Background
The pet industry is rapidly developing, pet-raising people are getting bigger and bigger, and pets are indispensable family members in many minds. The greatest desire of the pet owners is to keep the pets healthy and beautiful. The main basis of the health condition is whether the fur of the pet is smooth, fine and elastic, and for most pets, the beautiful hair is a necessary condition. However, single food, skin diseases, dry living environment and bad hygiene habits all cause problems of discoloration, dullness, large shedding, dry and unsmooth hair, darkness and the like of pet fur. In order to meet the pet-raising requirements of pet owners, the hair-beautifying and hair-brightening product gradually becomes a new need, and can help pets to healthily coat hair, supplement hair nutrition and enable pets to have beautiful coat hair.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: in order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of the chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair beautifying powder and also aims to disclose application of the hair beautifying powder.
The technical scheme is as follows: a pet hair caring powder containing chondroitin sulfate comprises functional components, wherein the functional components comprise beer yeast powder, Polygoni Multiflori radix extract, Mori fructus extract, and chondroitin sulfate.
The chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair beautifying powder comprises the following components in parts by weight:
functional components: 3-8 parts of beer yeast powder, 2-5 parts of polygonum multiflorum extract, 1-4 parts of mulberry extract and 0.1-1 part of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.01-0.1 part of vitamin A, 0.1-1 part of vitamin E, 10.001-0.01 part of vitamin B, 20.001-0.01 part of vitamin B, 120.001-0.01 part of vitamin B, 0.01-0.1 part of nicotinic acid, 0.001-0.01 part of pantothenic acid, 0.001-0.01 part of folic acid, 0.001-0.01 part of biotin, 0.1-2 parts of lysine, 0.5-5 parts of taurine and 0.5-2 parts of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 20-35 parts of chicken powder, 15-30 parts of maltodextrin, 15-30 parts of chicken liver powder, 5-10 parts of milk powder and 1-5 parts of calcium lactate.
3-7 parts of beer yeast powder, 2-4 parts of polygonum multiflorum extract, 2-4 parts of mulberry extract and 0.3-1 part of chondroitin sulfate.
The vitamin A food comprises, by mass, 0.01-0.05 part of vitamin A, 0.2-1 part of vitamin E, 10.001-0.005 part of vitamin B, 20.001-0.005 part of vitamin B, 120.001-0.005 part of vitamin B, 0.02-0.05 part of nicotinic acid, 0.001-0.005 part of pantothenic acid, 0.002-0.005 part of folic acid, 0.002-0.01 part of biotin, 0.5-2 parts of lysine, 1-4 parts of taurine and 0.5-1.5 parts of arginine.
The chicken feed comprises, by mass, 22-35 parts of chicken powder, 18-30 parts of maltodextrin, 15-25 parts of chicken liver powder, 6-10 parts of milk powder and 1-4 parts of calcium lactate.
The preparation method of the chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair beautifying powder comprises the following steps:
1) premixing: sieving the functional components and adjuvants with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing the materials;
2) drying: putting the uniformly mixed material obtained in the step 1) into an oven for drying, and cooling the dried material to room temperature;
3) mixing: adding nutrient components in the formula into the step 2), fully and uniformly mixing, and sieving the uniformly mixed materials by a 80-mesh sieve;
4) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing by pasteurization to obtain powder.
In the step 1), the drying temperature is 65-85 ℃, and the drying time is 3-10 hours.
In the step 4), the sterilization temperature is 70-80 ℃, and the sterilization time is 30-60 minutes.
The application of the pet hair beautifying powder containing chondroitin sulfate is used for dogs and cats in the whole stage, and the pet hair beautifying powder is directly added into food to feed 1-2 times a day.

