A rust removing device for a support screw rod for a building comprises a base (1), support frames (2), a fixing frame (3), a first rotating block (4), a rotating rod (5), a second rotating block (6), a turnover cover (7) and lifting blocks (8), wherein the left side and the right side of the top of the base (1) are connected with the support frames (2), the fixing frame (3) is connected between the support frames (2) at the two sides, the right side support frame (2) is rotatably connected with the first rotating block (4), the middle part of the right side of the first rotating block (4) is connected with the rotating rod (5), the left side support frame (2) is rotatably connected with the second rotating block (6), the upper part of the outer rear side of the fixing frame (3) is hinged with the turnover cover (7), the left side and the right side in the fixing frame (3) are both connected with the lifting blocks (8) for supporting the screw rod, and is characterized in that a rust scraping mechanism (9) and a clamping mechanism (10), a rust scraping mechanism (9) for removing rust is arranged between the turnover cover (7) and the fixing frame (3), and a clamping mechanism (10) for fixing the screw rod is arranged between the first rotating block (4) and the support frame (2).

The rust removing device for the supporting screw rod of the building as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the rust scraping mechanism (9) comprises a threaded rod (91), a first sliding frame (92), a first sliding block (93), an iron brush (94), a first spring (95), a first guide rod (96) and a first extrusion frame (97), the threaded rod (91) is rotatably connected between the front sides of the two supporting frames (2), the first sliding frame (92) is connected on the threaded rod (91) through threads, the first sliding frame (92) is movably connected on the rear side of the first sliding frame (92) with the first sliding block (93), the first sliding block (93) can slide on the flip cover (7), the iron brush (94) for removing rust is connected at the bottom of the first sliding block (93), the first spring (95) is connected between the iron brush (94) and the first sliding frame (92), the first guide rod (96) is connected at the lower part of the fixed frame (3), the first sliding frame (92) is in sliding fit with the first guide rod (96), and the top of the flip cover (7) is connected with a first extrusion frame (97) capable of extruding the first sliding block (93) to move.

The rust removing device for the support screw rod for the building as claimed in claim 2, wherein the clamping mechanism (10) comprises a second guide rod (101), a clamping block (102), a second spring (103), a third guide rod (104), a second sliding frame (105), a third spring (106), a second extrusion frame (107) and a magnet block (108), the right side of the first rotating block (4) is uniformly connected with four second guide rods (101) at intervals along the circumferential direction, the second guide rod (101) is slidably connected with the clamping block (102) for clamping the bolt, the clamping block (102) can slide on the first rotating block (4), the four second guide rods (101) are sleeved with the second spring (103), two ends of the second spring (103) are respectively connected to the second guide rod (101) and the clamping block (102), the rear side of the right support frame (2) is connected with the third guide rod (104), the third guide rod (104) is connected with a second sliding frame (105) in a sliding mode, a second extrusion frame (107) capable of extruding the clamping block (102) to move is connected into the second sliding frame (105), a third spring (106) is sleeved on the third guide rod (104), two ends of the third spring (106) are connected to the second sliding frame (105) and the third guide rod (104) respectively, and the front side of the second sliding frame (105) is connected with a magnet block (108).

The rust removing device for the supporting screw rod for the building as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a driving mechanism (11) for driving the threaded rod (91) and the rotating rod (5) to rotate, wherein the driving mechanism (11) comprises a first fixing frame (111), a motor (112), a belt pulley (113) and a flat belt (114), the rear side of the right supporting frame (2) is connected with the first fixing frame (111), the motor (112) for providing driving force is installed on the front side of the first fixing frame (111), an output shaft of the motor (112) is connected with the rotating rod (5), the rotating rod (5) and the threaded rod (91) are both connected with the belt pulley (113), the belt pulley (113) on the rotating rod (5) is smaller than the belt pulley (113) on the threaded rod (91), and the flat belt (114) is wound between the two belt pulleys (113).

The rust removing device for the supporting screw rod of the building as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a clamping mechanism (12) for clamping the flip cover (7), wherein the clamping mechanism (12) comprises a fourth guide rod (121), a second slider (122), a fourth spring (123) and a wedge block (124), the fourth guide rod (121) is connected to the middle of the outer rear side of the flip cover (7), the second slider (122) is slidably connected to the fourth guide rod (121), the fourth spring (123) is sleeved on the fourth guide rod (121), two ends of the fourth spring (123) are respectively connected to the second slider (122) and the flip cover (7), and the wedge block (124) capable of clamping the second slider (122) is connected to the middle of the outer rear side of the fixed frame (3).

The rust removing device for the supporting screw rod of the building as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a collecting mechanism (13) for collecting rust, wherein the collecting mechanism (13) comprises a second fixing frame (131), an opposite screw rod (132), a third slider (133) and a collecting frame (134), the second fixing frame (131) is connected to the middle part in the flip cover (7), the second fixing frame (131) is rotatably connected to the opposite screw rod (132), the left side and the right side of the opposite screw rod (132) are both connected to the third slider (133) which can slide in the fixing frame (3) through threads, the collecting frame (134) is connected to the middle of the bottom of the fixing frame (3) in a sliding manner, the collecting frame (134) can be detached, and the collecting frame (134) is communicated with the inside of the fixing frame (3).
