The monitoring device 11 and the information presentation device 12 are provided so as to be able to transmit and receive information to and from each other by wireless communication or wired communication via the communication network 20. The communication network 20 may be, for example, a telephone line network, an internet communication network, or a high-speed wireless communication network such as a fourth-generation mobile communication system or a fifth-generation mobile communication system.
For example, the remote monitoring center apparatus 13 is installed in a building different from the building in which the elevator is installed. For example, the remote monitoring center device 13 is installed in an elevator maintenance company. The remote monitoring center device 13 is provided so as to be able to receive the operation state information of the elevator from the monitoring device 11 via the communication network 20 by wireless communication or wired communication.
The base station 14 is located remote from the building.
The portable terminal 15 is held by a user of the elevator. The elevator users include elevator managers and general users other than the elevator managers. The elevator manager refers to an elevator owner, an apartment manager who has been requested by the elevator owner to manage the operation of the elevator, a management center person in an office building, and the like. The elevator managers include managers who have a contract with a maintenance company of the elevator and managers who have no contract with a maintenance company of the elevator.
For example, the portable terminal 15 includes an acceleration sensor, a gyro sensor, a microphone, a speaker, an imaging device, and the like. The portable terminal 15 is, for example, a smartphone. The user can manually or automatically request an elevator call using the portable terminal 15. In order to perform call registration using the portable terminal 15, a specific application needs to be installed in the portable terminal 15 in advance. For example, the user can download and install a specific application to the mobile terminal 15 by accessing a home page of a maintenance company that performs elevator maintenance management from the mobile terminal 15. In the following description, a specific application is simply referred to as "application". Applications include, for example, a call registration function and a simple diagnosis function. The call registration function of the application can be utilized only in elevators contracted with the maintenance company of the elevator. The simple diagnostic function of the application can also be used in elevators that are not contracted with the maintenance company of the elevator.
When the operation mode of the elevator is the normal mode, the mobile terminal 15 automatically transmits the identification information for identifying the elevator, the boarding floor, and the mobile terminal 15, which are set in advance in the application, when receiving the radio wave from the identification device 16 provided in the landing 3 on the specific floor. The identification device 16 is an electronic tag such as a beacon, an RF tag, and an IC tag. The identification device 16 may be installed in the landing 3 of all floors, or may be installed in the car 6.
The information presentation apparatus 12 receives the determination information via the base station 14. The information presentation device 12 determines the target floor associated with the portable terminal 15 based on the determination information. The information presentation device 12 transmits call registration request information including information on the boarding floor and the destination floor to the elevator.
In this elevator, the monitoring device 11 receives call registration request information from the information presentation device 12. The monitoring device 11 recognizes the requests of the hall call and the car call from the call registration request information. The monitoring device 11 transmits a request for registration of a hall call corresponding to the boarding floor to the control device 10 based on the call registration request information. The control device 10 causes the car 6 to respond to the hall call. When the car 6 arrives at the boarding floor, the monitoring device 11 transmits a registration request of a car call corresponding to the destination floor to the control device 10 based on the call registration request information. The control device 10 causes the car 6 to respond to the car call.
When the simple diagnosis function of the application is used, the manager of the elevator registers the identification information of the elevator from the application in advance. For example, the identification information of the elevator is information related to the location of the building where the elevator is installed, the name, the number of the building, the maintenance company, and a management number assigned by the maintenance company to manage the elevator.
When the simple diagnosis function of the application is used, the manager of the elevator registers the category information of the elevator from the application in advance. For example, the type information of the elevator is information related to the manufacturing company, model, specification (rated speed, rated acceleration, elevating distance, number of floors to be parked, etc.), installation timing, and the like of the elevator.
In a state where a manager of the elevator carries the portable terminal 15 on the car 6, the manager selects and executes a simple diagnosis of the elevator from a menu of applications. Next, the manager sets the portable terminal 15 at a predetermined position such as a wall or a floor of the car 6. When installed at a predetermined position such as a wall or a floor, a holder not shown may be used to hold the portable terminal 15. The cradle holds the portable terminal in a stable state. When the holder is provided on a wall, for example, if a magnet is provided on the holder, the holder can be attached to the wall. In addition, in the case of simple diagnosis, it is preferable to set the position where the stent is set at the same position every time. For example, when the simple diagnosis of the elevator is performed in the application of the portable terminal 15, the installation position of the portable terminal or the holder holding the portable terminal in the car 6 during the diagnosis operation in the portable terminal 15 may be displayed by an image or a voice.