The components of the hair beautifying powder play a synergistic role, and particularly, the chondroitin sulfate is matched with the beer yeast powder, the polygonum multiflorum extract and the mulberry extract for use, so that the problems of color fading, no luster, large drop, dry and astringent hair, unsmooth smoothness, darkness and the like of pet fur can be improved. The present invention will be further described below.
The invention provides pet hair beautifying powder, which comprises functional components, nutrient components and auxiliary materials in percentage by mass;
wherein the functional ingredient comprises: 3-8% of beer yeast powder, 2-5% of polygonum multiflorum extract, 1-4% of mulberry extract and 0.1-1% of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components comprise: 0.01 to 0.1 percent of vitamin A, 0.1 to 1 percent of vitamin E, 0.01 to 0.01 percent of vitamin B10.001, 0.32 to 0.01 percent of vitamin B20.001, 120.001 to 0.01 percent of vitamin B, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of nicotinic acid, 0.001 to 0.01 percent of pantothenic acid, 0.001 to 0.01 percent of folic acid, 0.001 to 0.01 percent of biotin, 0.1 to 2 percent of lysine, 0.5 to 5 percent of taurine and 0.5 to 2 percent of arginine;
the auxiliary materials comprise: 20-35% of chicken powder, 15-30% of maltodextrin, 15-30% of chicken liver powder, 5-10% of milk powder and 1-5% of calcium lactate.
The main functional components of the polygonum multiflorum extract are lecithin, emodin, rhein and other components, and the polygonum multiflorum extract has the capability of nourishing yin qi. Can be used for treating liver and kidney diseases in Chinese traditional medicine. Ancient Chinese medicine believes that the luster of hair is related to kidney function, and polygonum multiflorum is widely applied due to the capability of blackening and brightening hair. The mulberry extract has effects of improving blood supply of skin (including scalp), nourishing skin, whitening skin, and blackening hair.
Vitamin B deficiency can lead to deterioration of the coat or dermatitis of the pet. The vitamin B group is synergistic, and is more significant to pet furs compared with the situation that single vitamin is supplemented and the vitamin B group is selected to be supplemented. VB complex, vitamin B1, B2 and B12, beer yeast powder, folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid, and vitamin B group providing.
The preferred pet hair-care powder in the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
preferred functional ingredients include: 3-7% of beer yeast powder, 2-4% of polygonum multiflorum extract, 2-4% of mulberry extract and 0.3-1% of chondroitin sulfate;
preferred nutrient components: the method comprises the following steps: 0.01 to 0.05 percent of vitamin A, 0.2 to 1 percent of vitamin E, 0. 10.001 to 0.005 percent of vitamin B, 20.001 to 0.005 percent of vitamin B, 120.001 to 0.005 percent of vitamin B, 0.02 to 0.05 percent of nicotinic acid, 0.001 to 0.005 percent of pantothenic acid, 0.002 to 0.005 percent of folic acid, 0.002 to 0.01 percent of biotin, 0.5 to 2 percent of lysine, 1 to 4 percent of taurine and 0.5 to 1.5 percent of arginine;

The invention discloses a preparation method of chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair beautifying powder, which comprises the following steps:

1000g of hair beautifying powder is prepared, and the composition is as follows:
functional components: 60g of beer yeast powder, 30g of polygonum multiflorum extract, 20g of mulberry extract and 5g of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.4g of vitamin A, 4g of vitamin E, 10.04g of vitamin B, 20.04g of vitamin B, 120.04g of vitamin B, 0.3g of nicotinic acid, 0.04g of pantothenic acid, 0.04g of folic acid, 0.1g of biotin, 10g of lysine, 20g of taurine and 10g of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 300g of chicken powder, 250g of maltodextrin, 200g of chicken liver powder, 70g of milk powder and 20g of calcium lactate.
The preparation process comprises the following steps
1) Premixing: sieving the functional components and adjuvants with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing the materials;
2) drying: putting the uniformly mixed materials in the step 1) into a constant-temperature drying oven at 70 ℃ for drying for 5 hours, and cooling the dried materials to room temperature;
3) mixing: adding nutrient components in a formula amount into the cooled material obtained in the step 2), fully and uniformly mixing, and sieving the uniformly mixed material by a 80-mesh sieve;
4) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing at 75 deg.C for 45 min by pasteurization to obtain powder.
Example two
1000g of hair beautifying powder is prepared, and the composition is as follows:
functional components: 55g of beer yeast powder, 35g of polygonum multiflorum extract, 21g of mulberry extract and 4g of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.4g of vitamin A, 4g of vitamin E, 10.04g of vitamin B, 20.03g of vitamin B, 120.05g of vitamin B, 0.3g of nicotinic acid, 0.04g of pantothenic acid, 0.04g of folic acid, 0.1g of biotin, 10g of lysine, 20g of taurine and 10g of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 280g of chicken powder, 260g of maltodextrin, 210g of chicken liver powder, 70g of milk powder and 20g of calcium lactate.
The preparation process is the same as the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
1000g of hair beautifying powder is prepared, and the composition is as follows:
functional components: 65g of beer yeast powder, 22g of polygonum multiflorum extract, 22g of mulberry extract and 6g of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.4g of vitamin A, 4g of vitamin E, 10.04g of vitamin B, 20.04g of vitamin B, 120.04g of vitamin B, 0.3g of nicotinic acid, 0.04g of pantothenic acid, 0.04g of folic acid, 0.1g of biotin, 8g of lysine, 20g of taurine and 12g of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 390g of chicken powder, 270g of maltodextrin, 202g of chicken liver powder, 60g of milk powder and 18g of calcium lactate.
The preparation process is the same as the first embodiment.
Comparative example 1
1000g of hair beautifying powder is prepared, and the composition is as follows:
functional components: 60g of beer yeast powder, 30g of polygonum multiflorum extract and 20g of mulberry extract;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.4g of vitamin A, 4g of vitamin E, 10.04g of vitamin B, 20.04g of vitamin B, 120.04g of vitamin B, 0.3g of nicotinic acid, 0.04g of pantothenic acid, 0.04g of folic acid, 0.1g of biotin, 10g of lysine, 20g of taurine and 10g of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 300g of chicken powder, 250g of maltodextrin, 200g of chicken liver powder, 75g of milk powder and 20g of calcium lactate.
The preparation process is the same as the first embodiment.
Comparative example No. two
1000g of hair beautifying powder is prepared, and the composition is as follows:
functional components: 55g of beer yeast powder, 35g of polygonum multiflorum extract and 21g of mulberry extract;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.4g of vitamin A, 4g of vitamin E, 10.04g of vitamin B, 20.03g of vitamin B, 120.05g of vitamin B, 0.3g of nicotinic acid, 0.04g of pantothenic acid, 0.04g of folic acid, 0.1g of biotin, 10g of lysine, 20g of taurine and 10g of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 280g of chicken powder, 260g of maltodextrin, 210g of chicken liver powder, 74g of milk powder and 20g of calcium lactate.
The preparation process is the same as the first embodiment.
Comparative example No. three
1000g of hair beautifying powder is prepared, and the composition is as follows:
functional components: 65g of beer yeast powder, 22g of polygonum multiflorum extract, 22g of mulberry extract and 6g of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.4g of vitamin A, 4g of vitamin E, 10.04g of vitamin B, 20.04g of vitamin B, 120.04g of vitamin B, 0.3g of nicotinic acid, 0.04g of pantothenic acid, 0.04g of folic acid, 0.1g of biotin, 8g of lysine, 20g of taurine and 12g of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 390g of chicken powder, 270g of maltodextrin, 202g of chicken liver powder, 60g of milk powder and 18g of calcium lactate.
The preparation process is the same as the first embodiment.
Product performance test
The use method of the product comprises the following steps: is suitable for dogs and cats in the whole stage, and is directly added into food for feeding after 1 time a day;
the product dosage is as follows: the dosage is shown in Table 1, which is for reference only, and can be increased or decreased as appropriate.

