In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first ring 211 and the second ring 213 are formed by twisting the wires at the ends of the central wire 202 in a twist-like structure, and can be realized by using a tool such as a pliers.
As a preferable aspect of the present embodiment, the first circular ring 211 and the second circular ring 213 are integrally formed with the central wire 202.
As a preferable aspect of the present embodiment, the first hook 212 and the second hook 214 are preferably U-shaped. I.e. the hooks in contact with the loop are preferably U-shaped and the loop is preferably circular in shape.
When the center wire 202 is used to support food on the grill 10, the center wire is easily bent and deformed due to long-term heating, so that all wires are not completely maintained on a plane, which seriously affects the flatness of the grill 10. The center wire 202 may be replaced by means of a detachable connection.
Example 5: as shown in fig. 5, the grill 10 according to embodiment 5 of the present invention is different from embodiment 1 described above in the connection manner of the first and second hook wires 201 and 203 and the center wire 202, and the diameters of the first and second hook wires 201 and 203 and the center wire 202. Therefore, in the following description, only different portions will be described.
The first hook wire 201 and the second hook wire 203 are integrally formed with the center wire 202. Preferably, the diameter of the central wire 202, the first hook wire 201 and the second hook wire 203 ranges from 0.4 to 0.6mm, and more preferably ranges from 0.5 mm. The first hook wire 201, the central wire 202 and the second hook wire 203 are integrally formed to replace separable connection, so that the manufacture of a connection structure for separable connection among the first hook wire 201, the second hook wire 203 and the central wire 202 is reduced in the integral manufacturing process of the wire 200, and the integral production efficiency of the wire 200 is improved. In addition, the first hook wire 201, the second hook wire 203 and the central wire 202 are adjusted to 0.5mm, which can satisfy the stable connection between the first hook wire 201 and the second hook wire 203 and the grill frame 100.
Example 6: as shown in fig. 2 to 7, in the embodiment 1-5, the hook wire is set as a hook wire which is detachably connected to the central wire 202 and does not belong to the coil spring wire structure 204, or the hook wire is set as a hook wire which is integrally formed with the central wire 202 and does not belong to the coil spring wire structure 204, the hook structure has a first bending portion 206, a second bending portion 207, and a third bending portion 208, the bottom end of the hook structure abuts against the inner side surface of the hollow tube 109, the third bending portion 208 abuts against the outer side surface 105 of the hollow tube 109, the second bending portion 207 abuts against the inner side surface of the hollow tube 109, and the first bending portion 206 abuts against the upper top surface 103 of the hollow tube 109.
The hook structure of the first hook wire 201 is M-shaped, and includes a first bending portion 206, a second bending portion 207, and a third bending portion 208, the wire of the hook structure passes through the first connecting hole 107 on the first combining portion 101 through the first bending portion 206 and extends into the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, the wire extends to the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100 and then bends to form the second bending portion 207, the second bending portion 207 is tangent to the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, then the wire extends from the second bending portion 207 to the outer side 105 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100 and then bends to form the third bending portion 208, the third bending portion 208 is tangent to the outer side 105 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, and the wire extends from the third bending portion 208 to the lower bottom surface 104 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100 and cuts off the included angle of the inner side 106.
By setting the hook structure to be M-shaped, the structure between the hook wire and the first combining portion 101 of the grill frame 100 is more stable, when the first hook wire 201 receives a pulling force from the central wire 202, the second bending portion 207 and the lower bottom end of the hook structure can apply a pressure toward the central wire 202 to the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, and the bending portion of the hook structure can apply a pressure toward the central wire 202 to the side wall of the first connection hole 107 on the first combining portion 101 of the grill frame 100. The third curved portion 208 of the hook structure can tightly support the outer side 105 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, reducing the deformation problem of the hook structure when being stressed.
When the hooking structure of the first hooking part wire 201 is "M" shaped, the diameter of the first hooking part wire 201 can be properly reduced due to its high structural stability, and the diameter of the first hooking part wire 201 can be 0.5 mm. As a preferable aspect of the present embodiment, when the first hook wire 201 and the center wire 202 have a diameter of 0.5mm, the first hook wire 201 and the center wire 202 are integrally formed.
Example 7: as shown in fig. 2 to 8, in the embodiment 1-5, one of the hook wires is a hook wire which is detachably connected to the central wire 202 and is not belonging to the coil spring wire structure 204, and/or one of the hook wires is a hook wire which is integrally formed with the central wire 202 and is not belonging to the coil spring wire structure 204, and the hook structure has a bending portion 205, the bending portion 205 can penetrate through the first connecting hole 107 on the first combining portion 101, the lower bottom end of the hook structure is arranged to abut against the inner side surface 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, and the bending portion 205 abuts against the upper top surface 103 of the hollow tube 109.
The hook structure formed by the first hook wire 201 is L-shaped and includes a bent portion 205, the wire of the hook structure passes through the first connection hole 107 of the first combination portion 101 of the grill frame 100 through the bent portion 205 and then extends toward the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, and the lower bottom end of the hook structure contacts the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100.
By contacting the lower bottom end of the hook structure with the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, when the first hook wire 201 is pulled by the central wire 202, the lower bottom end of the hook structure can apply pressure towards the direction of the central wire 202 to the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, and the bending portion 205 of the hook structure can apply pressure towards the direction of the central wire 202 to the side wall of the first connection hole 107 on the first combination portion 101 of the grill frame 100, so that the combination between the first hook 212 and the grill frame 100 is more stable, the technical problem that the first hook wire 201 falls off is solved, and the stability of the L-shaped hook structure is inferior to that of the M-shaped hook structure in embodiment 6, but the manufacturing efficiency is higher. As a preferable aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, when the hook structure of the first hook wire 201 is "L" shaped, the diameter of the first hook wire 201 is 0.8mm, the diameter of the central wire 202 is 0.3mm, and the first hook wire 201 and the central wire 202 are detachably connected.
The hook structure is a hook structure of a coil spring wire structure, and can be any one of the hook structure forms commonly used in the prior art, such as a common arc-shaped hook, and also can be the hook structure described in embodiment 7.

