Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a dumping device capable of facilitating dumping of garbage.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a dumping device, which comprises a first strip-shaped seat body, wherein a first cylinder mounting seat is arranged at the rear end of the first strip-shaped seat body, at least two first cylinders are arranged on the first cylinder mounting seat, first piston rods on the first cylinders are simultaneously connected with first connecting rods, two ends of each first connecting rod are respectively provided with a second connecting rod perpendicular to the first connecting rod, the second connecting rods are connected with first connecting plates, the rear ends of the first connecting plates are connected with second connecting plates, the first connecting plates can slide up and down along the second connecting plates, and the bottom ends of the second connecting plates are arranged on the first strip-shaped seat body;
a garbage containing container is arranged behind the first air cylinder mounting seat, and the garbage containing container is connected with the second connecting plate through a third connecting plate;
the middle part of the top end of the third connecting plate is provided with a chute matched with the containing port for use, and two sides of the third connecting plate are provided with a pulling-up structure;
the pulling structure is connected with the front half part of the outer side of each clamping plate, the opposite surfaces of each clamping plate are provided with limiting grooves which are matched with each other for use, the rear end of each clamping plate is connected with a fourth connecting plate, and the upper end of the fourth connecting plate is hinged with the upper end of the first connecting plate;
each clamping plate is sleeved on the guide plate in a sliding manner, a third connecting rod and a fourth connecting rod are arranged at two ends of the guide plate, the rear half parts of the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod are respectively connected with the left end and the right end of the first connecting plate, and the guide plate is positioned between the limiting groove and the first connecting plate;
a screw rod with a positive thread section and a negative thread section is arranged between the fourth connecting plate and the guide plate, and two ends of the screw rod are respectively in threaded connection with the clamping plates and penetrate through the clamping plates to be connected with a fourth connecting rod; and a first motor is arranged on the fourth connecting rod, and an output shaft of the first motor is connected with one end of the screw rod.
Preferably, the first strip-shaped seat body is provided with a plurality of second rolling rods, and each second rolling rod is positioned between the clamping plates and is matched with the inclined plate structure for use.
Preferably, the swash plate structure is provided with a first conveyor belt.
Preferably, the upper end of the wire column is provided with a pull rope hole, and the pull rope passes through the wire column through the pull rope hole; two baffles are arranged between each wire column, each baffle is connected with the third connecting plate, and the containing port is positioned between the baffles.
Preferably, the front end of the first strip-shaped seat body is provided with an inclined plate structure.
Preferably, each second connecting rod is provided with a first connecting block, and each first connecting block is connected through a first connecting plate.
Preferably, a garbage container is arranged behind the first cylinder mounting seat, a storage opening is formed in the top end of the garbage container, and the storage opening is connected with the second connecting plate through a third connecting plate.
Preferably, the pulling-up structure comprises a wire column and a take-up reel driven by a motor, the wire column is located between the take-up reel and the third connecting plate, a pull rope is wound on the take-up reel in each pulling-up structure, and the other end of each pull rope penetrates through each wire column and is connected with the front half part of the outer side of each clamping plate.
Preferably, a guide rod is arranged between the fourth connecting plate and the guide plate, and two ends of the guide rod penetrate through the clamping plates in a sliding mode and are connected with the third connecting rod respectively.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: on one hand, the garbage can be overturned to dump garbage, so that the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the working clothes are prevented from being dirtied when the garbage is dumped; on the other hand, the cleaning efficiency is effectively improved, the working environment is improved, and the cleaning device has the advantages of being not easy to damage, simple and convenient to operate and the like.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1 to 31, a housing cleaning apparatus includes a housing apparatus 1, a first cleaning apparatus 2, and a second cleaning apparatus 3;
the storage device 1 comprises a first strip-shaped seat body 5, an inclined plate structure 6 is arranged at the front end of the first strip-shaped seat body 5, a first cylinder mounting seat 7 is arranged at the rear end of the first strip-shaped seat body 5, at least two first cylinders 8 are arranged on the first cylinder mounting seat 7, in the embodiment, the number of the first cylinders 8 is two, first piston rods 9 on the first cylinders 8 are simultaneously connected with first connecting rods 10, second connecting rods 11 perpendicular to the first connecting rods 10 are arranged at two ends of each first connecting rod 10, first connecting blocks 12 are arranged on each second connecting rod 11, each first connecting block 12 is connected through a first connecting plate 13, a second connecting plate 15 is connected at the rear end of each first connecting plate 13, the first connecting plates 13 can slide up and down along the second connecting plates 15, and the bottom ends of the second connecting plates 15 are arranged on the first strip-shaped seat body 5;

the pulling-up structure 20 comprises a wire column 21 and a take-up reel 22 driven by a motor, the wire column 21 is located between the take-up reel 22 and the third connecting plate 18, a pull rope 23 is wound on the take-up reel 22 in each pulling-up structure 20, the other end of each pull rope 23 penetrates through each wire column 21 and is connected with the first half part of the outer side of each clamping plate 25, in this embodiment, the outer side of each clamping plate 25 is provided with a cylindrical block, and the other end of each pull rope 23 is connected with the clamping plate 25 through the cylindrical block.
