The database stores a hierarchy interface template, and after the visual cooperation platform obtains target data and associated data at a target moment, the target data and the associated data can be added to the hierarchy interface template according to a preset adding mode to obtain a target hierarchy interface. The preset adding mode can be that the interface where the target data is located is drilled down to obtain the interface where the associated data is located, or the target data and the associated data are located in the same table and the like.
As an optional implementation manner, after taking the data content containing the initial data on the visualization interface as the target data, the method further includes: displaying a collaboration edit box in a visual interface; and generating the cooperation indication information according to the editing information in the cooperation editing frame.
In the embodiment of the present application, the collaboration indication information is completed in the collaboration edit box. Specifically, after the visual cooperation platform determines the target data, in order to enable a creator to edit the indication cooperation content for the target data, the visual cooperation platform displays a cooperation editing frame in a preset position range of the target data in a visual interface, the creator inputs the indication cooperation content in the cooperation editing frame, and the visual cooperation platform generates cooperation indication information according to the indication cooperation content.
In addition, after the visual cooperation platform generates the data snapshot, the target data assembly and the cooperation indication information, the visual cooperation platform displays the cooperation address list in the cooperation editing frame, and then sends the cooperation task to the cooperators in the instant messaging platform according to the cooperators selected by the creator in the cooperation address list. The generation mode of the collaboration address book list is that a creator inputs @inthe collaboration editing frame, and the collaboration editing frame can automatically pop up the collaboration address book list.
In the application, the creator can edit the indication collaboration content in the collaboration editing frame to inform the collaborators of the collaboration purpose of the target data, and the creator can select the collaborators in the collaboration editing frame without opening an instant messaging platform to select the collaborators, so that the collaboration efficiency is improved.
The display position of the collaboration editing frame is located in the preset range of the position of the selecting unit, so that a creator can complete the indication collaboration content of the target data while checking the target data, and the user experience is improved. The display size of the collaboration editing frame can also change along with the indication of the number of the collaboration contents, and the display size is matched with the number of the collaboration contents.
If the number of the selection units is one, the display position of the collaborative editing frame is within the preset range of the position of the selection unit, if the number of the selection units is multiple and the selection units are located in the same visual interface, the visual collaboration platform determines the selection unit which is generated finally, and the display position of the collaborative editing frame is within the preset range of the position of the selection unit which is generated finally. If the number of the selection units is multiple and the selection units are located in different visual interfaces, the display position of the collaboration edit box is the current visual interface.
Aiming at the multiple selection units, the visual cooperation platform also calls an anchor point function part, wherein the anchor point function part is used for displaying an identification frame in the current visual interface, the identification frame comprises multiple selection identifications, and each selection identification corresponds to one selection unit. When a creator clicks one selection identifier, the visual cooperation platform determines a selection position of a selection unit corresponding to the selection identifier in a visual interface, and jumps to the selection position from a current position, wherein the selection position and the current position may be located in the same visual interface or in different visual interfaces. When the visual cooperation platform comprises a plurality of selection units, the selection identification of all the selection units is conveniently checked by a creator through the display identification frame, selection omission is avoided, jumping between different selection units can be realized, the creator is not required to search the selection units page by page, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a display position of the collaborative editing frame, and it can be seen that when the number of the selection unit is one, the collaborative editing frame is located at the lower right of the selection unit.
Fig. 5 is another schematic diagram of the display position of the collaborative edit box, and it can be seen that when the number of the selection units is two, the selection unit on the right side is generated last, and then the collaborative edit box is located at the lower right of the selection unit on the right side.
Fig. 6 is a schematic illustration showing an identification frame, where fig. 6 includes two selection units, each selection unit corresponds to a module, and then the identification of the selection unit is the identification of the module, which is "project monitoring" and "sales funnel", respectively. The identification box comprises a project monitoring part and a sales funnel, the project monitoring part is positioned on the current visual interface, the sales funnel is positioned on the next visual interface, and when a user clicks the sales funnel in the identification box, the visual cooperation platform jumps from the current visual interface to the next visual interface.