After that, the manager performs car call registration for reciprocating the car 6 from the lowermost floor to the uppermost floor. The reciprocating movement may be a single reciprocating movement or a plurality of reciprocating movements. In the reciprocating movement, the through operation may be performed between the lowermost (upper) floor and the uppermost (lower) floor, or the operation may be performed on each floor at which the floor stops. For example, when the simple diagnosis of the elevator is performed in the application of the portable terminal 15, the step of diagnosing the car call registration during operation may be displayed by an image or voice on the portable terminal 15. The portable terminal 15 acquires physical quantity information and video information that vary with the movement of the car 6 while the car 6 is reciprocating one or more times.
As the physical quantity information, for example, the portable terminal 15 acquires speed information of the car 6. As the physical quantity information, for example, the portable terminal 15 acquires acceleration information of the car 6. As the physical quantity information, for example, the portable terminal 15 acquires vibration information of the car 6. As the physical quantity information, for example, the portable terminal 15 acquires sound information when the car 6 travels. As the physical quantity information, for example, the portable terminal 15 acquires sound information when the car door 9 is opened and closed. As the image information, for example, the portable terminal 15 acquires an image when the car door 9 is opened and closed. As the image information, for example, the mobile terminal 15 acquires an image for comparing the floor height of the landing 3 and the floor height of the car 6 when the car door 9 is fully opened.
When the reciprocating operation for the easy diagnosis is completed, the manager of the elevator ends the easy diagnosis from the menu of the application. Then, the mobile terminal 15 transmits the information on the physical quantity and the video (hereinafter, referred to as diagnostic information) acquired via the base station 14 to the information presentation device 12.
The information presentation apparatus 12 receives the information for diagnosis. The information presentation device 12 performs a simple diagnosis of the elevator based on the information for diagnosis. The information presentation device 12 transmits information indicating the result of the simple diagnosis (hereinafter referred to as diagnosis result information) to the mobile terminal 15 via the base station 14.
The portable terminal 15 receives the diagnosis result information. The portable terminal 15 displays the diagnosis result information.
Next, an example of displaying the diagnosis result information will be described with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of display of diagnosis result information in a mobile terminal to which the elevator information presentation system according to embodiment 1 is applied.
As shown in fig. 2, the portable terminal 15 displays the diagnosis result information. For example, the acceleration and deceleration of the car 6 during the ascent are displayed numerically. For example, the acceleration and deceleration at which the car 6 descends are numerically displayed. For example, the vibrations in the X direction, the Y direction, and the Z direction when the car 6 travels are numerically displayed. The X direction is the width direction of the car 6. The Y direction is the depth direction of the car 6. The Z direction is the height direction of the car 6. Although not shown, as the diagnosis result information, the sound information when the car 6 travels, the sound information when the car door 9 of each floor is opened or closed, the image when the car door 9 is opened or closed, and the image relating to the step between the floor of the hall 3 and the floor of the car 6 may be displayed in numerical values or in a graph.
Further, the portable terminal 15 displays the proposal content corresponding to the result of the simple diagnosis as "suggested points". At this time, the portable terminal 15 displays a button for selecting whether or not a proposal relating to maintenance, refurbishment, and maintenance contract of the elevator is required. In this state, when the manager selects a proposal to be proposed in the mobile terminal 15, the mobile terminal 15 transmits proposal request information to the information presentation device 12.
Next, the information presentation device 12 and the mobile terminal 15 will be described with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an information presentation device and a mobile terminal to which the elevator information presentation system according to embodiment 1 is applied.
As shown in fig. 3, the information presentation device 12 includes a presentation-side receiving unit 12a, a presentation-side transmitting unit 12b, a presentation-side storage unit 12c, and a presentation-side control unit 12 d.
