With continuing reference to fig. 1 and fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second cleaning mechanism rotates a fixed conveying roller 801 and a movable conveying roller 802 that are disposed in the second sorting chamber 300, the movable conveying roller 802 is supported and disposed in the second sorting chamber 300 through an elastic connecting piece 803, the second cleaning mechanism further includes a conveying mesh belt 800 that is wound around the fixed conveying roller 801 and the movable conveying roller 802, the fixed conveying roller 801 is located on a material receiving side of the conveying mesh belt 800, and the movable conveying roller 802 is located on a material discharging side of the conveying mesh belt 800; the second cleaning mechanism further comprises a guide roller 900, the guide roller 900 abuts against the inner side of the mesh belt 800, the height of the guide roller 900 in the vertical direction is adjusted by a lifting member, the second cleaning mechanism further comprises a cleaning brush assembly 400, the cleaning brush assembly 400 is located above the material receiving side of the mesh belt 800, the cleaning brush assembly 400 is linked with the lifting member, the cleaning brush assembly 400 is connected with the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism drives the cleaning brush assembly 400 to rotate, and simultaneously, the lifting member adjusts the position of the guide roller 900 in the vertical direction to periodically change, so that the mesh belt 800 is continuously lifted or reset, when the mesh belt 800 is lifted, the rhizome of herbal medicine on the material receiving side of the mesh belt 800 is lifted, so that the rhizome of herbal medicine further contacts with the cleaning brush assembly 400 in the operation process, the cleaning brush assembly 400 in operation further cleans the soil on the surface of the roots and stems of the herbs.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first sorting chamber 200 is located at the side of the advancing end of the rack 100; the bottom of the frame 100 is provided with a travelling wheel 101 so as to facilitate the movement of the harvesting device; the top of the frame 100 is also provided with a traction frame 102 to facilitate traction of the harvesting device.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a digging shovel 502 is fixedly disposed on a side plate of the advancing end of the frame 100, and the roots of the herbs are dug by the digging shovel 502; the advancing end of the frame 100 is also provided with a harvesting and conveying device 500, and two sides of the harvesting and conveying device 500 are provided with baffles 501; the advancing side of the frame 100 has a window 201 communicating with the first sorting chamber 200, and the rhizomes of the herbal medicine excavated by the excavating shovel 502 are transported by the harvest transporting device 500 and then enter the first sorting chamber 200 through the window 201.
In the present invention, the rhizomes of the herbs entering the first sorting chamber 200 through the window 201 fall onto the sieve bar group 204, and further, the sieve bar group 204 is operated by the flight conveyor assembly provided in the first sorting chamber 200 to continuously convey the rhizomes of the herbs from the lower portion to the upper portion of the first sorting chamber 200.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the upper portion of the first sorting chamber 200 is communicated with the upper portion of the second sorting chamber 300 through the first connecting channel 205, the herbal roots conveyed to the upper portion of the first sorting chamber 200 fall to the receiving side of the conveying mesh belt 800 after passing through the first connecting channel 205, further, the driving mechanism drives the cleaning brush assembly 400 to rotate, and simultaneously, the position of the lifting member adjusting guide roller 900 in the vertical direction is periodically changed, so that the conveying mesh belt 800 is continuously lifted or reset, when the conveying mesh belt 800 is lifted, the herbal roots on the receiving side of the conveying mesh belt 800 are lifted, so that the herbal roots further contact the cleaning brush assembly 400 during operation, and the cleaning brush assembly 400 during operation further cleans the soil on the surface of the herbal roots.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning brush assembly 400 is in driving connection with an output shaft of the driving motor 700, the lifting member includes a fixed vertical cylinder 901 fixedly mounted on the frame 100, a leg 902 is slidably disposed on the fixed vertical cylinder 901 in the vertical direction, and the guide roller 900 is rotatably mounted at the bottom end of the leg 902; the lifting piece further comprises a support guide rod 906, the support guide rod 906 is fixedly installed on the rack 100, a guide sliding plate 904 is arranged on the support guide rod 906 in a sliding mode, and the guide sliding plate 904 is connected with the movable frame 702 through a connecting rod 703.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the guide sliding plate 904 and the support guide 906 are connected through a second spring 905; the guide sliding plate 904 is connected with the supporting leg 902 through a connecting rope 903.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the cleaning brush assembly 400 is driven by the driving motor 700 to operate, the moving frame 702 horizontally reciprocating along the frame 100 drives the guide sliding plate 904 to move along the support guide 906, and then the guide roller 900 moves upwards under the pulling action of the connecting rope 903, or the guide roller 900 moves downwards under the action of the self gravity, thereby adjusting the height of the guide roller 900 in the vertical direction, so that the position of the lifting member adjusting guide roller 900 in the vertical direction is periodically changed, thereby enabling the mesh belt 800 to be continuously lifted or reset, when the mesh belt 800 is lifted, the roots of the herbs on the receiving side of the mesh belt 800 are lifted, so that the roots of the herbs further contact the cleaning brush assembly 400 during operation, the cleaning brush assembly 400 in operation further cleans the soil on the surface of the roots and stems of the herbs.