背景技术
瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体,它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成,具有较高的机械强度,能抵受搬运过程中的碰撞和摔跌,瓦楞纸板的实际表现取决于三项因素:芯纸和纸板的特性及纸箱本身的结构。
相关技术中,瓦楞纸板常用于制作瓦楞纸箱,用于包装运输产品,但瓦楞纸板的防水性差,在潮湿或遇水时,会快速的吸收水分变的湿软,影响瓦楞纸板的正常使用。瓦楞纸板的防潮措施,通常是在瓦楞纸板的表面涂覆防水涂层。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为瓦楞纸板常用于外包装,瓦楞纸板在使用过程中难免会有外表面的磕碰,瓦楞纸板外表面的防水涂层极发生破损,如此在遇水、潮湿的情况下,瓦楞纸板仍易变的湿软。为此,发明人提供了一种瓦楞纸板及其加工工艺。
发明内容
一方面,为了进一步提高瓦楞纸板的防水性能,本申请提供了一种瓦楞纸板,采用如下的技术方案:
一种瓦楞纸板,包括面板和瓦楞芯板,还包括波浪形的瓦楞防水膜,所述瓦楞防水膜设置在所述面板和所述瓦楞芯板之间,所述瓦楞芯板与所述瓦楞防水膜的波浪频率相同,所述瓦楞防水膜的波浪幅度小于所述瓦楞芯板的波浪幅度。
通过采用上述技术方案,在面板与瓦楞芯纸之间设置瓦楞状的防水膜,一方面,可以隔绝水分向起主要支撑作用的瓦楞芯纸传递,保障瓦楞纸板整体的强度,确保瓦楞纸板的正常使用,另一方面,由于防水膜也设置为了瓦楞状,防水膜一部分与面板固定,另一部分浮动设置于瓦楞芯板与面板之间的空腔内,有一定的形变空间,在遇到外部穿刺时,可以允许瓦楞防水膜进行较大幅度的形变,进而预防瓦楞防水膜的破裂。由于瓦楞芯板的特殊支撑结构,未受到瓦楞芯板直接支撑的面板部分极容易被尖端刺破,一般的贴合设置在面板上的防水层极易随面板一起发生破裂,影响防水性,而瓦楞防水膜不会贴合易被穿刺的面板部分,在面板被穿刺,瓦楞防水膜与外物接触时,由于防水膜与瓦楞芯板之间的波浪幅度不同,瓦楞防水膜有一定的延展、变形空间,进而起到预防防水膜被直接刺破的目的。
可选的,所述瓦楞防水膜与临近的所述面板的空隙之间填充有防穿刺填料。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于瓦楞防水膜与瓦楞芯板之间留有间隙,在瓦楞防水膜与面板之间填充防穿刺填料之后,瓦楞纸板仍保留有缓冲性能;在瓦楞防水膜与面板之间填充防穿刺填料之后,瓦楞防水膜和防穿刺填料会对面板进行支撑,相较于无支撑的状态,面板的表面不易被穿刺破坏,外物穿透面板后会作用在防穿刺填料上,防穿刺填料会整体压迫瓦楞防水模变形,瓦楞防水模会发生延展变形而不是被直接穿刺。
可选的,所述面板包括外侧防水板,所述外侧防水板包括纸板和涂敷在所述纸板远离所述瓦楞芯纸一侧的防水涂层。
通过采用上述技术方案,纸板外设置防水涂层以形成面板,可以提高面板的防水性能,预防纸板吸水软化,优化瓦楞纸板的使用。
可选的,所述面板还包括具有干燥功能的内侧防潮板,所述内侧防潮板与所述瓦楞芯纸之间不设置所述瓦楞防水膜。

可选的,所述内侧防潮板包括纸板、带孔纸板和干燥层,所述干燥层位于所述纸板和所述带孔纸板之间,所述带孔纸板位于所述干燥层靠近所述瓦楞芯纸的一侧。
通过采用上述技术方案,方便瓦楞纸板的粘合,预先将干燥层设置在纸板和带孔纸板之间形成内侧防潮板,整体式的内侧防潮板更便于与瓦楞芯板粘合固定。
可选的,所述带孔纸板上对应所述瓦楞芯纸的波谷间隙设置有多排通孔。

