A special dismounting device for an integrated gearbox of an electro-tricycle is characterized by comprising a base, a bracket, a dismounting component and a plurality of dismounting fixtures, wherein the bracket is arranged on the base and used for lifting and supporting the gearbox, the dismounting component is arranged on the base and used for dismounting the gearbox, the storage component is arranged on the base and used for collecting oil, the dismounting component, the bracket and the storage component are sequentially arranged on the base from left to right, the dismounting component comprises a support frame arranged on the base, a fixed disc and a plurality of dismounting fixtures, the fixed disc is arranged on the support frame in a left-right moving mode, the dismounting fixtures are rotatably arranged on one side, close to the bracket, of the fixed disc and used for dismounting the gearbox and connecting bolts between rear axles, and a transmission mechanism for driving all the dismounting fixtures to synchronously rotate is arranged on the fixed disc;
the transmission mechanism comprises a servo motor and a driving gear, the servo motor is arranged on the fixed disc and is far away from one side of the bracket, the driving gear is arranged in the center of the mounting groove, and a wheel shaft of the driving gear penetrates through the fixed disc to be connected with the output end of the servo motor; all the disassembling and assembling clamps are arranged around the driving gear, one end of each disassembling and assembling clamp, which is far away from the bracket, can be rotatably installed in the installation groove, and a driven gear meshed with the driving gear is installed on each disassembling and assembling clamp;
the top end of the supporting frame is provided with a supporting seat matched with the bottom of the fixed disc, the upper surface of the supporting seat is provided with two guide rails which are symmetrically arranged, and the bottom of the fixed disc is provided with a sliding chute matched with the guide rails; a vertically arranged guide mechanism is arranged between two sliding grooves at the bottom of the fixed disk, and the guide mechanism comprises a transmission shaft which can penetrate through the fixed disk in a rotating manner, a driven bevel gear arranged at the top end of the transmission shaft and a secondary moving gear arranged at the bottom end of the transmission shaft; the main bevel gear meshed with the auxiliary bevel gear is mounted on a wheel shaft of the driving gear, a tooth pattern groove arranged in parallel with the guide rails is formed between the two guide rails on the supporting seat, and the secondary gear is meshed with the tooth pattern on the tooth pattern groove.

The special dismounting device for the integrated gearbox of the electro-tricycle as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a limiting mechanism arranged between the fixed disc and the bracket, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting plate and a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the bottom end of the limiting plate, and the other end of the connecting rod is detachably connected with the support frame; the limiting plate is provided with a plurality of limiting holes which are circumferentially arranged along the limiting plate and used for limiting the dismounting fixture.
