Claims (10)

1. A community care method based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring personnel information and face information of community personnel;
determining a person tag according to the personnel information;
setting an alarm rule according to the character tag;
drawing an electronic fence according to the personnel information, the face information and the figure label;
determining track information of community personnel according to the acquired public equipment information, the face information and the personnel information;
determining behavior information of community personnel according to the acquired user equipment information and personnel information;
and generating alarm information according to the track information, the electronic fence, the behavior information and the alarm rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the person tag according to the person information comprises:
determining a basic label according to the identity of community personnel in the personnel information; the identities of the community personnel comprise community residents, property personnel, outgoing personnel and stranger visiting personnel;
determining an additional label according to at least one of the age, the health condition and the living condition of community personnel in the personnel information;
determining the person tag according to the basic tag;
or determining the person label according to the basic label and the additional label.
3. The internet of things-based community care method of claim 2, wherein the drawing an electronic fence according to the personnel information, the face information and the person label comprises:
determining the residence of the community residents according to the personnel information and the person labels;
and determining the electronic fence corresponding to the community household according to the shooting area of the camera near the residence and the face information.
4. The internet of things-based community care method of claim 2, wherein the drawing an electronic fence according to the personnel information, the face information and the person label comprises:
determining a delivery area in a community, wherein the delivery area is used for placing takeaway, express and mails;
and determining the electronic fence corresponding to the delivery person according to the shooting area of the camera near the delivery area and the face information.

The internet of things-based community care method according to claim 2, wherein the alarm rules include trajectory alarm rules and behavior alarm rules, the alarm information includes trajectory alarm information and behavior alarm information, and the generating the alarm information according to the trajectory information, the electronic fence, the behavior information and the alarm rules includes:
generating the track alarm information according to the track information, the electronic fence and the track alarm rule;
and generating the behavior alarm information according to the behavior information and the behavior alarm rule.
6. The internet of things-based community care method according to claim 5, wherein the generating the trajectory alarm information according to the trajectory information, the electronic fence and the trajectory alarm rule comprises:
the trajectory alarm rule comprises a specified time for entering and exiting the electronic fence or community gate and a specified time interval for entering and exiting the electronic fence or community gate;
when the track information shows that community people go in and out of the electronic fence or the community door beyond the specified time, generating the track alarm information according to the track alarm rule;
or when the time length of the community people entering or exiting the electronic fence or the community door exceeds the specified time interval, generating the track alarm information according to the track alarm rule.
7. The internet of things-based community care method according to claim 5, wherein the generating the behavior alarm information according to the behavior information and the behavior alarm rule comprises:
the behavior alarm rule comprises a specified smoke region in the community and specified energy consumption of the community residents;
when the behavior information shows that the residence of the community residents generates smoke exceeding a set warning value outside the specified smoke area, generating the behavior warning information according to the behavior warning rule;
or when the behavior information shows that the difference between the energy consumption of the community residents and the specified energy consumption exceeds a set threshold, generating the behavior alarm information according to the behavior alarm rule.
8. A community care system based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising:
the first module is used for acquiring personnel information and face information of community personnel;
the second module is used for determining a person tag according to the personnel information;
the third module is used for formulating an alarm rule according to the character tag;
the fourth module is used for drawing the electronic fence according to the personnel information, the face information and the figure label;
a fifth module, configured to obtain public device information and user device information;
a sixth module, configured to determine trajectory information of the community staff according to the public device information, the face information, and the staff information;
a seventh module, configured to determine behavior information of the community staff according to the user equipment information and the staff information;
and the eighth module is used for generating alarm information according to the track information, the electronic fence, the behavior information and the alarm rule.
9. An apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
the at least one program, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to implement the internet of things-based community care method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer storage medium having stored therein a processor-executable program, the processor-executable program when executed by the processor to implement the internet of things-based community care method of any one of claims 1-7.