步骤三,通过瓦楞机将普通防水膜压制为瓦楞防水膜,并将瓦楞防水膜固定在瓦楞芯板远离面板的一侧;
步骤四,平铺步骤三得到的板材且瓦楞防水膜朝上,在瓦楞防水膜上铺一层防穿刺填料,并刮平至与瓦楞防水膜的最高点平齐;
步骤五,在瓦楞防水膜远离瓦楞芯板的一侧粘合固定另一侧面板,进行压制。
可选的,所述步骤一包括外侧防水板制备和内侧防潮板制备,在纸板的一侧表面涂覆防水涂层得到外侧防水板,准备纸板和带有通孔的带孔纸板,在纸板和带孔纸板之间设置干燥层并进行压合,得到内侧防潮层;
步骤二中,将瓦楞芯板粘合固定在内侧防潮板的带孔纸板一侧,瓦楞芯板上的波浪间隙与带孔纸板上的通孔位置对应;

通过在面板与瓦楞芯板之间设置瓦楞防水膜,由于瓦楞防水膜的波浪频率和瓦楞芯板的波浪频率相同,且瓦楞防水膜的波浪幅度小于瓦楞芯板的波浪幅度,瓦楞防水膜位于瓦楞芯板空腔中的部分不与面板接触,能够预防防水膜随面板一起发生破裂,且防水膜有一定的延展变形空间,不易直接出现破损,提高了瓦楞纸板的防水性能,能够预防瓦楞芯板软化,有利于瓦楞纸板的正常使用;
通过在瓦楞防水膜与面板之间的空腔内填充防穿刺填料,一方面,瓦楞防水膜配合防穿刺填料能够对面板进行支撑,在一定程度上提高了面板的防穿刺能力,另一方面,若面板被刺穿,外物不会直接接触瓦楞防水膜,而是通过防穿刺填料间接挤压瓦楞防水膜,瓦楞防水膜不会被直接刺破,而是会发生整体的延展变形,有效保障了防水性能;
通过将面板分别设置为外侧防水板和内侧防潮板,优化瓦楞纸板整体结构,一方面,瓦楞纸板外侧面板设置为有较强的防水能力的外侧防水板,瓦楞纸板的外表面不易变得湿软,另一方面将瓦楞纸板的内侧面板设置为具有干燥能力的内侧防潮板,可以保持瓦楞芯板部分的干燥,起到防潮的效果,瓦楞纸板的强度不易受潮湿环境的影响。

一方面,本申请实施例公开了一种瓦楞纸板,参照图1,包括面板1、瓦楞芯板8和波浪形的瓦楞防水膜9;面板1包括具有防水性能的外侧防水板2和具有干燥功能的内侧防潮板3,瓦楞防水膜9设置在外侧防水板2和瓦楞芯板8之间;瓦楞芯板8与瓦楞防水膜9的波浪频率相同,瓦楞防水膜9的波浪幅度小于瓦楞芯板8的波浪幅度,瓦楞防水膜9的幅度是瓦楞芯板8的幅度的四分之一到五分之一,瓦楞防水膜9在发挥防水作用的同时,自身不与瓦楞芯板8和外侧防水板2完全贴附,保留了较大的形变空间,且不易随板体的破坏直接出现破损;瓦楞防水膜9的选用PE防水透气膜,瓦楞防水膜9的防水能力更为可靠。
瓦楞防水膜9与纸板4的空隙之间填充有防穿刺填料10,本实施例中,防穿刺填料10选用高密度聚乙烯,通过设置防穿刺填料10,一方面,填充空隙,对面板1形成更全面的支撑,另一方面,保护瓦楞防水膜9,不易被从外侧防水板2穿入的外物直接刺破。
外侧防水板2包括纸板4和涂敷在纸板4远离瓦楞芯纸一侧的防水涂层5,提高外侧防水板2的防水性,预防外侧面板1吸水软化,影响包装的外观。内侧防潮板3包括纸板4、带孔纸板6和干燥层7,干燥层7压合于纸板4和带孔纸板6之间,干燥层7由纤维干燥剂制成,带孔纸板6位于干燥层7靠近瓦楞芯纸的一侧;带孔纸板6上对应瓦楞芯纸的瓦楞间隙设置有多排通孔,以便干燥层7吸收瓦楞芯板8区域的水分,预防瓦楞芯板8受潮。
本申请实施例公开的一种瓦楞纸板的实施原理为:瓦楞纸板在使用中,容易出现面板1破损的位置,大多是没有瓦楞芯板8直接支撑的位置,即使在面板1表面涂覆防水涂层5,也易因面板1的破损,降低防水性能,若将在面板1内侧贴附防水膜,在面板1出现破损时,防水膜容易随着面板1一起发生破损;本申请中通过在面板1与瓦楞芯板8之间设置波浪状的瓦楞防水膜9,瓦楞防水膜9不与纸板4完全贴附,及时纸板4受到外物冲击、穿刺出现破损,也不会直接损伤到瓦楞防水膜9,同时瓦楞防水膜9可以通过一定变形来抵消冲击,预防出现直接的破损,保障防水性能。

