Abstract
The invention discloses a transition comb system capable of being positioned and installed quickly, which belongs to the technical field of automobile production lines and comprises the following components: the plastic plate strip tensioning device comprises a supporting system, a plastic plate strip and two transition combs, wherein one end of one tensioning support is provided with a first running plate, one end of the other tensioning support is provided with a second running plate, one transition comb is respectively connected with the top surfaces of the first running plate and the tensioning support, the other transition comb is respectively connected with the top ends of the other tensioning support and the second running plate, the bottom surface of each transition comb is provided with a positioning step, the two transition combs are respectively connected with the corresponding first running plate and the second running plate through the two positioning steps, and the transition combs are respectively fixedly arranged on the first running plate or the second running plate through a plurality of bolts. The bottom of each transition comb is provided with the mounting step, so that the transition combs can be quickly positioned on the first running plate or the second running plate and are finally fixedly mounted on the first running plate or the second running plate through bolts.

Background
The joint of the head (tail) running plate belt and the head-tail pit cover plate of the plate belt type conveying production line ensures that the automobile smoothly transits from the running plate belt to the head cover plate (the tail action is that the automobile drives into the running plate belt from the tail pit cover plate), and a plane transition connection device, namely a transition comb, is usually arranged at the joint.
Generally, a head-tail transition device of a traditional plate belt type automobile assembly line adopts a transition steel plate to be in threaded connection with a head-tail support frame.
The transition comb is used to define the transition device-transition steel plate because the plate belt has a positioning block for positioning the left front wheel. The height of the positioning block above the upper plane of the plastic plate belt is about 24-30 mm; the clearance between the transition steel plate and the plastic plate strip is generally set to be 8-10mm, and the overlapping distance of the plastic plate strip in the center line of the head wheel and the tail wheel is 80 mm. Taking the head wheel as an example, the wheel can smoothly run out of the conveying line through the transition comb teeth, and the wheel positioning block on the plastic plate strip can smoothly pass through the transition comb teeth to rotate downwards along the head wheel.
Because the head and tail supporting frames are of welded structures, the planes of the connected steel plates arranged on the head and tail supporting frames are easy to deform due to welding stress, and the passing gaps between the transition comb teeth and the positioning stop blocks are influenced due to the uneven laying of the connected transition steel plates; the installation levelness and the verticality of the transition comb are generally adjusted on site in a cushioning mode; and adjusting the passing clearance between the transition comb teeth and the positioning stop block in a visual inspection mode. The field adjustment workload is large, and the transition comb is not easy to be adjusted according to various requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the existing transition combs are not easy to adjust during installation, the transition comb system capable of being quickly positioned and installed is provided, the bottom of each transition comb is provided with an installation step, the transition combs can be quickly positioned on the first operation plate or the second operation plate, and finally the transition combs are fixedly installed on the first operation plate or the second operation plate through bolts.

4. The transition comb system of claim 1, wherein the teeth of each transition comb are equally spaced across the width of the transition comb.

The transition comb system for rapid positioning and installation according to claim 1, wherein the support system further comprises a head support, a middle support group, and a tail support, the head support, the middle support group, and the tail support are connected in sequence, and the two tensioning supports are respectively disposed at one side of the head support and one side of the tail support.
