the material spare part management system comprises warehouse entry and exit registration, material inventory management, inventory statistics, inventory checking record, material type management, material information management, warehouse information management and warehouse entry and exit type management;
the fixed asset management system can provide inventory, type configuration and fixed asset management of fixed assets, and support functions of adding, modifying, deleting, inquiring and exporting;
the service evaluation system comprises a data collection module and a data statistical analysis module; the data collection module is arranged at an exhibition hall exit, an activity area, a training classroom and a characteristic exhibition hall; and scoring the online evaluation of the audience at the end of the visit of the exhibition hall, and collecting service evaluation data.

When the science popularization intelligent terminal visits and finishes returning the equipment, the audience only needs to put the science popularization intelligent terminal back to any post house, the system automatically identifies the audience identity information bound on the equipment, and the leasing process is finished.
The platform control system also comprises a 5G data interface.
The platform control system also comprises a database, wherein the database collects parameter information of exhibits of national science and technology museums.
The guide interactive screen control software comprises:
map display and navigation: displaying the map of the venue and providing a navigation function;
public area query service: providing the audience with inquiry service of public area positions in the museum;
science popularization education interaction: supporting the exhibition of science popularization education resources, and enabling audiences to browse and interact;
introduction in exhibition halls: displaying information of each exhibition hall of a science and technology museum;
and (4) suggesting a stroke: displaying the recommended browsing route, wherein the audience can select according to personal preferences;
and (3) pushing a guide screen: important information such as exhibition and temporary notice is pushed and displayed on the home page;
member identification: the member identification information is confirmed by face recognition.
The platform logic architecture is divided into four parts, namely a user layer, a platform layer, a data layer and a basic support layer from top to bottom.
1. And (4) a user layer. The top layer of the whole system architecture is a user layer and a final user-oriented interaction layer, a functional logic layer and a database layer are packaged in a unified mode through a system interaction interface, parameters required by all functions are received and input, results are displayed, and finally all functional requirements are met. And corresponding functions and service appeal are realized according to different users. The user interface is clear, beautiful and friendly, so that the system is easy to learn and use, and convenience is provided for users to use the system.
2. And a platform layer. The middle layer is a platform layer and is divided into a Service end, a browser end and a mobile end, wherein the Service end develops a functional module and an application system based on a Web Service technology, and the browser end develops the functional module based on an HTML/Javascript technology and facing to workers. And the mobile terminal is developed by adopting a WeChat small program.
3. And (6) a data layer. The data layer collects various data of exhibits of national science and technology museum, the data are stored in a database of a service terminal of the Chinese science and technology museum, and the data are stored, inquired, updated and the like based on the data access layer.
4. And (4) a support layer. The foundation support layer is the bottom layer of the whole platform. The service support layer is the basic environment for the system to operate, including the software and hardware basic environment and the network environment. The system adopts a B/S, M/S framework, a browser is installed on a common PC, a server side adopts a designated server of a Chinese science and technology center, the designated server comprises a web server and a database server, the server side runs a CentOS 764-bit system, and the database adopts MySQL.
The platform adopts a multilayer system structure and a B/S mode, adopts SOA architecture and UML, Ajax, HTML5, XML and other technologies, is strictly developed according to J2EE specification (Java EE 7 and above versions), and can be flexibly deployed on any application server meeting the specification.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (6)
1. The intelligent venue operation and management platform comprises an information publishing system, a guide system, ticketing system software, a passenger flow monitoring system, a team science popularization explanation system, a self-service science popularization explanation system, an exhibition and education activity management system, an interactive management system, a volunteer management system, a member management system, a central control system, an exhibition daily management system, an exhibit repair management system, an equipment inspection management system, an office OA system, a personnel management system, a supplier management system, a content management system, a material spare part management system, a fixed asset management system and a service evaluation system;
the information distribution system comprises: the information issuing control module and the view and display control module; the information publishing control module is used for publishing daily propaganda and display, entrance awareness, venue introduction, service information, activity information and audience data information, and the displaying control module is used for displaying and controlling visual components, view layout setting, refreshing and regularly publishing and resource playing;
the guide and guide system consists of a guide interactive screen and guide interactive screen control software, wherein the guide interactive screen provides guide and interactive services for audience visiting, and provides service planning for perfecting guide information and data interaction during visiting among different exhibition halls in the process of audience visiting;
the ticket system software comprises an information acquisition module, a ticket checking system, a ticket issuing and reserving system, a ticket getting system, other ticket reserving and paying systems and a terminal combination system; allowing audiences to reserve tickets through a technical library portal website, a WeChat public number and a small program, wherein the tickets comprise visits, cinemas and other tickets, and after the reservation is successful, the system generates a two-dimensional code and feeds the two-dimensional code back to the client; meanwhile, tickets can be purchased through a manual window or a ticketing robot on site, a gate channel or a manual handheld ticket checker channel can be selected in a shop entering mode, and the tickets can enter the shop by utilizing two-dimensional code verification, identity card swiping and face recognition modes;
the passenger flow monitoring system consists of a front-end passenger flow monitoring camera all-in-one machine, a POE (Power over Ethernet) switch and passenger flow statistical software; the passenger flow monitoring system is connected to POE switches in various areas through a wired network and then is uniformly converged on a server, and a passenger flow statistical software background system is deployed on the server;
the team science popularization explanation system is used for explanation service of a science and technology museum during group visiting and visiting, realizes targeted explanation for team audiences through an exhibition and education intelligent terminal, a science popularization explanation transmitter, a matched earphone mode explanation system and a public address mode explanation system, and ensures that professional explanation of an interpreter is completely transmitted to each audience in a quiet visiting environment;
the self-service science popularization explanation system consists of an intelligent terminal service post house, a science popularization intelligent terminal and a positioning system; the intelligent terminal service post station is a system for providing full-flow self-service for audiences; the equipment is deployed at the access and reach joint of a science and technology museum, and audiences can rent the science and technology common intelligent terminal by self at any time; the science popularization intelligent terminal introduces each floor exhibition hall of the science and technology center, so that audiences can quickly know the science and technology center before visiting, interested exhibition items can be selected for guiding, and the terminal displays an optimal route;
the exhibition and education activity management system fills personal information on-line reservation event tickets of the science and technology museum through a science and technology museum portal website, a wechat public number and a wechat small program entrance; the technical hall staff can manage the activity information by a background management end, including the functions of adding, deleting, modifying and checking, planning, approving and releasing the activity, forming the full-flow management, and setting the single-day upper limit of the number of activity appointment persons and the multiple times of the activity of the characteristic exhibition hall;
the interactive management system comprises a questionnaire management module, a complaint and suggestion management module and a terminal interactive data management module; through the Internet technology, online platform interactive communication information and data are collected and managed;
the volunteer management system takes a scientific and technological museum official website, a public number and a small program as windows to realize the overall management of volunteers, and realizes the whole-process management of volunteers recruitment, application data submission, volunteer data primary examination and volunteer activity shift position arrangement;
the member management system comprises a front-end member function module and a background management function module, wherein the front-end member function module comprises member registration, member activity record inquiry, conference fee payment, member welfare purchase, member personal information management, internal message leaving, data subscription and conference fee counting functions;
