1. A riveting system for riveting an end cover and a flange of a water heater liner is characterized by comprising a unstacking device and a transferring device; assembling a device and a discharging frame;
the transfer device comprises a transfer mechanism, and an oiling mechanism is arranged on the transfer mechanism;
the oiling mechanism comprises an oiling roller;
the unstacking device comprises a unstacking mechanism, and the unstacking mechanism comprises an unstacking table;
the assembling device comprises an end cover press-mounting device and a riveting device;
the unstacking mechanism is connected with an end cover press-fitting device through a transfer device;
the riveting and pressing system also comprises a transposition robot; the transposition robot is used for transposition of parts to be machined among devices in the riveting system.
2. The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater according to claim 1, wherein the indexing robots comprise a first robot, a second robot, a third robot, a fourth robot and a fifth robot.
3. The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater according to claim 1, wherein the unstacking mechanism further comprises a handheld magnetic distractor and a unstacking mechanical arm matched with the unstacking platform for use.

The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater according to claim 2, wherein the end cover press-fitting device is connected with the riveting device through a fourth robot; the transfer device is connected with the end cover press-fitting device through a first robot.

The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the water heater liner according to claim 4, wherein the end cover press-fitting device comprises a drawing press, an edge trimming press and a punching press; a second robot is arranged between the stretching press and the trimming press; and a third robot is arranged between the trimming press and the punching press.
6. The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater according to claim 5, wherein the drawing press is connected with a second robot through a shipping conveying line.

The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater according to claim 1, wherein the oiling mechanism comprises a support frame arranged on the transfer device, and the support frame is connected with the oiling roller through an adjusting part; the adjusting portion includes an adjusting cylinder.

The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater as claimed in claim 7, wherein the oiling roller is connected with an oil supply part; the oil supply part comprises an oil pump; the oil pump is connected with the oil supply tank through a connecting pipeline, and the connecting pipeline is provided with a regulating valve.

The riveting system for riveting the end cover and the flange of the inner container of the water heater according to claim 7, wherein the transferring mechanism comprises a transferring support frame, and a transferring conveying line is arranged on the transferring support frame; the transfer conveying line is connected with a driving part; the transfer conveying line is divided into a material placing station, an oil coating station and a stopping station; the oiling mechanism is arranged on an oiling station of the transfer conveying line.
10. The riveting method for riveting the end cover and the flange of the water heater liner by adopting the riveting system of any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: the material stack is manually placed on the unstacking mechanism;
step 2: placing the end cover products on a transfer conveying line by an unstacking mechanical arm, and oiling the end cover products by an oiling mechanism;
and step 3: then, preparing and molding the end cover of the liner of the water heater by an end cover press-fitting device on the oiled end cover product;
the preparation and forming steps of the water heater liner end cover are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: the end cover product is grabbed by a first robot and placed into a stretching press; the end cover product is formed by stretching through a stretching press;
step two: grabbing the formed product by a second robot and putting the product into a trimming press; trimming the formed product by a trimming press;
step three: grabbing the trimmed product by a third robot and putting the product into a punching press; punching the trimmed product by a punching press;
and 4, step 4: placing the end cover product formed in the step 3 into a fourth press by using a fourth robot, and then placing the flange into the fourth press by using a fifth robot; riveting the flange and the end cover of the inner container by using a fourth press;
and 5: and 4, after the step 4 is finished, grabbing and placing the riveted and pressed finished product into the material placing frame through a fifth robot, and finishing a processing cycle.