The opposite surfaces of the clamping plates 25 are respectively provided with a limiting groove 26 which is matched with each other for use, the rear end of each clamping plate 25 is connected with a fourth connecting plate 27, and the upper end of the fourth connecting plate 27 is hinged with the upper end of the first connecting plate 13;
each clamping plate 25 is slidably sleeved on the guide plate 28, a third connecting rod 29 and a fourth connecting rod 30 are arranged at two ends of the guide plate 28, the rear half parts of the third connecting rod 29 and the fourth connecting rod 30 are respectively connected with the left end and the right end of the first connecting plate 13, and the guide plate 28 is positioned between the limiting groove 26 and the first connecting plate 13;

the bottom of the small cart 50 is provided with a plurality of water leakage holes 51, the bottom of the placing cavity 37 is provided with a groove 52, the groove 52 is positioned under each water leakage hole 51, and a first water outlet connected with a water drainage pipe is arranged in the groove 52;
a second cylinder mounting seat 53 is arranged at the front end of the second strip-shaped seat body 36, two second cylinders 55 are arranged on the second cylinder mounting seat 53, a second piston rod 56 on each second cylinder 55 is simultaneously connected with a top plate 57, the top plate 57 is connected with a cleaning positioning seat 58, a through hole 59 is formed in the cleaning positioning seat 58, a second motor 60 is arranged in the through hole 59, the second motor 60 is connected with the cleaning positioning seat 58 through a positioning block 61, a cleaning piece 62 is arranged on an output shaft of the second motor 60, and a cleaning head 63 is arranged on the outer surface of the cleaning piece 62;

the second cleaning device 3 comprises a third strip-shaped base 69 connected with the second strip-shaped seat 36, a cleaning cavity 70 is formed in the third strip-shaped base 69, stop rods 71 are arranged on two sides of the opening of the cleaning cavity 70, and a second water outlet 72 and a plurality of cleaning nozzles 73 with upward nozzles are arranged at the bottom of the cleaning cavity 70;
the front end and the rear end of the third strip-shaped base 69 are respectively provided with a rotating structure 75, each rotating structure 75 comprises a first positioning plate 76, each first positioning plate 76 is connected with the second strip-shaped base 36, the first positioning plate 76 is provided with two fourth cylinders 77, the fourth piston rods 78 of the fourth cylinders 77 are respectively provided with a pushing block 79, each pushing block 79 is simultaneously connected with a second positioning plate 80, the second positioning plate 80 is provided with a third motor 81, and the output shaft of the third motor 81 is provided with a clamping piece 82;
a base 83 connected with the third strip-shaped base 69 is arranged below the first positioning plate 76, four fifth cylinders 85 are arranged on the base 83, and each fifth cylinder 85 is connected with the bottom of the first positioning plate 76; the two rotating structures 75 are arranged in a same and opposite fit.
The first strip-shaped seat body 5 is provided with a plurality of second rolling rods 86, and each second rolling rod 86 is positioned between the clamping plates 25 and is matched with the inclined plate structure 6 for use.
The sloping plate structure 6 is provided with a first transmission belt.
The upper end of the wire guide post 21 is provided with a pull rope hole 87, and the pull rope 23 passes through the wire guide post 21 through the pull rope hole 87; two baffles 88 are provided between the wire guides 21, each baffle 88 is connected to the third connecting plate 18, and the storage port 17 is located between the baffles 88.
The second elongated seat 36 is provided with a second conveyor belt, which is located between the first rolling bar 38 and the clamping plate 25.
The bottom of the cleaning positioning seat 58 is provided with a circle of spray heads 89 around the through hole 59.
