技术领域
本发明属于欧松板技术领域,具体涉及一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法及其产品。
背景技术
欧松板的原料主要为软针、阔叶树材的小径木、速生间伐材等,如桉树、杉木、杨木间伐材等,来源比较广泛,并可制造成大幅面板。其制造工艺主要是将一定几何形状的刨片经干燥、施胶、定向铺装和热压成型。
但是传统的欧松板,在制备过程中,其使用的胶水,为常规石油基的MDI,所制备的欧松板含有甲醛,无法满足环保要求,同时,欧松板的隔音、防撞以及强度不佳,无法满足对于欧松板的使用需求。
综上所述,研发一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法及其产品,仍是欧松板技术领域中急需解决的关键问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法及其产品,本发明采用生物基MDI胶水作为粘合剂,生物基MDI胶水所用原料(甲苯),全部或部分来自于生物体而非石油,将多层板材通过生物基MDI胶水压合而成,制备出无甲醛的欧松板,同时,通过设置隔音棉,提升了隔音效果,设置的加强筋,增强了欧松板的强度,并在受到撞击时,能够通过弹性环实现缓冲,从而能够延长欧松板的使用寿命。
一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,包括板材,所述板材共设置有多个,相连所述板材之间设置有生物基MDI胶水,每个所述板材均包括基材层,所述基材层的两侧均设置有防护层,所述基材层内设置有多个加强筋。
本发明进一步设置为:每个所述板材内均设置有工型件,所述工型件的两端分别位于基材层和防护层内。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基材层内开设有填充槽,所述填充槽内设置有隔音棉。
本发明进一步设置为:所述防护层内开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有弹性环。
本发明进一步设置为:所述板材为木质、竹质或者秸秆类板中的任意一种。

本发明还提供了一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取板材,在干燥后置于滚筒中;
(2)根据板材重量,将生物基MDI胶水按比例加入滚筒中,并进行混合;
(3)将混合了生物基MDI胶水的板材层叠平铺于压缩加热用箱体中;
(4)将箱体上板对箱体中的层叠板材施加压力,并加热;
(5)将步骤(4)中处理的层叠板材脱模粘结后,冷却后裁切修边,制得欧松板。
本发明进一步设置为:在步骤(3)中,所述层叠的层数为10-20 层。
本发明还提供了生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的家装产品,例如家具、装饰板等。
有益效果
采用本发明提供的技术方案,与已知的公有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用生物基MDI胶水作为粘合剂,生物基MDI胶水所用原料(甲苯),全部或部分来自于生物体而非石油,即异氰酸酯中的基团-R-的碳元素,有部分或全部来自于生物体,生物基MDI胶水无甲醛,生物基MDI来源更环保,且MDI会与甲醛反应,将多层板材通过生物基MDI胶水压合而成,制备出无甲醛的欧松板,同时,通过设置隔音棉,提升了隔音效果,设置的加强筋,增强了欧松板的强度,并在受到撞击时,能够通过弹性环实现缓冲,从而能够延长欧松板的使用寿命,具有广泛的应用前景,值得推广。

如图1-3所示,一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,包括板材100,板材100共设置有多个,相连板材100之间设置有生物基MDI胶水 200,每个板材100均包括基材层110,基材层110的两侧均设置有防护层120,基材层110内设置有多个加强筋111。
在本实施例中,通过设置的加强筋111,能够增强板材100的强度,通过基材层110能够实现隔音效果,提升板材100的隔音,防护层120能够保证板材100的防撞击弹性,进而能够对板材100进行保护,生物基MDI胶水200会与板材100中残留水分等含活性氢的物质反应交联,从而粘结板材100成为欧松板。
进一步的,每个板材100内均设置有工型件130,工型件130的两端分别位于基材层110和防护层120内。
在本实施例中,通过将工型件130设置到基材层110和防护层 120内,能够增强基材层110和防护层120的连接强度。
进一步的,基材层110内开设有填充槽112,填充槽112内设置有隔音棉113。
在本实施例中,设置的填充槽112能够使得基材层110内,能够放入隔音棉113,进而保证板材100的隔音效果。
进一步的,防护层120内开设有安装槽121,安装槽121内安装有弹性环122。
在本实施例中,通过在安装槽121内安装有弹性环122,使得板材100在受到撞击时,具有一定的缓冲,能够对板材100进行保护,延长了板材100的使用寿命。
进一步的,板材100为木质、竹质或者秸秆类板中的任意一种。
在本实施例中,板材100可以使用木质、竹质或者秸秆类板,使得板材100的材料具有多样性,以满足不同的使用需求。
进一步的,生物基MDI胶水200由生物体提取的甲苯合成。
在本实施例中,生物基MDI:MDI本身无甲醛,生物基MDI来源更环保,且MDI会与甲醛反应,改变了传统常规石油基的MDI的方式。
进一步的,生物体为棕榈油。
在本实施例中,通过从棕榈油提取的甲苯合成生物基MDI胶水 200。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,如图4所示,本发明还提供了一种生物基 MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取板材100,在干燥后置于滚筒中;
(2)根据板材100重量,将生物基MDI胶水200按比例加入滚筒中,并进行混合;
(3)将混合了生物基MDI胶水200的板材100层叠平铺于压缩加热用箱体中;
(4)将箱体上板对箱体中的层叠板材100施加压力,并加热;
(5)将步骤(4)中处理的层叠板材100脱模粘结后,冷却后裁切修边,制得欧松板。
进一步的,在步骤(3)中,层叠的层数为10-20层。
此外,本发明还提供了生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的家装产品,例如家具、装饰板等。
本发明采用生物基MDI胶水作为粘合剂,生物基MDI胶水所用甲苯,全部或部分来自于生物体而非石油,制备出无甲醛的欧松板,同时,还具有良好的隔音效果,并且还具有较好的强度以及防护效果,从而能够延长所制备的欧松板的使用寿命。

Claims (7)
1.一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,其特征在于,包括板材(100),所述板材(100)共设置有多个,相连所述板材(100)之间设置有生物基MDI胶水(200),每个所述板材(100)均包括基材层(110),所述基材层(110)的两侧均设置有防护层(120),所述基材层(110)内设置有多个加强筋(111);
所述防护层(120)内开设有安装槽(121),所述安装槽(121)内安装有弹性环(122);
所述生物基MDI胶水(200)由生物体提取的甲苯合成;
所述生物体为棕榈油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,其特征在于,每个所述板材(100)内均设置有工型件(130),所述工型件(130)的两端分别位于基材层(110)和防护层(120)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,其特征在于,所述基材层(110)内开设有填充槽(112),所述填充槽(112)内设置有隔音棉(113)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,其特征在于,所述板材(100)为木质、竹质或者秸秆类板中的任意一种。
5.一种生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法,其特征在于,使用了根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的生物基MDI粘合的欧松板,包括以下步骤:
(1)取板材(100),在干燥后置于滚筒中;
(2)根据板材(100)重量,将生物基MDI胶水(200)按比例加入滚筒中,并进行混合;
(3)将混合了生物基MDI胶水(200)的板材(100)层叠平铺于压缩加热用箱体中;
(4)将箱体上板对箱体中的层叠板材(100)施加压力,并加热;
(5)将步骤(4)中处理的层叠板材(100)脱模粘结后,冷却后裁切修边,制得欧松板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述层叠的层数为10-20层。
7.如权利要求5-6任意一项所述制备方法制备的生物基MDI粘合的欧松板的家装产品。