步骤一,面板1准备,包括外侧防水板2制备和内侧防潮板3制备,在纸板4的一侧表面涂覆防水涂层5得到外侧防水板2,准备纸板4和带有通孔的带孔纸板6,在纸板4和带孔纸板6之间设置干燥层7并进行压合,得到内侧防潮层。
步骤二,通过瓦楞机压制瓦楞芯板8,并将瓦楞芯板8粘合固定在内侧防潮板3的带孔纸板6一侧,瓦楞芯板8上的波浪间隙与带孔纸板6上的通孔位置对应。
步骤三,通过瓦楞机将普通防水膜压制为瓦楞防水膜9,并将外侧防水板2未涂覆防水涂层5的一侧与瓦楞芯板8粘合固定;
步骤四,平铺步骤三得到的板材且瓦楞防水膜9朝上,在瓦楞防水膜9上铺一层防穿刺填料10,并刮平至与瓦楞防水膜9的最高点平齐;
步骤五,在瓦楞防水膜9远离瓦楞芯板8的一侧粘合固定另一侧面板1,进行压制。

Claims (8)

1.一种瓦楞纸板,包括面板(1)和瓦楞芯板(8),其特征在于:还包括波浪形的瓦楞防水膜(9),所述瓦楞防水膜(9)设置在所述面板(1)和所述瓦楞芯板(8)之间,所述瓦楞芯板(8)与所述瓦楞防水膜(9)的波浪频率相同,所述瓦楞防水膜(9)的波浪幅度小于所述瓦楞芯板(8)的波浪幅度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述瓦楞防水膜(9)与临近的所述面板(1)的空隙之间填充有防穿刺填料(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述面板(1)包括外侧防水板(2),所述外侧防水板(2)包括纸板(4)和涂敷在所述纸板(4)远离所述瓦楞芯纸一侧的防水涂层(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述面板(1)还包括具有干燥功能的内侧防潮板(3),所述内侧防潮板(3)与所述瓦楞芯纸之间不设置所述瓦楞防水膜(9)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述内侧防潮板(3)包括纸板(4)、带孔纸板(6)和干燥层(7),所述干燥层(7)位于所述纸板(4)和所述带孔纸板(6)之间,所述带孔纸板(6)位于所述干燥层(7)靠近所述瓦楞芯纸的一侧。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述带孔纸板(6)上对应所述瓦楞芯纸的瓦楞间隙设置有多排通孔。
7.一种瓦楞纸板的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括:
步骤一,面板(1)准备;
步骤二,通过瓦楞机压制瓦楞芯板(8),并将瓦楞芯板(8)粘合固定在面板(1)上;
步骤三,通过瓦楞机将普通防水膜压制为瓦楞防水膜(9),并将瓦楞防水膜(9)固定在瓦楞芯板(8)远离面板(1)的一侧;
步骤四,平铺步骤三得到的板材且瓦楞防水膜(9)朝上,在瓦楞防水膜(9)上铺一层防穿刺填料(10),并刮平至与瓦楞防水膜(9)的最高点平齐;
步骤五,在瓦楞防水膜(9)远离瓦楞芯板(8)的一侧粘合固定另一侧面板(1),进行压制。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种瓦楞纸板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一包括外侧防水板(2)制备和内侧防潮板(3)制备,在纸板(4)的一侧表面涂覆防水涂层(5)得到外侧防水板(2),准备纸板(4)和带有通孔的带孔纸板(6),在纸板(4)和带孔纸板(6)之间设置干燥层(7)并进行压合,得到内侧防潮层;
步骤二中,将瓦楞芯板(8)粘合固定在内侧防潮板(3)的带孔纸板(6)一侧,瓦楞芯板(8)上的波浪间隙与带孔纸板(6)上的通孔位置对应;
步骤三中,将外侧防水板(2)未涂覆防水涂层(5)的一侧与瓦楞芯板(8)粘合固定。