The presentation-side receiving unit 12a is provided to be able to receive information for diagnosis. The presentation-side transmission unit 12b is provided to be able to transmit the diagnosis result information. The presentation-side storage unit 12c is provided so as to be able to store information for diagnosis and information on diagnosis results. The presentation-side control unit 12d controls the operation of the information presentation device 12 as a whole.
When the presentation-side receiving unit 12a receives the diagnosis information from the portable terminal 15, the presentation-side control unit 12d causes the presentation-side storage unit 12c to store the diagnosis information in association with the identification information of the elevator and the type information of the elevator. The presentation-side storage unit 12c stores a plurality of pieces of information for diagnosis transmitted from the portable terminals 15 of the managers of a plurality of elevators. In addition, a plurality of pieces of diagnosis result information corresponding to a plurality of pieces of diagnosis information transmitted from the portable terminal 15 of the manager of a plurality of elevators are stored in the presentation-side storage unit 12 c.
The presentation-side control unit 12d performs a simple diagnosis of the elevator based on the received information for diagnosis. The terminal-side control unit 15f may also cause the terminal-side transmission unit 15a to transmit the acquired information for diagnosis to the information presentation device 12 in real time if the communication network 20 is a high-speed wireless communication network.
Next, with reference to fig. 4, an operation when the information presentation device 12 applies the diagnosis result information indicating the simple diagnosis result of the elevator to the portable terminal 15 will be described.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart for explaining an operation when the information presentation device to which the elevator information presentation system according to embodiment 1 is applied applies the elevator diagnosis result information to the mobile terminal.
In step S1, the information presentation apparatus 12 receives the information for diagnosis from the mobile terminal 15.
In step S2, the information presentation device 12 performs a simple diagnosis of the elevator based on the received information for diagnosis. After that, the information presentation device 12 performs the operation of step S3. In step S3, the information presentation apparatus 12 transmits the diagnosis result information to the portable terminal 15. After that, the information presentation apparatus 12 ends the operation.
Next, the operation of the portable terminal 15 when displaying the elevator diagnosis result information will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart for explaining an operation when the information presentation device to which the elevator information presentation system according to embodiment 1 is applied displays information on the diagnosis result of the elevator.
In step S11, the mobile terminal 15 determines whether or not the simple diagnosis of the elevator is performed in the menu of the application. If it is determined in step S11 that the simple diagnosis of the elevator has not been performed, the portable terminal 15 performs the operation of step S11. If it is determined in step S11 that the simple diagnosis of the elevator has been performed, the portable terminal 15 performs the operation of step S12.
In step S12, the mobile terminal 15 acquires the information for diagnosis and stores the acquired information for diagnosis. After that, the mobile terminal 15 performs the operation of step S13. In step S13, the mobile terminal 15 determines whether the simple diagnosis is ended in the menu of the application. If it is determined in step S13 that the simple diagnosis has not been completed, the mobile terminal 15 performs the operation of step S12. If it is determined in step S13 that the simple diagnosis has ended, the mobile terminal 15 performs the operation of step S14. In step S14, the mobile terminal 15 transmits the information for diagnosis to the information presentation apparatus 12.
After that, the mobile terminal 15 performs the operation of step S15. In step S15, the mobile terminal 15 determines whether or not the information presentation device 12 has received the elevator diagnosis result information.
If it is determined in step S15 that the diagnosis result information of the elevator has not been received, the portable terminal 15 performs the operation of step S15. If it is determined in step S15 that the elevator diagnosis result information has been received, the portable terminal 15 performs the operation of step S16.
In step S16, the portable terminal 15 displays the diagnosis result information. After that, the mobile terminal 15 ends the operation.
According to embodiment 1 described above, the information presentation device 12 receives physical quantity information and video information that change as the car 6 moves, from the portable terminal 15 of the elevator manager, as information for diagnosis. The information presentation device 12 diagnoses the elevator based on the information for diagnosis. The information presentation device 12 transmits the diagnosis result information to the portable terminal 15 of the elevator manager. Therefore, the result of the simple diagnosis of the elevator can be easily presented to the manager of the elevator. In addition, the maintenance company of the elevator can grasp the state of the elevator without dispatching an operator to the place where the elevator is installed.
The information presentation device 12 stores the diagnosis information in association with the identification information of the elevator and the type information of the elevator. Therefore, in the simple diagnosis of the elevator, comparison with other similar elevators can be easily performed.
