the two limiting holes 32213 one to one, so as to limit the movement of the frame 3221.
The slider 3222 is provided with an avoiding groove 32222 to avoid the first limiting member 323. With this arrangement, the frame 3221 does not need to reserve an avoidance region for the first stopper 323, thereby reducing the volume of the frame 3221.
The frame 3221 has a first connecting hole 32214, and the expansion table top 2 has a second connecting hole, and a fastener is inserted through the first connecting hole 32214 and the second connecting hole to fix the frame 3221 to the expansion table top 2. With this arrangement, the reliability of connection between the housing 3221 and the extended table top 2 can be improved, and the housing 3221 can be reliably fixed to the extended table top 2. The second reset piece 324 is arranged between the sliding piece 322 and the button 321; when the button 321 is pressed, the button 321 presses the second restoring member 324 to compress the second restoring member 324; when the button 321 is released, the button 321 is driven to bounce by the restoring force of the second restoring member 324.
The second reset member 324 is a tension spring.
The force applying element 32 further includes a second limiting member 325, the second limiting member 325 is disposed on the button 321, and the second limiting member 325 can limit the second resetting member 324 from moving. The second limiting member 325 can prevent the second resetting member 324 from moving, so that the second resetting member 324 can drive the button 321 to bounce reliably, thereby ensuring the reliability of unlocking the expansion table top 2. Specifically, the second stopper 325 is a column-shaped structure disposed on the button 321.
The second reset component 324 is sleeved on the second limiting component 325, and one end of the second reset component abuts against the button 321, and the other end abuts against the sliding component 322.
The number of the connecting elements 33, the abutting elements 31 and the sliding blocks 3222 is two, the connecting elements are respectively a first connecting element, a second connecting element, a first abutting element, a second abutting element, a first sliding block and a second sliding block, the first connecting element, the first abutting element and the first sliding block are respectively arranged on one side of the expansion table top 2, the second connecting element, the second abutting element and the second sliding block are respectively arranged on the other side of the expansion table top 2, the first connecting element is respectively connected with the first abutting element and the first sliding block, the second connecting element is respectively connected with the second abutting element and the second sliding block, the two sliding blocks 3222 are oppositely arranged in the second sliding groove 32211, and the button 321 can respectively abut against the two sliding blocks 3222; when the button 321 is pressed, the button 321 drives the two sliders 3222 to move towards each other. The two abutting elements 31 can extend out from the two sides of the expansion table top 2, so that the two sides of the operation table 1 can respectively block the corresponding abutting elements 31, and the locking reliability of the expansion table top 2 is improved.
The working principle is as follows:
when the extended table top 2 is in the locked state, the first abutting piece 311 extends out of the extended table top 2 and abuts against the front end of the blocking piece 12, and the front end of the blocking piece 12 blocks the first abutting piece 311 to prevent the extended table top 2 from extending out. When the expansion table top 2 needs to be unlocked, the button 321 is pressed to enable the button 321 to extrude and drive the ball 3223 to roll, the extruded ball 3223 drives the slider 3222 to move, the slider 3222 drives the connecting line 331 to move, the connecting line 331 drives the second abutting part 312 to move downward along the second sub-sliding groove 242, the second abutting part 312 drives the first abutting part 311 to move inward along the first sub-sliding groove 241, so that the first abutting part 311 extends into the expansion table top 2, the front end of the first abutting part 311 is separated from the front end of the blocking part 12, and the expansion table top 2 can move relative to the console. When the button 321 is released, under the restoring force of the first restoring member 34, the first restoring member 34 drives the first abutting member 311 to move outwards along the first sub-sliding groove 241, at this time, the first abutting member 311 is difficult to extend out of the expansion table top 2, because the side wall of the blocking member 12 blocks the first abutting member 311 from extending out, only when the first abutting member 311 moves to the front end of the blocking member 12 and the locking hole 121, the first abutting member 311 can extend out of the expansion table top 2. When the first abutting member 311 moves to the locking hole 121 at the rear end of the blocking member 12, the first resetting member 34 drives the first abutting member 311 to extend out of the expansion table top 2 and into the locking hole 121, so that the inner wall of the locking hole 121 blocks the first abutting member 311, and at this time, the first abutting member 311 drives the second abutting member 312 to move upwards along the second sub-sliding groove 242, so that the second abutting member 312 drives the connecting line 331 to move, and the connecting line 331 drives the slider 3222 to reset.
In an alternative embodiment, the locking assembly 3 includes an abutting element 31 and a driving member, the abutting element 31 is movably disposed on the expansion table top 2, and the driving member can drive the abutting element 31 to move, so that the abutting element 31 extends out of or into the expansion table top 2.
The driving piece is a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, a linear motor or a screw rod mechanism.
As shown in fig. 17, in one embodiment, a cart 100 is provided, the cart 100 including the extended table locking structure 10 of any of the embodiments described above.

Claims (21)

1. An extended table locking structure, comprising:
an operation table;
the expansion table top is movably arranged in the operating table;
the locking assembly is arranged on the expansion table top; when one end of the locking assembly extends out of the expansion table surface, one end of the locking assembly abuts against the operating table, so that the operating table blocks the expansion table surface from moving relative to the operating table, and the expansion table surface is locked on the operating table.

The locking structure of claim 1, wherein the console comprises a base plate and a blocking member disposed on the base plate, the blocking member having a locking hole, the console being movably disposed on the base plate; when one end of the locking assembly extends out of the expansion table top and abuts against the blocking piece or extends into the locking hole, the blocking piece blocks the expansion table top from moving relative to the operating table so as to lock the expansion table top on the operating table.
3. The locking structure of claim 1, wherein the console comprises a base plate and a stop member disposed on the base plate, and the console is movably disposed on the base plate; when one end of the locking assembly extends out of the expansion table top and abuts against the blocking piece, the blocking piece blocks the expansion table top from moving relative to the operating table, so that the expansion table top is locked on the operating table.
4. 8. The extended table top locking structure of claim 7, wherein the first retaining member and the second retaining member are mated together at an inclined surface.
9. The extended table locking arrangement of claim 5, wherein the locking assembly further comprises a first reset member to extend the retaining member beyond the extended table.

The extended table locking structure of claim 9, wherein one end of the first reset member is connected to the extended table, and the other end is connected to the abutting member; when the connecting element drives the abutting element to extend into the expansion table surface, the abutting element extrudes the first resetting piece so as to compress the first resetting piece; when the abutting element has no external force, the abutting element is driven to extend out of the expansion table board under the restoring force of the first resetting piece.

The locking structure of claim 13, wherein the sliding member comprises a frame and a sliding block movably disposed in the frame, the frame is disposed on the extended table, the sliding block is connected to the connecting element, and the button can abut against the sliding block; when the button is pressed, the button can drive the sliding block to move, so that the sliding block drives the connecting element to move.
15. The extended table locking structure of claim 14, wherein the frame has a second sliding groove and a through hole, the sliding block is movably disposed in the second sliding groove, and the button can extend into the through hole and abut against the sliding block.