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning brush assembly 400 includes a supporting frame 401, and the supporting frame 401 is fixedly connected to a fixed upright tube 901; support frame 401 is last to have two sets of first brush unit 402 and two sets of second brush unit 405, and two sets of first brush unit 402 and two sets of second brush unit 405 alternate distribution, connect through sprocket feed mode between two sets of first brush unit 402, adopt sprocket feed mode to connect equally between two sets of second brush unit 405, first brush unit 402 with connect through linkage gear train 404 transmission between the second brush unit 405, so, adjacent first brush unit 402 and the second brush unit 405 of organizing revolve to opposite, can improve the clearance effect to the herbal medicine rhizome surface on the conveying mesh area 800.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the driving motor 700 is linked with the cleaning brush assembly 400 through a driving shaft set 403, wherein the driving shaft set 403 includes a first driving shaft 4031 and a second driving shaft 4032; the linkage gear set 404 includes a first gear 4041 and a second gear 4042, the first gear 4041 is mounted on the first drive shaft 4031, the second gear 4042 is mounted on the second drive shaft 4032, and the first drive shaft 4031 and the second drive shaft 4032 are engaged with each other.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first driving shaft 4031 is drivingly connected to the output shaft of the driving motor 700, so that when the driving motor 700 drives the first driving shaft 4031 to rotate, the second driving shaft 4032 is driven to rotate in the opposite direction by the meshing and interlocking action of the first gear 4041 and the second gear 4042, and further, the rotation directions of the first brush unit 402 and the second brush unit 405 are opposite.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first brush unit 402 includes a first brush motor 4021, the first brush motor 4021 is rotatably disposed on the supporting frame 401, a first brush roller 4022 is fixedly mounted at an end of the first brush motor 4021, and a plurality of first bristles 4023 are uniformly disposed on the first brush roller 4022.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second brush unit 405 includes a second brush motor 4051, the second brush motor 4051 is rotatably disposed on the supporting frame 401, a second brush roller 4052 is fixedly mounted at an end of the second brush motor 4051, and a plurality of second bristles 4053 are uniformly distributed on the second brush roller 4052.
With reference to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic connecting member 803 includes a connecting cylinder 8031 fixedly installed on the inner wall of the second sorting chamber 300, a connecting rod 8033 is slidably disposed on the connecting cylinder 8031, the movable conveying roller 802 is rotatably supported by one end of the connecting rod 8033, and the other end of the connecting rod 8033 is connected to the connecting cylinder 8031 through a connecting spring 8032, so that when the guiding roller 900 is lifted upward by the lifting member, the elastic connecting member 803 is configured to generate a certain telescopic displacement to provide a margin for the guiding roller 900 to move upward.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a second communicating channel 302 is provided at one side of the bottom of the second sorting chamber 300 and communicates with the mud outlet 202, and a rhizome outlet 301 is provided at the other side of the bottom of the second sorting chamber 300, and the rhizome of the herb after being screened and separated by the mesh belt 800 is discharged through the rhizome outlet 301.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not intended that they be limited to the applications set forth in the specification and examples. It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. It is therefore intended that the invention not be limited to the exact details and illustrations described and illustrated herein, but fall within the scope of the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

Claims (3)

1. An easily-sorted rhizome type Chinese herbal medicine harvesting device, which is characterized by comprising:
the first cleaning mechanism comprises a chain plate conveying assembly arranged in a first separation cavity, a plurality of screening rod groups are uniformly distributed on the chain plate conveying assembly, and the screening rod groups comprise a plurality of screening rods which are equidistantly arranged on the chain plate conveying assembly;
the feeding side of the first sorting cavity is rotatably provided with an elliptical rod, the first cleaning mechanism further comprises a plurality of soil removing assemblies arranged on the elliptical rod, and each soil removing assembly comprises a fixing ring fixedly arranged on the elliptical rod;
the soil removing assembly further comprises a sliding ring which is sleeved on the fixing ring in a sliding manner, the fixing ring is connected with the sliding ring through a first spring, two soil removing rods are fixedly mounted on the sliding ring, and the two soil removing rods are collinear;
the diameter of the fixed ring is equal to that of the sliding ring, and the distance between every two adjacent sieve rods is larger than the diameter;
when the elliptic rods rotate to enable the soil removing rods to be parallel to the screen rods and located between two adjacent screen rods, the soil removing assembly penetrates through the screen rod group; the rotation angle of the elliptic rod is controlled by a driving mechanism;
the device further comprises: the second cleaning mechanism comprises a fixed conveying roller and a movable conveying roller which are rotatably arranged in a second sorting cavity, the movable conveying roller is supported and arranged in the second sorting cavity through an elastic connecting piece, the second cleaning mechanism further comprises a conveying net belt wound on the fixed conveying roller and the movable conveying roller, the fixed conveying roller is positioned on the material receiving side of the conveying net belt, and the movable conveying roller is positioned on the material discharging side of the conveying net belt;
