The sealing ring feeding device according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that a plurality of material shifting plates (4) are further arranged on the inner wall of the drum (1), the material shifting plates (4) are distributed along the circumferential direction of the drum (1), a box-shaped material pocket cavity (5) is formed between the material shifting plates (4) and the inner wall of the drum (1), and the drum (1) can rotate one material pocket cavity (5) to the upper side of the feeding section (2a 1).
