the initial position of the smoke guide seat 232 is in a horizontal state; when the first sensor 24 detects that the cigarettes 6 are not in the cigarette guide base 232, the cigarette sorting assembly 1 conveys the single cigarettes into the arc-shaped accommodating groove in the cigarette guide base 232; when the first sensor 24 detects that the cigarettes 6 exist in the smoke guide seat 232, the pushing motor 211 is started, under the transmission cooperation of the pushing main belt pulley 212, the pushing auxiliary belt pulley 213 and the pushing belt 214, the pushing plate 215 pushes the cigarettes 6 along the arc-shaped containing groove towards the direction close to the photoelectric sensor 22 until reaching the detection area of the photoelectric sensor 22, and then the photoelectric sensor 22 instantly detects whether the appearance quality defects such as empty heads exist at the cigarette ends of the cigarettes 6;
after the detection of the photoelectric sensor 22 is finished, the rotating motor 231 starts to control the smoke guide seat 232 to rotate clockwise and downwards (specifically rotate for 30 degrees), so that the cigarettes 6 on the smoke guide seat 232 slide downwards into the curved surface guide channel 312; under the guiding action of the arc-shaped guide plate 311 in the curved surface guide channel 312, the cigarettes 6 are changed into a vertical state that the cigarette ends face upwards and the filter tip ends face downwards, and finally enter the vertical guide channel;
the cigarettes 6 falling from the vertical guide channel enter a detection area of the cigarette surface appearance detection assembly 4 under the action of gravity; when the second sensor 47 detects that the cigarettes 6 pass through, four first cameras 42 which are uniformly distributed and installed on the periphery of the camera platform 41 start to collect appearance images of the circumferential surface of the cigarettes 6, the second camera 45 collects appearance images of the end face of the lower filter tip, and the third camera 46 collects appearance images of the cigarette end at the upper part of the cigarettes 6, so that appearance detection of the cigarettes 6 is realized;
finally, the cigarettes 6 fall into the guide slide way in the guide slide table 51 along the first through holes 411 and the second through holes of the camera platform 41 and the support plate 48; when the cigarettes 6 have no empty heads and the appearance quality is qualified, the rotating motor 55 controls the rotating platform 53 to rotate so that the receiving boxes 52 for collecting qualified cigarettes rotate to the lower ends of the guide sliding tables 51, and the qualified cigarettes are collected in the corresponding receiving boxes 52; when a certain quality of cigarettes is unqualified, the rotating motor 55 controls the rotating platform 53 to rotate so that the receiving box 52 for collecting the unqualified cigarettes rotates to the lower end of the guiding sliding table 51, and the unqualified cigarettes are collected in the corresponding receiving box 52.
The invention can detect the appearance quality defects of the circumferential surface of the cigarette, the end surface of the cigarette and the end surface of the filter tip, and the empty quality defects of the cigarette end; meanwhile, the cigarette guide component 3 ensures that cigarettes can vertically fall down by means of self gravity, and reliability and accuracy of cigarette appearance quality detection are improved; the appearance detection assembly 4 of the cigarette surface is distributed and configured through cameras, so that all appearance quality detection of the circumferential surface of the cigarette and two end faces of the cigarette is realized, and the accuracy of appearance quality detection data of the cigarette is improved.

