For improving the stability of the structure of the baby carriage 200 of the present invention, and making the structure of the two brake resetting mechanisms 100 more reasonable and compact, a connecting rod 202 is provided between the two brake pedals 3, and the two brake pedals 3 are respectively pivoted on the connecting rod 202.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, for the state between the brake pedal 3 and the mounting seat 2 when the wheel 1 is locked from unlocking, the specific working principle of the brake resetting mechanism 100 of the present invention is as follows, with reference to fig. 1 to 5:
When the wheel 1 needs to be locked, the brake pedal 3 is driven to rotate downwards by a certain angle relative to the mounting base 2, that is, the brake pedal 3 is driven to move from the first position for unlocking the wheel 1 to the second position for locking the wheel 1, so that the position between the stopper 21 and the resetting member 4 is changed from the state that one of the first guide inclined planes 211 collides with one of the second guide inclined planes 41 to the state that the other one of the first guide inclined planes 211 collides with the other one of the second guide inclined planes 41 (at this time, the resetting member 4 passes through the stopper 21), and meanwhile, the stopper 21 on the brake pedal 3 rotates along with the brake pedal 3 and pushes the resetting member 4, so that the resetting member 4 compresses the elastic member 5; at this time, if the brake pedal 3 is not locked with the wheel 1 in a clamped manner and the brake pedal 3 is not continuously applied with an urging force, the reset member 4 can drive the brake pedal 3 to continuously rotate under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 5 and the cooperation of the other first guiding inclined surface 211 and the other second guiding inclined surface 41, so that the brake pedal 3 completely rotates to the second position and is locked with the wheel 1 in a clamped manner, the brake locking is prevented from being not in place, and the safety is improved. After the brake pedal 3 rotates a certain angle downwards relative to the mounting seat 2, the reset piece 4 does not pass through the stop block 21, the original first guide inclined surface 211 and the original second guide inclined surface 41 are kept between the stop block 21 and the reset piece 4 to be inconsistent, and at the moment, if the driving force is not continuously applied to the brake pedal 3, the reset piece 4 drives the reset brake pedal 3 to the initial first position under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic piece 5, so that the false locking state is prevented.
When the wheel 1 needs to be unlocked, the brake pedal 3 is driven to rotate upward by a certain angle relative to the mounting base 2, that is, the brake pedal 3 is driven to move from the second position for locking the wheel 1 to the first position for unlocking the wheel 1, so that the stopper 21 and the resetting member 4 are switched from the interference between one of the first guiding inclined planes 211 and one of the second guiding inclined planes 41 to the interference between the other one of the first guiding inclined planes 211 and the other one of the second guiding inclined planes 41 (at this time, the resetting member 4 passes through the stopper 21), and meanwhile, the stopper 21 on the brake pedal 3 rotates along with the brake pedal 3 and pushes the resetting member 4, so that the resetting member 4 compresses the elastic member 5, and at this time, if the brake pedal 3 is not completely disengaged from the wheel 1 and the actuating force is not continuously applied to the brake pedal 3, the resetting member 4 can drive the brake pedal 3 to continuously rotate under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic member 5 and the cooperation of the other one of the first guiding inclined plane, so that the brake pedal 3 is completely rotated to the first position and completely separated from the wheel 1, even if the brake pedal 3 is reset to the initial unlocking state, the brake unlocking can be prevented from not being in place, and the safety is improved. After the brake pedal 3 upwards rotates a certain angle relative to the mounting base 2, the reset piece 4 does not pass through the stop block 21, the original first guide inclined surface 211 and the original second guide inclined surface 41 are kept between the stop block 21 and the reset piece 4 to be inconsistent, and at the moment, if the driving force is not continuously applied to the brake pedal 3, the reset piece 4 drives the reset brake pedal 3 to the initial second position under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic piece 5, so that the false locking state is prevented.
In summary, since the stroller 200 of the present invention is provided with the brake return mechanism 100, the return member 4 of the brake return mechanism 100 can move reciprocally in a moving direction, and has a return force for maintaining the return member 4 in the return position, when the external force drives the brake pedal 3 to rotate from the first position where the wheel 1 can be unlocked to the second position where the wheel 1 can be locked, the stop block 21 pushes the reset piece 4 to oppose the reset force, if the brake pedal 3 does not completely reach the second position, the reset piece 4 can be reset to the reset position under the action of the reset force, and drives the brake pedal 3 to continue to rotate toward the second position or to return to the first position, so that the brake pedal 3 completely reaches the second position or returns to the first position, the wheel 1 is not stopped at the middle position, so that the aim of completely locking the wheel 1 or backing off the brake is fulfilled, and the false locking state of the wheel 1 is prevented; similarly, when the external force drives the brake pedal 3 to rotate from the second position capable of locking the wheel 1 to the first position capable of unlocking the wheel 1, the stopper pushes the reset piece 4 to oppose the reset force, if the brake pedal 3 does not completely reach the first position, the reset piece 4 can return to the reset position under the action of the reset force and drive the brake pedal 3 to continue to rotate towards the first position or return to the second position, so that the brake pedal 3 completely reaches the first position or returns to the second position without staying at the middle position, thereby completely unlocking the wheel 1 or keeping the brake; the brake return mechanism 100 can prevent the brake of the stroller 200 from being locked or unlocked, thereby improving the safety of the stroller 200.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the claims of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all the equivalent changes made in the claims of the present invention are intended to be covered by the present invention.
