Abstract

本申请提供一种图像传感器的像素阵列、图像传感器及电子装置。图像传感器的像素阵列在感光面上包括阵列排布的多个像素单元，每个像素单元内阵列排布有多个像素，多个像素包括多个彩色像素和至少一个白色像素，彩色像素用于透过与自身色彩相应的光波段，白色像素用于透过全波段的可见光。本申请提供的图像传感器的像素阵列，可以改善图像传感器在低光照环境下的拍照性能，提升图像传感器的成像品质。
