The upper ends of the four springs (13) are respectively fixed on the protrusions (33) to surround the upper end periphery of the upper damping cylinder (16); the lower ends of the four springs (13) are respectively fixed to the protrusions (152), wherein the protrusions (152) spatially correspond to the projections (33) so that the springs can be in a substantially vertical state. The spring can be fixed, for example, by means of a screw connection.
The steel plate (4) is fixed on the lower surface of the lower end plate (151), for example, screw holes can be formed in the lower end plate (151) and the steel plate (4), and the lower end plate and the steel plate are fixed through screw connection, thereby forming the mass-spring-damping vibration attenuation system.

The tuned mass damper damping control device for a damping rail according to claim 1, further comprising a flexible sealing boot (9), the upper end of the flexible sealing boot (9) being sealingly fixed to the side wall of the damping rail clamping groove (3), the lower end of the flexible sealing boot (9) being sealingly fixed to the side wall of the lower end plate (151), thereby sealing the spring and the damping unit therein.
