1. A plastic film bag making apparatus is characterized in that: comprises a protection mechanism, a sealing mechanism and a drying mechanism;
the protection mechanism comprises a case (1), wherein both sides in the case (1) are rotatably connected with first guide rollers (32), the upper parts of the first guide rollers (32) are provided with second guide rollers (33) rotatably connected to the inner side of the case (1), and the front side and the rear side of the case (1) are provided with exhaust ports (34);

s1, enabling double-layer plastic films to sequentially penetrate between the first guide roller (32) and the second guide roller (33) and between the first roller shaft (3) and the second roller shaft (4), enabling the double-layer plastic films to be located below the air injection pipe (30), enabling the starting motor (7) to drive the first roller shaft (3) to rotate, enabling the first roller shaft (3) to drive the first roller shaft (3) to synchronously rotate through a chain, and enabling the conical head (20) to penetrate through the double-layer plastic films;
s2, injecting glue into the second annular cavity (15) through the liquid inlet pipe (14), enabling the glue to flow into the first annular cavity (11) through the liquid guide pipe (9), then enabling the glue to flow into the branch pipe (16) from the liquid guide pipe (12), conveying the glue into the liquid collection pipe (22), enabling the glue to flow out of the straight pipe (18) from the conical head (20), and enabling the glue flowing out of the outer surface of the conical head (20) to bond the penetrated double-layer plastic film part;