According to the usage amount, the products of the first and second examples and the first and second comparative examples are subjected to the following performance detection comparison.
Comparison of fur State test
In the test, 12 raccoon cats were selected and fed for 30 days, and randomly divided into 4 groups of 3 cats. Cats were bathed, combed and scored for hair beautification at the beginning and end of the trial, respectively. The hair beauty score is 5 points, and the higher the score is, the better the index is. And 3 persons score simultaneously, and the average score is divided into the scores of the cats.

And (4) conclusion: the experimental results show that the hair-beautifying powder of the formula (examples I and II) added with the chondroitin sulfate and the formula (comparative examples I and II) not added with the chondroitin sulfate can improve the problems of lackluster hair, hair loss, dry hair and the like to different degrees. The average score of the formula with the added chondroitin sulfate is increased from 5.5 to 17, and is increased by 11.5; the average score of the formula without chondroitin sulfate is increased from 5.5 to 9.5, and is increased by 4; the formula added with the chondroitin sulfate is obviously superior to the hair beautifying powder of the formula without the chondroitin sulfate, so that the chondroitin sulfate has synergistic effect on the beer yeast powder, the polygonum multiflorum extract and the mulberry extract which are hair beautifying components.
Second, food calling test
The test method comprises the following steps: (1) first-choice test: the taste selection test was performed once every 9 am for a total of 5 times. Two bowls are provided for the experimental cats at the same time, equal amounts of basic full-price cat food and basic full-price cat food plus 4g of hair powder are respectively put into the bowls, and the first choice of each experimental cat is observed and recorded.
(2) And (3) testing by a double-pot method: the taste selection test was performed once every 9 am for a total of 5 times. Two bowls are provided for experimental cats at the same time, equal amounts of basic full-price cat food and basic full-price cat food plus 4g of hair powder are respectively put into the bowls, the consumption of the two kinds of cat food in one ingestion process is weighed and recorded, and the consumption rate is calculated. (exchanging the bowl position every other day)
Note: in each group of the first-choice test and the double-pot test, 12 raccoon cats with poor fur state are selected, the experimental group in table 2 is test data of full-price cat food plus 4g of hair powder, and the control group is test data of only general basic full-price cat food.

