The bogie side frame of the high dynamic performance railway wagon shown in fig. 1 comprises a side frame body 1, wherein the middle part of the side frame body 1 is provided with a first opening structure 1.1 which faces upwards, and two ends of the side frame body 1 are respectively provided with a second opening structure 1.2 which faces downwards; the first opening structure 1.1 and the second opening structures 1.2 at the two ends are integrally cast; the bogie side frame of the present invention has no top chord. The two ends of one side surface of the side frame body 1 are symmetrically provided with side frame guide frames 2, and the side frame guide frames 2 are used for installing rubber springs of axle boxes of railway trucks; a traction pull rod mounting seat 3 is arranged above one side frame guide frame 2; the traction rod mounting seat 3 is vertically arranged with the side wall of the side frame body 1, and the traction rod mounting seat 3 and the side frame body 1 are integrally cast and molded to be used for mounting a longitudinal traction rod to transmit longitudinal force to the side frame body 1. The middle part of the traction rod mounting seat 3 is provided with a mounting opening 3.1 which faces downwards and is used for mounting a longitudinal traction rod.