In this case, if the manager of each elevator can easily diagnose the elevator, the information presentation device 12 gradually stores information for diagnosing each elevator. These pieces of information for diagnosis can be used not only for maintenance activities of the elevator but also for business activities such as negotiation of elevator modernization and negotiation of a maintenance contract with an un-contracted customer.
The information presentation device 12 also transmits information indicating the result of comparison between the information for diagnosis of the elevator and the information for diagnosis of the other elevator to the portable terminal 15 as diagnosis result information. Therefore, the elevator inspection result can be presented to the elevator manager in a more easily understandable state.
Further, as the identification information of the elevator, at least one of information of a location of a building where the elevator is installed, a name of the building, a number, a maintenance company, and a management number assigned by the maintenance company to manage the elevator may be stored. The information on the type of elevator may be at least one of information on the manufacturing company, model, specification (rated speed, rated acceleration, elevating distance, number of landings, and the like) and installation time of the elevator. In this case, the diagnostic information to be compared with the diagnostic information of the elevator can be appropriately extracted.
In this case, the identification information and the category information of the elevator may be estimated on the information presentation device 12 side based on the position information of the portable terminal 15 and the information detected by the portable terminal 15, or the identification information and the category information of the elevator may be manually input by the elevator manager in the portable terminal 15 and transmitted to the information presentation device 12.
In addition, information indicating the result of comparison between the past diagnostic information and the present diagnostic information of the same elevator may be used as the diagnostic result information. In this case, the elevator manager can not only be presented with the inspection result of the elevator in a more understandable state, but also can grasp the sign of the failure of the elevator as soon as possible.
Further, information indicating the result of comparison between the current diagnostic information and a preset threshold value such as a sound or a frequency of vibration that the user feels unpleasant may be used as the diagnostic result information. In this case, the elevator manager can not only be presented with the inspection result of the elevator in a more understandable state, but also can grasp the sign of the failure of the elevator as soon as possible.
When the simple diagnosis of the elevator is performed in the application of the portable terminal 15, the terminal-side control unit 15f of the portable terminal 15 may introduce information indicating the installation method of the portable terminal 15 during the diagnosis operation, which is stored in the terminal-side storage unit 15e, by using the terminal-side display unit 15c and the speaker through images or voice. For example, information indicating that the mobile terminal 15 is held in a state of being placed on the floor of the car 6 may be presented. For example, information indicating that the portable terminal 15 is held in contact with the wall surface of the car 6 may be described. For example, information indicating that the mobile terminal 15 is installed at a predetermined position on the floor of the car 6 may be described. For example, information indicating that the portable terminal 15 is installed at a predetermined position on the wall surface of the car 6 may be described. In this case, if the manager holds the portable terminal 15 in accordance with the displayed information, the physical quantity that fluctuates along with the movement of the car 6 can be detected more accurately.
When the simple diagnosis of the elevator is performed in the application of the portable terminal 15, the terminal-side control unit 15f of the portable terminal 15 may introduce the procedure of the car call registration at the time of the diagnosis operation stored in the terminal-side storage unit 15e by an image or a voice. In this case, if the manager performs the car call registration of the diagnosis operation as the displayed information, it is possible to more accurately detect the physical quantity that varies with the movement of the car 6.
The information presentation device 12 according to embodiment 1 may be applied to an elevator in which the machine room 2 does not exist and the hoisting machine 4 and the control device 10 are installed in the lower part or the upper part of the hoistway 1. In this case, the elevator inspection result can be easily presented to the elevator manager.
In embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, at least one of the presentation-side receiving unit 12a, the presentation-side transmitting unit 12b, the presentation-side storage unit 12c, and the presentation-side control unit 12d may be provided in a device different from the information presentation device 12. For example, all the functions of the presentation-side receiving unit 12a, the presentation-side transmitting unit 12b, the presentation-side storage unit 12c, and the presentation-side control unit 12d may be provided in the remote monitoring center apparatus 13. In this case, appropriate information can be presented to the user at the time of elevator spot inspection. In this case, the elevator inspection result can be easily presented to the elevator manager.
Next, an example of the information presentation device 12 will be described with reference to fig. 6.