And (4) conclusion: the taste experiment of the hair beautifying powder shows that the hair beautifying powder prepared by the method provided by the invention has good food calling performance, higher total selection times and higher average daily consumption rate, which indicates that the hair beautifying powder has good palatability and food calling performance, is popular with pets and has good market prospect.
Third, stool grading test
Test animals: 12 raccoon cats with poor fur status.
Grouping experiments: the test was divided into 2 groups, 6 test groups and 6 control groups. Wherein the test group is fed with basic full-price dog food and the item of hair beautifying powder (4 g each time, 1 time per day), and the control group is fed with basic full-price cat food for 20 days. Feces were recorded daily on the following scale.
The stool classification adopts a Bristol classification method:
first type: a particle hard ball (difficult to pass)
Type II: sausage-like, but with a concave-convex surface
Third type: sausage-like, but with cracks on the surface
Fourth type: like sausage or snake, and has smooth surface
A fifth type: soft block shape with smooth broken edge (easy to pass)
Type six: loose and pasty stool with thick edge
Type seven: aqueous, no solid block (complete liquid)
Type one and type two indicate constipation; the third and fourth types are ideal stool shapes, and particularly the fourth type is the shape which is easiest to defecate; the fifth to seventh types indicate possible diarrhea.
And (4) conclusion: according to the Winhao TM excrement scoring system, in the test period, the excrement of the test group and the excrement of the control group tend to be in the third type and the fourth type, and the result shows that the hair beautifying powder can not cause the digestion problems of diarrhea and the like of test dogs.
In conclusion, it should be noted that the preferred embodiments of the present invention can be modified in different degrees for the skilled in the art without departing from the concept of the present invention, and it should be noted that these modifications should also be within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The pet hair beautifying powder containing chondroitin sulfate is characterized by comprising functional components, wherein the functional components are beer yeast powder, a polygonum multiflorum extract, a mulberry extract and chondroitin sulfate.
2. The chondroitin sulfate-containing pet grooming powder of claim 1, comprising, in parts by mass:
functional components: 3-8 parts of beer yeast powder, 2-5 parts of polygonum multiflorum extract, 1-4 parts of mulberry extract and 0.1-1 part of chondroitin sulfate;
the nutrient components are as follows: 0.01-0.1 part of vitamin A, 0.1-1 part of vitamin E, 10.001-0.01 part of vitamin B, 20.001-0.01 part of vitamin B, 120.001-0.01 part of vitamin B, 0.01-0.1 part of nicotinic acid, 0.001-0.01 part of pantothenic acid, 0.001-0.01 part of folic acid, 0.001-0.01 part of biotin, 0.1-2 parts of lysine, 0.5-5 parts of taurine and 0.5-2 parts of arginine;
auxiliary materials: 20-35 parts of chicken powder, 15-30 parts of maltodextrin, 15-30 parts of chicken liver powder, 5-10 parts of milk powder and 1-5 parts of calcium lactate.
3. The chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair powder according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises, by mass, 3-7 parts of beer yeast powder, 2-4 parts of polygonum multiflorum extract, 2-4 parts of mulberry extract and 0.3-1 part of chondroitin sulfate.

The chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair-beautifying powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the components include, by mass, 0.01 to 0.05 part of vitamin A, 0.2 to 1 part of vitamin E, 0.005 part of vitamin B10.001, 0.005 part of vitamin B20.001, 120.001 to 0.005 part of vitamin B, 0.02 to 0.05 part of nicotinic acid, 0.001 to 0.005 part of pantothenic acid, 0.002 to 0.005 part of folic acid, 0.002 to 0.01 part of biotin, 0.5 to 2 parts of lysine, 1 to 4 parts of taurine, and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of arginine.

The chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair-beautifying powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair-beautifying powder comprises, by mass, 22-35 parts of chicken powder, 18-30 parts of maltodextrin, 15-25 parts of chicken liver powder, 6-10 parts of milk powder and 1-4 parts of calcium lactate.
6. The method of making a chondroitin sulfate-containing pet grooming powder of any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
1) premixing: sieving the functional components and adjuvants with 80 mesh sieve, and mixing the materials;
2) drying: putting the uniformly mixed material obtained in the step 1) into an oven for drying, and cooling the dried material to room temperature;
3) mixing: adding nutrient components in the formula into the step 2), fully and uniformly mixing, and sieving the uniformly mixed materials by a 80-mesh sieve;
4) and (3) sterilization: sterilizing by pasteurization to obtain powder.
7. The method for preparing pet hair grooming powder containing chondroitin sulfate as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step 1), the drying temperature is 65-85 ℃ and the drying time is 3-10 hours.
8. The method for preparing pet hair grooming powder containing chondroitin sulfate as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step 4), the sterilization temperature is 70-80 ℃ and the sterilization time is 30-60 minutes.
9. Use of a chondroitin sulfate-containing pet hair powder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the powder is directly added to food for feeding for a whole-stage dog or cat 1 to 2 times a day.