Claims (8)

1. An off-line quality detection device for appearance of cigarettes comprises a rack; it is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of,
the rack is provided with a cigarette sorting assembly for buffering cigarettes to be detected and conveying single cigarettes to the cigarette end empty detection assembly;
the cigarette end empty head detection assembly is arranged below the cigarette sorting assembly; the cigarette end empty end detection assembly comprises an empty end detection support frame fixedly arranged on the frame, and a cigarette rotating mechanism is arranged on the empty end detection support frame; the cigarette rotating mechanism comprises a cigarette guide seat which is in running fit with the empty detection support frame, and an arc-shaped containing groove which extends along the length direction of the cigarette guide seat is formed in the upper surface of the cigarette guide seat; a photoelectric sensor for detecting the empty ends of the cigarettes is arranged on the empty end detection supporting frame at one side of the smoke guide seat;
a cigarette guide assembly is arranged below the cigarette end empty head detection assembly; the cigarette guide assembly guides cigarettes falling from the arc-shaped accommodating groove into a vertical falling state;
a cigarette surface appearance detection assembly is arranged below the cigarette guide assembly; the cigarette surface appearance detection assembly comprises an imaging mechanism for acquiring circumferential surface images and two end surface images of cigarettes falling from the cigarette guide assembly;
a material distribution assembly for classifying and collecting cigarettes with different detection results is arranged below the cigarette surface appearance detection assembly;
the cigarette guide assembly comprises a bottom plate, and the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the empty head detection support frame through a plurality of struts;
the middle part of the bottom plate is provided with a guide pipe assembly extending along the vertical direction, and a vertical guide channel which penetrates up and down is arranged in the guide pipe assembly;
a curved surface guide assembly is arranged above the guide tube assembly, and one side of the curved surface guide assembly is connected with the empty head detection support frame through a connecting plate; a curved surface guide channel which penetrates up and down is arranged in the curved surface guide assembly, an upper port of the curved surface guide channel is positioned below the smoke guide seat, and a lower port of the curved surface guide channel is positioned right above the vertical guide channel; an arc-shaped guide plate for guiding the cigarettes to be in a vertical state is arranged in the curved surface guide channel;
the cigarette surface appearance detection assembly comprises a camera platform fixedly connected with the frame, and a first through hole for passing a cigarette is formed in the middle of the camera platform;
the imaging mechanism comprises a third camera used for acquiring an end face image of the cigarette, a second camera used for acquiring an end face image of the cigarette filter tip and a plurality of first cameras used for acquiring circumferential surface images of the cigarette;
the plurality of first cameras are uniformly arranged on the camera platform along the circumferential direction;
a support plate fixedly connected with the frame is arranged below the camera platform, and a second through hole for passing cigarettes is arranged on the support plate; the second camera is arranged on the supporting plate;
the third camera is arranged on the hollow detection support frame, and a lens of the third camera is opposite to the upper port of the vertical guide channel along the vertical direction through the curved surface guide channel.
2. The off-line quality detection device for appearance of cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein horizontal rotating shafts for rotating and matching with the empty detection support frames are arranged on the front and rear outer end surfaces of the smoke guide seat;
the empty head detection support frame is provided with a rotating motor, and an output shaft of the rotating motor is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the horizontal rotating shaft.
3. The off-line quality detection device for appearance of cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein the empty detection support frame is provided with a pushing mechanism capable of pushing cigarettes in the arc-shaped accommodating groove towards the direction of the photoelectric sensor;
the pushing mechanism comprises a pushing motor, a pushing main belt pulley, a pushing auxiliary belt pulley, a pushing belt and a pushing plate;
the pushing motor is fixedly arranged on the empty head detection support frame, and an output shaft of the pushing motor is coaxially and fixedly connected with the pushing main belt wheel; the pushing slave belt wheel is arranged on the empty head detection support frame through a belt wheel bracket; the pushing main belt wheel and the pushing auxiliary belt wheel are in transmission fit through a pushing belt; the push plate is fixedly arranged on the pushing belt and can push cigarettes in the arc-shaped containing groove.
4. The device for detecting the appearance off-line quality of cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein the first sensor capable of sensing whether cigarettes exist in the arc-shaped containing groove is arranged on the cigarette guide seat.
5. The off-line quality inspection device for the appearance of cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein the guide tube assembly comprises a guide tube base, and a vertical guide tube consisting of a plurality of collars is arranged on the guide tube base;
the guide tube base is fixedly connected with the bottom plate.