The cleaning part 62 comprises an outer sleeve 90 and an inner sleeve 91, the cleaning head 63 is arranged on the outer surface of the outer sleeve 90, the inner wall of the outer sleeve 90 is connected with the outer wall of the inner sleeve 91 through a plurality of second connecting blocks 92, and the center lines of the outer sleeve 90 and the inner sleeve 91 are overlapped.
The outer sleeve 90 is provided with a plurality of water perforations.
The fixing frame 68 includes two third connecting blocks 93, each third connecting block 93 is simultaneously connected to two third cylinders 65 at the front and rear ends of the second elongated seat 36, fourth connecting blocks 95 are disposed at both ends of each third connecting block 93, and the outer sides of each fourth connecting block 95 are connected by a fifth connecting block 96.
The clamping member 82 comprises a fifth connecting rod 97, the fifth connecting rod 97 is connected with an output shaft of the third motor 81, both ends of the fifth connecting rod 97 are respectively provided with a sixth connecting rod 98, each sixth connecting rod 98 is simultaneously connected with a sixth connecting block 99, both ends of the sixth connecting block 99 are respectively provided with a seventh connecting block 100, and the opposite sides of each seventh connecting block 100 are provided with rubber pads.
The garbage can 200 is placed on the inclined plate structure, the garbage can is pushed to the second rolling rod 86 by hands, a conveyor belt can be installed on the inclined plate structure, the labor intensity of an operator is further reduced, the first motor 33 is started to adjust the two clamping plates 25, the two clamping plates 25 move towards opposite directions, the first motor 33 is stopped until the lugs 201 on the two sides of the garbage can 200 are respectively positioned in the limiting grooves 26 of the clamping plates 25, at the moment, the garbage can is positioned by matching the lugs 201 on the garbage can 200 with the limiting grooves 26 on the clamping plates 25, the first air cylinder 8 is started, the first connecting rod 10 is pushed upwards by the first piston rod 9 on the first air cylinder 8, so that the second connecting rod 11 and the first connecting block 12 drive the first connecting rod 13 to move upwards, the garbage can 200 is driven to move upwards, the garbage can is stopped after being parallel to the chute 19, the motor is started to drive the take-up reel 22 to rotate so as to pull the clamping plates 25, at this time, the top of the garbage can 200 is not opened and slowly turns to the containing opening 17 until the garbage in the garbage can 200 is poured into the garbage containing container 16 and then stops, after the garbage is poured, the garbage can 200 is placed on the second rolling rod 86 through the pull rope 23, then the two clamping plates 25 are moved in opposite directions through the first motor 33, the bump 201 is separated from the limiting groove 26, then the clamping plates 25 are pulled up through the pull rope 23, the pushing cylinder 35 is started, the garbage can 200 is pushed towards the direction of the second cleaning device through the pushing cylinder 35, the garbage can 200 is moved to the first rolling rod 38 and is positioned below the fixing frame 68, then the third cylinder 65 is started, the fixing frame 68 is moved downwards and sleeved on the garbage can 200, and therefore the garbage can 200 is fixed by the fixing frame 68. The second cylinder 55 is started, the cleaning member 62 is moved to the garbage can 200 through the second cylinder 55, water is sprayed to the garbage can 200 through the spray head 89, then the second motor 60 is started, the cleaning member 62 is driven to rotate through the second motor 60, so that the garbage can 200 is cleaned, cleaning sewage flows out through the placing cavity 37, residual garbage falls into the small cart 50, then the second cylinder 55 and the third cylinder 65 are simultaneously started, so that the cleaning member 62 is separated from the garbage can 200, the fixing frame 68 does not limit the garbage can 200 any more, when the garbage can is moved to the two stop levers 71 on the second cleaning device, the fifth cylinder 85 is started to adjust the position, so that the seventh connecting block 100 is aligned to the limiting grooves 210 on the garbage can 200, then the fourth cylinder 77 is started, the seventh connecting blocks 100 on the two rotating structures 75 are moved to the opposite direction until the seventh connecting blocks 100 are positioned in the limiting grooves 210 on the garbage can 200, so as to position the garbage can, through fifth cylinder 85 with garbage bin 200 upwards promotion, start the third motor 81 on two revolution mechanic 75 simultaneously, cause garbage bin 200 rotatory 180 back to stop, the mouth 230 of puting in of garbage bin 200 this moment down starts to wash shower nozzle 73 thereby washs garbage bin 200, resets the completion whole operation with garbage bin 200 after the washing is accomplished.
