Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a method for connecting a ship floating ball quick hoisting rope.
Background
In the prior art, when a fuel filling ship fills fuel to other ships, two ships need to be stably and safely parked together, and due to the fact that sea storms are large, a certain number of rubber floating ball devices are arranged between the two ships generally with the help of dragging the ships in order to avoid deformation of a ship body structure and safety of the two ships due to mutual collision. Because the rubber floating ball has certain elasticity, the rubber floating ball is placed between two ships to buffer the structural deformation caused by collision, so that the rubber floating ball is widely applied to the condition of close berthing between the ships.
The floating ball is used between two ships to ensure the safety of the two ships, and at least one tugboat is generally used for assisting in realizing rope unhooking of the floating ball and position arrangement of the floating ball. The renting cost of the tug is very high under the condition that the tug is closer to the wharf, and the two ships are generally used for supplying LNG fuel at sea which is further away from the land, so the renting cost of the tug is very high when the floating ball is installed and used.
The prior art discloses an adjustable boats and ships buffer stop (publication number CN 209454958U), including elasticity adjusting device and four one-way air current devices, elasticity adjusting device includes box, cylinder, piston, movable rod, fly leaf, discharge valve and gear motor, and four one-way air current devices evenly set up at the top and the bottom of box, and the quantity of cylinder, piston and movable rod is two. This adjustable boats and ships buffer stop opens the back when discharge valve, and the cylinder is inside to produce the atmospheric pressure resistance less, and the distance that makes the fly leaf can remove is longer, utilizes the deformation of spring and atmospheric pressure to change slow and carry out the pressure release to boats and ships to make boats and ships can not violently strike the bank, and owing to can the deformation degree improve, make the atress ability of device improve. The device needs to be tried on the assembly of the ship, has large volume, occupies the load of the ship body, and can not be repeatedly used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick hoisting rope connecting method for a ship floating ball, which is convenient and fast to operate and saves manpower.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a ship floating ball quick hoisting rope connection method comprises the following steps: step 1: hoisting a single floating ball to one side of a ship board by using a crane, connecting hoisting ropes to two sides of the floating ball, gathering the end parts of a traction rope and a recovery traction rope which are connected with a bow part together with one end of the hoisting rope, and connecting ropes by using a shackle;
step 2: after the ropes are connected, a first floating ball is placed into water, the tail end of a recovery traction rope is fixed on a ship board, a lifting rope at the other end of the floating ball needs to be left on the ship, the lifting rope is connected with another recovery traction rope by using a shackle, the first middle connecting rope is connected with the shackle together, and then a crane is used for lifting a second floating ball to the ship board;
and step 3: connecting the lifting rope on the second floating ball with the lifting rope of the first floating ball by using a shackle and the first intermediate connecting rope, putting the second floating ball into water, connecting the lifting rope at the other end of the second floating ball with the second intermediate connecting rope by using the shackle and leaving the lifting rope on a ship, and preparing to lift a third floating ball;
and 4, step 4: hoisting the third floating ball to one side of the ship board, pulling a traction rope connected with the stern, and connecting the traction rope connected with the stern and a lifting rope of the third floating ball by using a shackle;
and 5: and connecting the lifting rope of the third floating ball with the lifting rope of the second floating ball by using the shackle and the second intermediate connecting rope, recovering the traction rope, remaining on the deck, putting the third floating ball into the water, and starting the mooring winch at the bow part and the stern part to pull the traction rope to adjust the three floating balls in place.
Furthermore, the haulage ropes of the bow part and the stern part are connected with mooring winches of the bow and the stern.
Furthermore, the recovery hauling rope is connected with the ship board and is recovered through a rope recovery winch or manpower.
Furthermore, after the floating balls enter water, the connecting ropes between the floating balls are unfolded through the interaction of the traction ropes at the bow part and the stern part.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the rope and the shackle are used for hoisting the floating ball, the operation is simple, a crew can operate on a deck of a ship board and can freely operate nearby a wharf and at sea, and the hoisting, the use and the recovery of the floating ball are particularly convenient;
2. the traditional mode of hoisting the floating ball by means of the tugboat is replaced, and a crew can connect the shackle and the rope without climbing up the tugboat, so that the hoisting time is saved, the cost of hiring the tugboat is saved, and the safety of the crew in operation at sea is greatly improved.