As an optional implementation manner, the visual collaboration platform adopts a preset notification message form, sends the collaboration task to the instant messaging platform, the collaborator performs preset operation on the notification message at a collaboration window of the instant messaging platform, and after detecting the preset operation, the instant messaging platform opens the target data component and displays a target level interface containing the target data in the target data component.
In the embodiment of the application, the form of sending the collaboration task by the visualization collaboration platform is a preset notification message form, the preset notification message form may be a message card or a picture, and the sending form is not specifically limited by the application.
If the notification message is in the form of a message card, the cover page of the message card at least comprises a data snapshot, the collaborator can visually see the target data through the data snapshot on the cover page, the cover page of the message card can also comprise indication collaboration information, and the collaborator can definitely establish the purpose of sending a collaboration task by indicating the collaboration information. The indication collaboration information may also be sent to the collaborators separately, i.e., the collaborators receive both the message card and the message indicating the collaboration content.
The message card carries a target data component, and after a collaborator executes a preset operation on the message card, the instant messaging platform displays a target level interface in the target data component, wherein the preset operation can be a video interaction operation, a voice interaction operation, a mechanical operation (for example, a click operation, a double click operation, a long press operation, or the like), and the implementation manner of the preset operation is not particularly limited.
Illustratively, when the target hierarchical interface is multi-layered, after the collaborator clicks the message card, the message card displays a first hierarchical interface of the target data, and when the collaborator clicks the first hierarchical interface, the message card displays a second hierarchical interface of the associated data.
As an optional implementation manner, the collaboration task further carries collaborator information and a collaboration distribution instruction, and sending the collaboration task to the instant messaging platform includes: determining a cooperative distribution instruction according to the received distribution mode instruction and the collaborators in the collaborator information; and sending the collaboration task to the instant messaging platform according to the collaboration distribution instruction, wherein the collaboration distribution instruction comprises a notification instruction, an individual conversation instruction or a group conversation instruction, the notification instruction indicates that the sending destination is a notification message window, the individual conversation instruction indicates that the sending destination is an individual conversation window between the creator and the collaborator, and the group conversation instruction indicates that the sending destination is a group conversation window between the creator and the collaborators.
In the embodiment of the application, the collaboration tasks further carry collaborator information and a collaboration distribution instruction, a user determines the collaborator information in the collaboration edit box, so that a sending object of the collaboration tasks can be clarified, and the user also determines a distribution mode, wherein the distribution mode comprises a conversation window which is sent to each collaborator independently, a group conversation window which is sent to the existing group conversation window, a group which is sent to the group conversation window and a notification message window which is sent to each collaborator.
And the visual cooperation platform determines a cooperation distribution instruction according to the received distribution mode instruction and the collaborator information, and then sends a cooperation task to a cooperation window of the collaborator in the instant messaging platform according to the cooperation distribution instruction and the identity of the robot at the instant messaging platform end. The collaboration distribution instruction comprises a notification instruction, an individual conversation instruction or a group conversation instruction, and the collaboration window comprises a message reminding window, an individual conversation window or a group conversation window.
Under the condition that the cooperative distribution instruction is a notification instruction, the visual cooperation platform sends the cooperation task to the instant messaging platform, the instant messaging platform sends the cooperation task to a message reminding window of a collaborator according to the notification instruction, and fig. 7 is a message card schematic diagram at the message reminding window. The instant communication platform sends the cooperation task to the message reminding window in a message card form, and a cover of the message card has data snapshot and cooperation indication information.
Under the condition that the cooperation distribution instruction is an individual conversation instruction, the visual cooperation platform sends the cooperation task to the instant messaging platform, the instant messaging platform sends the cooperation task to individual conversation windows of a creator and a collaborator according to the individual conversation instruction, and fig. 8 is a message card schematic diagram at the individual conversation windows. The instant communication platform sends the collaboration task to the independent dialogue windows of the creator and the collaborators in the form of a message card, and a message card cover is provided with a data snapshot and collaboration indication information.
In the case that the cooperative distribution instruction is a group conversation instruction, the visual cooperative platform sends the cooperative task to the instant messaging platform, the instant messaging platform sends the cooperative task to a group conversation window between the creator and the collaborators according to the group conversation instruction, and fig. 9 is a schematic view of a message card at the group conversation window. The instant communication platform sends the cooperation task to the group conversation window in the form of a message card, and the cover of the message card is provided with a data snapshot and cooperation indication information.
