本发明公开了一种滚刷扰流挡板装置，包括通过安装架安装在除雪车车前的滚刷，所述滚刷外设有的弧形滚刷罩，所述滚刷罩罩住所述滚刷及其两端的刷苗，所述滚刷罩前端铰接有一块长形的扰流板，所述滚刷罩和所述扰流板之间设有用于驱动所述扰流板绕铰接处旋转的油缸，所述油缸至少有两个并排均布于所述滚刷罩及所述扰流板的两端之间；两个所述油缸通过油路管道并联后连接一个三位四通阀，所述三位四通阀两个工作口连接工作手柄，所述三位四通阀进油口连接液压泵后连接油箱，所述三位四通阀回油口连接油箱。本发明与现有技术相比，可以解决现有滚刷除雪时引起刷松的积雪飞散，挡住驾驶员视线，容易造成事故的问题。

滚刷扰流挡板装置
技术领域
本发明涉及专用除雪设备及配件制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于除雪车除雪滚刷的扰流装置。
背景技术
除雪车是北方冬季道路清扫、下雪时防止道路积雪、雪灾救援等必不可少的特殊车辆。目前，大部份的车载前置除雪滚刷，一般的滚刷其外有弧形滚刷罩罩住滚刷及其两端的刷苗，滚刷通过安装架安装在汽车前头，当滚刷除雪作业时，滚刷将积雪往前进方向推扫，积雪会沿着滚刷径向向前飞散，飞扬的积雪会影响驾驶员视野，容易造成事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种滚刷扰流挡板装置，以解决现有滚刷除雪时引起刷松的积雪飞散，挡住驾驶员视线，容易造成事故的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案是：本滚刷扰流挡板装置包括通过安装架安装在除雪车车前的滚刷，所述滚刷外设有的弧形滚刷罩，所述滚刷罩罩住所述滚刷及其两端的刷苗，所述滚刷罩前端铰接有一块长形的扰流板，所述滚刷罩和所述扰流板之间设有用于驱动所述扰流板绕铰接处旋转的油缸，所述油缸至少有两个并排均布于所述滚刷罩及所述扰流板的两端之间；两个所述油缸通过油路管道并联后连接一个三位四通阀，所述三位四通阀两个工作口连接工作手柄，所述三位四通阀进油口连接液压泵后连接油箱，所述三位四通阀回油口连接油箱。
上述技术方案中，更为具体的方案可以是：所述油缸的底部安装在所述滚刷罩上，所述油缸的动力输出端设于所述扰流板上。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
本滚刷扰流挡板装置通过在滚刷罩前增加铰接的由油缸驱动的扰流板来调整扰流板的倾斜角度，使滚刷刷松的积雪阻挡在扰流板的下部和前部，无法向上飞扬阻挡驾驶员的视线，以保证驾驶员驾驶安全；两个以上的油缸并排均布，可以稳定地控制整个扰流板的倾斜角度；至少两个油缸并联后通过一个三位四通阀控制，可以很好的控制油缸的动作同步，使整个扰流板翻转一致。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述：
如图1、图2、图3所示的滚刷扰流挡板装置，包括通过安装架6安装在除雪车车前的滚刷1，滚刷1外设有的弧形滚刷罩3，滚刷罩3罩住滚刷1及其两端的刷苗2，滚刷罩3前端通过铰轴7铰接有一块长形的扰流板4，滚刷罩3和扰流板4之间设有用于驱动扰流板4绕铰轴7旋转的油缸5，油缸至少有两个并排均布于滚刷罩3及扰流板4的两端之间，这里的油缸5有两个，油缸5的底部安装在滚刷罩3上，油缸5的动力输出端设于扰流板4上。
本滚刷扰流挡板装置通过在滚刷罩3前增加铰接的由油缸5驱动的扰流板4来调整扰流板4的倾斜角度，使滚刷1刷松的积雪阻挡在扰流板4的下部和前部，无法向上飞扬阻挡驾驶员的视线，以保证驾驶员驾驶安全；两个以上的油缸5并排均布，可以稳定地控制整个扰流板1的倾斜角度。由于安装架6与水平面倾斜，而扰流板4与安装架7夹角为45°时最佳，如图2所示的扰流板4角度。
两个油缸5通过油路管道并联后连接一个三位四通阀8，三位四通阀8两个工作口连接工作手柄12，三位四通阀8进油口连接液压泵10后连接油箱11，液压泵10与三位四通阀8进油口之间设有过滤器9，所述三位四通阀8回油口连接油箱11，三位四通阀8回油口与油箱11之间设有过滤器9；至少两个油缸5并联后通过一个三位四通阀8控制，可以很好的控制油缸的动作同步，使整个扰流板4翻转一致。

1.一种滚刷扰流挡板装置，包括通过安装架安装在除雪车车前的滚刷，所述滚刷外设有的弧形滚刷罩，所述滚刷罩罩住所述滚刷及其两端的刷苗，其特征在于：所述滚刷罩前端铰接有一块长形的扰流板，所述滚刷罩和所述扰流板之间设有用于驱动所述扰流板绕铰接处旋转的油缸，所述油缸至少有两个并排均布于所述滚刷罩及所述扰流板的两端之间；两个所述油缸通过油路管道并联后连接一个三位四通阀，所述三位四通阀两个工作口连接工作手柄，所述三位四通阀进油口连接液压泵后连接油箱，所述三位四通阀回油口连接油箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚刷扰流挡板装置，其特征在于：所述油缸的底部安装在所述滚刷罩上，所述油缸的动力输出端设于所述扰流板上。