the second cleaning mechanism further comprises a guide roller which abuts against the inner side of the conveying mesh belt, the height of the guide roller in the vertical direction is adjusted through a lifting piece, and the cleaning brush assembly is located above the material receiving side of the conveying mesh belt;
the cleaning brush assembly is linked with the lifting piece and is connected with the driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the cleaning brush assembly to rotate and simultaneously enables the lifting piece to adjust the position of the guide roller in the vertical direction to periodically change;
the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor, and an eccentric wheel is eccentrically and fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the driving motor;
the driving mechanism further comprises a moving frame which is arranged on the surface of the top of the rack in a sliding mode, and the moving frame is sleeved on the eccentric wheel in a sliding mode;
an electric telescopic rod is fixedly installed on one side of the movable frame, and a toothed plate is installed at the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod; a driven gear meshed with the toothed plate is mounted at the top end of the elliptic rod;
the first sorting cavity is positioned on one side of the front end of the rack;
the bottom of the rack is provided with a travelling wheel;
a digging shovel is fixedly arranged on a side plate at the advancing end of the rack;
the advancing end of the frame is also provided with a harvesting and conveying device;
the advancing side of the rack is provided with a window communicated with the first sorting cavity, and herbal medicine rhizomes excavated by the digging shovel enter the first sorting cavity through the window after being conveyed by the harvesting and conveying device;
the upper part of the first separation cavity is communicated with the upper part of the second separation cavity through a first connecting channel;
the cleaning brush assembly is in driving connection with an output shaft of the driving motor, the lifting piece comprises a fixed vertical cylinder fixedly mounted on the rack, supporting legs are arranged on the fixed vertical cylinder in a sliding mode in the vertical direction, and the guide roller is rotatably mounted at the bottom ends of the supporting legs; the lifting piece further comprises a support guide rod, the support guide rod is fixedly arranged on the rack, a guide sliding plate is arranged on the support guide rod in a sliding mode, and the guide sliding plate is connected with the movable frame through a connecting rod;
the guide sliding plate is connected with the support guide rod through a second spring; the guide sliding plate is connected with the supporting leg through a connecting rope;
the cleaning brush assembly comprises a supporting frame, and the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the fixed vertical cylinder in a supporting manner;
the supporting frame is provided with two groups of first brush units and two groups of second brush units, the two groups of first brush units and the two groups of second brush units are distributed at intervals, the two groups of first brush units are connected in a chain wheel transmission mode, the two groups of second brush units are connected in a chain wheel transmission mode, and the first brush units are in transmission connection with the second brush units through a linkage gear set;
the driving motor is linked with the cleaning brush assembly through a driving shaft group, wherein the driving shaft group comprises a first driving shaft and a second driving shaft;
the linkage gear set comprises a first gear and a second gear, wherein the first gear is mounted on a first driving shaft, the second gear is mounted on a second driving shaft, and the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft are meshed;
the first driving shaft is in driving connection with an output shaft of the driving motor;
the first brush unit comprises a first brush motor, the first brush motor is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame, a first brush roller is fixedly arranged at the end part of the first brush motor, and a plurality of first bristles are uniformly distributed on the first brush roller;
the second brush unit comprises a second brush motor, the second brush motor is rotatably arranged on the supporting frame, a second brush roller is fixedly arranged at the end part of the second brush motor, and a plurality of second bristles are uniformly distributed on the second brush roller;
the elastic connecting piece comprises a connecting cylinder body fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the second separation cavity, a connecting rod body is arranged on the connecting cylinder body in a penetrating and sliding mode, the movable conveying roller is rotatably supported at one end of the connecting rod body, and the other end of the connecting rod body is connected with the connecting cylinder body through a connecting spring;
the bottom of the rack is provided with a sludge discharge port communicated with the bottom of the first sorting cavity, and a filter screen is arranged at the joint between the sludge discharge port and the first sorting cavity; and a second communicating channel communicated with the sludge discharge port is arranged on one side of the bottom of the second separation chamber, a rhizome discharge port is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the second separation chamber, and the rhizome of the herbal medicine after being screened and separated by the conveying mesh belt is discharged through the rhizome discharge port.

The rhizome-type chinese herbal medicine harvesting device of claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism controls the elliptical rod to perform a periodic rotation including a first periodic reciprocating rotation in which the soil removing rod is always crossed with the sieve rod and a second periodic reciprocating rotation in which the soil removing rod is parallel with the sieve rod.

The device for harvesting rhizome-type Chinese herbal medicines easy to sort according to claim 2, wherein the chain plate conveying assembly comprises a chain plate conveying wheel rotatably disposed in the first sorting chamber, the chain plate conveying assembly further comprises a chain plate conveying belt wound around the chain plate conveying wheel, the sieve rod is fixedly mounted on a support plate, and the support plate is fixedly mounted on the chain plate conveying belt.