If a group conversation window between a creator and a plurality of collaborators exists in the instant messaging platform, the visual cooperation platform sends a cooperation task to the group conversation window. If the instant messaging platform does not have a group conversation window between the creator and the plurality of collaborators, after the user selects the collaborators, the visual collaboration platform sends a group establishing instruction to the instant messaging platform, the instant messaging platform establishes groups according to the creator and the plurality of collaborators (wherein group members comprise the creator and the collaborators and also can comprise robots at the end of the instant messaging platform), and the visual collaboration platform sends the collaboration task to the group conversation window.
According to the method and the device, the collaboration tasks are sent to the collaborators in various modes, the diversity of sending the collaboration tasks is increased, and the method and the device are suitable for different scenes. In addition, the collaboration task is sent by establishing a group conversation window, so that the collaborators can conveniently perform collaboration processing in a group conversation mode, the collaboration communication cost is reduced, and the collaborators can conveniently know the collaboration progress at any time.
The present application further provides a method for processing a collaboration task, which is described in detail by taking an application to an instant messaging platform as an example, and as shown in fig. 10, the specific steps are as follows:

The collaboration task carries collaborator information, a target data component and collaboration indication information, the target data component is a target level interface containing target data of a target moment, and the collaboration indication information is used for indicating collaboration content.
In the embodiment of the application, the visual cooperation platform sends the cooperation task to the instant messaging platform, and the instant messaging platform receives the cooperation task. The collaboration task carries collaborator information, a target data component and collaboration indication information, the collaborator information indicates a distribution object and a processing object of the collaboration task, the target data component comprises target data of a target moment, a target level interface of the target data component can be a layer of interface or a multilayer interface, and the collaboration indication information is used for indicating collaboration content and indicating the collaboration content to be used for determining the collaboration purpose of a creator.
1002: and sending the target data component and the cooperation indication information to the collaborators in the collaborator information so that the collaborators perform cooperation processing according to the target data component and the cooperation indication information.
In the embodiment of the application, the collaboration tasks further include a collaboration distribution instruction, and the instant messaging platform sends the target data component and the collaboration indication information to a notification message window, an individual conversation window or a group conversation window according to the collaboration distribution instruction and the collaborators, so that the collaborators process the collaboration tasks at the collaboration windows. The above three distribution methods are described in detail above, and are not described again here.
The viewing authority of a user of the instant communication platform is set in advance for viewing a target level interface in the target data component. The collaborators can have the same viewing permission as the creator, and the collaborators can view all data in the target hierarchical interface; or the collaborators can only view the target data in the target level interface and cannot view the associated data; or, the collaboration task is forwarded to other users in the instant messaging platform, and for the user receiving the forwarded collaboration task, the viewing permission may be to view all data or only view target data.
As an optional implementation, after sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to the collaborators in the collaborator information, the method further includes: under the condition that an identification instruction is received, identifying a target task corresponding to a preset field in a collaboration window; sending request information to a visual cooperation platform according to the task type of the target task, wherein the request information is used for acquiring target information corresponding to the target task; and receiving target information sent by the visual cooperation platform.
In the embodiment of the application, the visual collaboration platform and the instant messaging platform can interact, a user (including a creator and a collaborator) of the instant messaging platform sends a preset field in a collaboration window, the instant messaging platform identifies the preset field and determines a target task corresponding to the preset field and a task type of the target task, the instant messaging platform sends request information to the visual collaboration platform, and the visual collaboration platform determines target information corresponding to the target task according to the request information and feeds the target information back to the visual collaboration platform.
Illustratively, the preset field is 'view xx data report', and if the instant messaging platform determines that the task type is 'view', the xx data report is obtained from the visual collaboration platform.
And if the preset field is 'create xx data report', the instant communication platform determines that the task type is 'create report', then a report format is created on the instant communication platform, the xx data is obtained from the visual cooperation platform, and a corresponding data report is generated according to the report format and the xx data.