and a second stage: hooking a first hooking wire 201 integrally formed with the first end 209 of the central wire in the first connection hole 107 of the top surface 103 of the first coupling portion 101 of the grill frame 100;
and a third stage: hooking a second hook wire 203 with a coil spring wire structure 204 detachably connected to the center wire second end 210 in a second connection hole 108 of the top surface 103 of the second coupling portion 102 of the grill frame 100;
a fourth stage: the center wire second end 210 is connected to the second hook wire 203 by a hook.
Example 10: the hook structure according to examples 8 and 9 was hooked by the following method:

When the first hook wire 201 and the central wire 202 are integrally formed, the diameter of the first hook wire 201 is the same as that of the central wire 202, the diameter of the second hook wire 203 is larger than that of the central wire 202, one end of the first hook wire 201, which is far away from the central wire 202, is a hook structure, a first bending portion 206 of the hook structure penetrates through a first connecting hole 107 on the first combining portion 101 and extends into the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, the wire 200 extends to the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100 and then bends to form a second bending portion 207, the second bending portion 207 is tangent to the inner side 106 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, then the wire 200 extends from the second bending portion 207 to the outer side 105 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100 and then bends to form a third bending portion 208, the third bending portion 208 is tangent to the outer side 105 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100, and the wire 200 extends from the third bending portion 208 to the bottom surface 104 of the hollow tube 109 of the grill frame 100 and the included angle of the inner side 106 And is cut off.

the wires (200) comprise a central wire (202) and two hook wires arranged at two ends of the central wire (202), the hook wires arranged at least one end of the central wire (202) are arranged to be detachably connected with the central wire (202), the diameter of the hook wires detachably connected with the central wire (202) is larger than that of the central wire (202), and at least one hook wire detachably connected with the central wire (202) is of a coil spring wire structure (204);
one end of two ends of the two hook part wires far away from the central wire (202) is of a hook structure, and the two hook part wires arranged at the two ends of the central wire (202) are respectively hooked in a first connecting hole (107) on a first combining part (101) of the grill frame (100) and a second connecting hole (108) on a second combining part (102) of the grill frame (100) through the hook structure.

the hook structure of the first hook wire (201) is hooked in a first connecting hole (107) on a first combining part (101) of the grill frame (100), and the hook structure of the second hook wire (203) is hooked in a second connecting hole (108) on a second combining part (102) of the grill frame (100); preferably, the diameter of the central wire (202) is in the range of 0.2-0.4mm, the diameter of the first hook wire (201) and the diameter of the second hook wire (203) are in the range of 0.7-0.9mm, and more preferably, the diameter of the central wire (202) is 0.3mm, and the diameter of the first hook wire (201) and the diameter of the second hook wire (203) are in the range of 0.8 mm.

6. A grill includes a grill frame (100) formed in a frame shape of a circular or quadrangular shape and a plurality of wires (200) connected to the grill frame (100);
