the turning covers (7) are symmetrically arranged between the two support rods (4) in a sliding manner, and the tops of the two turning covers (7) are respectively provided with a handle;
the clamping spring (5) is connected between the two sides of the two turnover covers (7);
the first limiting rods (6) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the middle of the upper part of the shell (2), the four first limiting rods (6) are in contact with the turnover cover (7) on the same side, the first limiting rods (6) can limit the turnover cover (7), and the turnover cover (7) is in contact with the shell (2);
a disinfection mechanism (8), wherein one side of the top of the shell (2) is provided with the disinfection mechanism (8) for disinfecting instruments;
the stirring mechanism (9) is arranged in the shell (2) and is used for stirring the instruments so that the instruments can be fully contacted with the sterilized water.

the wedge-shaped stoppers (86) are arranged between one sides of the two first connecting rods (84) in a sliding manner;
the first springs (85) are connected between the two sides of the wedge-shaped stop block (86) and one side of the first fixing rod (83) on the same side, the two first springs (85) are wound on the two first connecting rods (84) respectively, and the wedge-shaped stop block (86) can block a drainage port.
3. A portable medical device sterilising apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the agitation mechanism (9) comprises:
a fixing plate (91), wherein the fixing plate (91) is arranged on one side of the lower part inside the shell (2);
a placing barrel (92), wherein the fixing plate (91) is provided with the placing barrel (92) for placing instruments, the placing barrel (92) is connected with the shell (2), and the front side of the bottom of the placing barrel (92) is provided with a notch;
the second fixing frame (93) is arranged on the upper side inside the placing barrel (92);
the rocker (95) is rotationally arranged on the second fixing frame (93), and the rocker (95) is in contact with the two turnover covers (7);
stirring leaf (94), rocker (95) downside is connected with four stirring leaves (94) that are used for carrying out the stirring to the apparatus along circumference annular, and one side stirring leaf (94) top is equipped with the wedge, and the wedge rotates can with wedge dog (86) contact, stirring leaf (94) with place bucket (92) interior bottom contact.
4. The portable medical instrument disinfecting device of claim 3 further comprising a stop mechanism (10), the stop mechanism (10) comprising:

the sliding rods (102) are connected between the two second fixing blocks (101) on the same longitudinal side;

the pull rod (105) is arranged on one side of the protective block (103), and the pull rod (105) is connected with the shell (2) in a sliding manner;

5. The portable medical instrument sterilization device according to claim 4, further comprising a spraying mechanism (11), wherein the spraying mechanism (11) comprises:
the middle of the top of the fixing plate (91) is provided with a second connecting rod (112);
the lower pressing plate (111) is arranged on the second connecting rod (112) in a sliding mode and used for extruding clean water, the lower pressing plate (111) is connected with the shell (2) in a sliding mode, and the lower pressing plate (111) is connected with the placing barrel (92) in a sliding mode;
a third spring (113), wherein the third spring (113) is connected between the lower pressing plate (111) and the fixing plate (91), and the third spring (113) is wound on the second connecting rod (112);
the third fixing blocks (114) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the placing barrel (92), and the two third fixing blocks (114) are connected with the fixing plate (91);
the tops of the two third fixed blocks (114) are provided with third connecting rods (115);
the blocking piece (117) is arranged between the two third connecting rods (115) in a sliding mode, and the lower pressing plate (111) is matched with the blocking piece (117);
the spray head (118) is arranged at the lower side of the placing barrel (92) and used for spraying clear water, and the blocking piece (117) can block the spray head (118);
and the fourth springs (116) are connected between the two sides of the blocking piece (117) and the third fixing block (114), and the two fourth springs (116) are respectively wound on the two third connecting rods (115).
6. The portable medical instrument sterilization device according to claim 5, further comprising a separation mechanism (13), wherein the separation mechanism (13) comprises:
the middle of the bottom of the shell (2) is symmetrically provided with a third fixing rod (131);
the lower sides of the two third fixing rods (131) are respectively provided with a fourth connecting rod (133), and the two fourth connecting rods (133) are respectively connected with the shell (2);
a separation frame (134) used for accommodating sterilized instruments is arranged between the two fourth connecting rods (133) in a sliding manner;
and seventh springs (132) are connected between the two sides of the separating frame (134) and the fourth connecting rods (133) on the same side.
7. The portable medical instrument disinfecting device of claim 6, further comprising a detent mechanism (12), the detent mechanism (12) comprising:
a fourth fixed block (124), wherein the fourth fixed block (124) is arranged on one side of the top of the separation frame (134);
the wedge-shaped rod (126) is arranged on the fourth fixing block (124) in a sliding mode;
a sixth spring (125), wherein the sixth spring (125) is connected between the wedge rod (126) and the fourth fixed block (124);
a second fixing rod (121), wherein the middle of the lower part of the shell (2) is provided with the second fixing rod (121), and the second fixing rod (121) is positioned on one side of the fourth connecting rod (133);
the second limiting rod (123), the second fixing rod (121) is provided with the second limiting rod (123) in a sliding mode, and the second limiting rod (123) is matched with the wedge-shaped rod (126);
and a fifth spring (122) is connected between the second limiting rod (123) and the second fixing rod (121), the second limiting rod (123) moves to contact with the shell (2), and the second limiting rod (123) contacts with the protection block (103).
8. The portable medical instrument disinfecting device of claim 7 further comprising a collecting mechanism (14), the collecting mechanism (14) comprising:
the telescopic rods (141) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the bottom of the shell (2);
the collecting box (142) is connected between the bottoms of the two telescopic rods (141) and used for collecting sewage;
a second plug (143), one side of the collecting box (142) is movably provided with the second plug (143);
and one side of the collection box (142) is provided with a connecting pipe which is communicated with the separation frame (134).