The method and the system have the advantages that the target information is acquired from the visual cooperation platform through the instant messaging platform, the interaction between the instant messaging platform and the visual cooperation platform is enhanced, a user does not need to log in the visual cooperation platform to acquire the target information, the target information can be acquired by adopting the instant messaging platform, the acquisition efficiency of the target information is improved, and the experience of the user is improved,
as an optional implementation, after sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to the collaborators in the collaborator information, the method further includes: acquiring collaboration conversation content which is subjected to collaboration processing by a collaborator according to received collaboration indication information, wherein the collaboration conversation content is from an individual conversation window or a group conversation window; selecting at least part of the collaboration session content from the collaboration session content for the collaboration task; and sending the selected collaboration conversation content to the visual collaboration platform.
After the instant messaging platform sends the target data component and the cooperation indication information to the collaborators, the collaborators and the creators can generate the cooperation dialogue content for cooperation processing in a single dialogue window or a group dialogue window. The instant communication platform selects at least part of the collaboration session content from the collaboration session content, and then sends the selected collaboration session content to the visual collaboration platform.
By sending the collaboration session content to the visual collaboration platform, the collaboration task and the collaboration session content can be simultaneously reserved in the visual collaboration platform and used as a collaboration log for reference, and the integrity of collaboration data in the visual collaboration platform is also improved.
The selected collaboration session content may be all collaboration session content or some key collaboration session content.
The sending time of the collaboration conversation content is set in advance on the visual collaboration platform, and the sending time comprises multiple types: the sending may be in real time, or may be sent when the content of the collaboration session is not detected within a preset time length, or may be sent after the group session window is dispersed. Illustratively, a data retention interface between the instant messaging platform and the visual collaboration platform is opened in the conversation window, a user selects the content of the collaboration conversation, and the sending time can be 'overall sending' or 'sending one by one'.
As an optional implementation manner, after the end instruction is detected, the cooperative processing may be closed in a preset manner, so as to implement a cooperative closed loop.
Illustratively, the end instruction detected by the instant messaging platform comprises: instructions for closing or dismissing the conversation window by referring to the cooperation task and closing the cooperation in the conversation window and by closing the cooperation, "# cooperation closed" in the conversation window; the end instruction detected by the visualization cooperation platform comprises the following steps: and the confirmation instruction of the 'cooperation closing' comprises modes of checking, clicking and the like.
In addition, after the cooperative processing is closed, the visual cooperative platform can also resend the cooperative task to the instant messaging platform according to the stored cooperative task, so that the cooperative task processing can be continuously executed.
Optionally, an embodiment of the present application further provides a processing flow chart of a collaboration task, where specific steps are as follows.

Claims (20)

1. A processing method of a collaboration task is applied to a visual collaboration platform, and comprises the following steps:
starting a collaboration component under the condition that component starting operation is detected in the visual collaboration platform;
creating a collaboration task corresponding to target data in the visual collaboration platform at a target moment through the collaboration component, wherein the target moment is a determined moment of the target data, the collaboration task carries a target data component and collaboration indication information, the target data component is a target level interface containing the target data, and the collaboration indication information is used for indicating collaboration content;
and sending the cooperation task to an instant messaging platform through the cooperation component so as to process the cooperation task through a collaborator at the instant messaging platform end.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target data component further comprises association data of the target data at the target time.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the collaboration task further carries collaborator information and a collaboration distribution instruction, and the sending the collaboration task to the instant messaging platform comprises:
determining a cooperative distribution instruction according to the received distribution mode instruction and the collaborators in the collaborator information;
and sending the collaboration task to the instant messaging platform according to the collaboration distribution instruction, wherein the collaboration distribution instruction comprises a notification instruction, an individual conversation instruction or a group conversation instruction, the notification instruction indicates that the sending destination is a notification message window, the individual conversation instruction indicates that the sending destination is an individual conversation window between a creator and a collaborator, and the group conversation instruction indicates that the sending destination is a group conversation window between the creator and a plurality of collaborators.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the visual collaboration platform comprises at least one visual interface, and the creating of the collaboration task corresponding to the target data in the visual collaboration platform at the target time comprises:
determining a selection unit on any one visual interface;
determining initial data corresponding to the selection unit;
taking the data content containing the initial data on the visual interface as target data;
and determining the associated data of the target data at the target moment.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the visual interface is a modular interface, and after determining the initial data corresponding to the selection unit, the method further comprises:
in the modular interface, taking module data of a module in which the initial data is positioned as target data;
and taking the drilling-down data of the target data at the target time as the associated data.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
determining a data snapshot of target data through the cooperation component, wherein the data snapshot is a display image of the target data at the target moment.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein creating a collaboration task corresponding to target data in the visualization collaboration platform at the target time comprises:
acquiring target data and associated data at the target moment;
and adding the target data and the associated data to a level interface template according to a preset adding mode to obtain the target level interface.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein after targeting data content on the visualization interface that includes the initial data, the method further comprises:
displaying a collaboration edit box in the visualization interface;
and generating the cooperation indication information according to the editing information in the cooperation editing frame.
9. The method of any one of claims 1-3, 5, 6, and 8, wherein sending the collaboration task to an instant messaging platform comprises:
and sending the cooperation task to the instant messaging platform in a preset notification message form.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the notification message is in the form of a message card, a cover of the message card including at least a data snapshot, the message card carrying the target data component.
11. A processing method of a collaboration task is applied to an instant messaging platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a collaboration task sent by a visual collaboration platform, wherein the collaboration task carries collaborator information, a target data component and collaboration indication information, the target data component is a target level interface containing target data of a target moment, and the collaboration indication information is used for indicating collaboration content;
and sending the target data component and the cooperation indication information to the collaborators in the collaborator information so that the collaborators perform cooperation processing according to the target data component and the cooperation indication information.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the collaboration task further carries a collaboration distribution instruction, and sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to the collaborators in the collaborator information comprises:
and sending the target data component and the cooperation indication information to a cooperation window of the collaborator in a preset notification message form according to the cooperation distribution instruction.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to the collaboration window of the collaborator in a preset notification message according to the collaboration distribution instruction comprises:
under the condition that the cooperation distribution instruction is a notification instruction, the target data assembly and the cooperation indication information are sent to a message reminding window of the collaborator in a message card form;
in the case that the cooperation distribution instruction is an individual conversation instruction, sending the target data component and the cooperation indication information to individual conversation windows of a creator and a collaborator in a message card form;
and in the case that the cooperation distribution instruction is a group conversation instruction, sending the target data component and the cooperation indication information to a group conversation window containing a creator and a plurality of collaborators in the form of a message card.
14. The method according to claim 12 or 13, wherein after sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to the collaborator's collaboration window in the form of a preset notification message, the method further comprises:
opening the target data component when a preset operation aiming at a notification message is detected at the collaboration window;
and displaying a target level interface containing the target data through the target data component.
15. The method of any of claims 11-13, wherein after sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to collaborators in the collaborator information, the method further comprises:
under the condition that an identification instruction is received, identifying a target task corresponding to a preset field in the collaboration window;
sending request information to the visual cooperation platform according to the task type of the target task, wherein the request information is used for acquiring target information corresponding to the target task;
and receiving target information sent by the visual cooperation platform.
16. The method of claim 13, wherein after sending the target data component and the collaboration indication information to collaborators in the collaborator information, the method further comprises:
acquiring collaboration conversation content of the collaborators for performing collaboration processing according to the received collaboration indication information, wherein the collaboration conversation content is from the individual conversation window or the group conversation window;
selecting at least a portion of collaboration session content from the collaboration session content for the collaboration task;
and sending the selected collaboration conversation content to the visual collaboration platform.
17. An apparatus for processing a collaboration task, applied to a visual collaboration platform, the apparatus comprising:
the starting module is used for starting the cooperative component under the condition that the component starting operation is detected in the visual cooperative platform;
the creating module is used for creating a collaboration task corresponding to target data in the visual collaboration platform at a target moment through the collaboration component, wherein the target moment is a determined moment of the target data, the collaboration task carries a target data component and collaboration indication information, the target data component is a target level interface containing the target data, and the collaboration indication information is used for indicating collaboration content;
and the sending module is used for sending the cooperation task to an instant messaging platform through the cooperation component so as to process the cooperation task through a collaborator at the instant messaging platform end.
18. A processing apparatus for collaborative tasks, applied to an instant messaging platform, the apparatus comprising:
