Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It is to be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, these information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present invention. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
In practical applications, there may be a need for monitoring a target monitoring object, and particularly, when a monitored object is not within a safety range defined by the monitored object, a solution for monitoring the monitored object is needed. For example, a child who is a target monitoring subject leaves outdoors alone, and the child may have a safety hazard because the child is out of a safe nursing range prescribed by the monitoring subject. At present, although monitoring is installed in a plurality of places, a monitoring system usually only carries out simple shooting so as to be called when a demand exists in the later period. In real life, if monitoring is called after a dangerous accident occurs to a target monitoring object, obvious hysteresis exists, and irreparable damage can be caused to the concerned object. Along with the rapid development of the smart home, various smart home devices which are convenient for people to live in daily life appear, and various smart home devices in the home can be controlled through the internet of things technology, and the like.
In view of this, the present invention provides a monitoring scheme based on an intelligent door lock, which detects an entry and exit event through the intelligent door lock, and notifies an associated camera associated with the intelligent door lock to perform image acquisition when the exit event is detected, where the acquired image includes an image of an object triggering the exit event, so that it is possible to identify whether the acquired image includes a target monitoring object; and under the condition that the acquired image comprises the target monitoring object, judging whether the target monitoring object generates a specified dangerous event, and if so, triggering warning information. The target monitoring object is monitored when the target monitoring object triggers the exit event, so that the aim of automatically monitoring the target monitoring object is fulfilled, the target monitoring object is safely watched, resources can be saved, and a certain object does not need to be monitored in real time. Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a monitoring method based on an intelligent door lock according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
in step 102, when it is determined that an exit event occurs according to data collected by an intelligent door lock, notifying a related camera associated with the intelligent door lock to collect an image, wherein the collected image comprises an image of an object triggering the exit event;
in step 104, identifying whether the acquired image comprises a target monitoring object;
in step 106, under the condition that the acquired image includes the target monitoring object, whether the target monitoring object has a specified dangerous event is judged, and if yes, warning information is triggered.
The monitoring method based on the intelligent door lock provided by the embodiment can be implemented through software, or can be implemented through combination of software and hardware, or through hardware implementation, and the related hardware can be composed of two or more physical entities, or can be composed of one physical entity.
In one embodiment, the monitoring method based on the intelligent door lock can be applied to the intelligent door lock. There is also provided, by way of example, an intelligent door lock comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the method comprising:
when the exit event is judged to occur, informing a related camera related to the intelligent door lock to acquire images, wherein the acquired images comprise images of objects triggering the exit event;
and identifying whether the acquired image comprises a target monitoring object, judging whether the target monitoring object generates a specified dangerous event, and if so, triggering warning information.
In the embodiment, the intelligent door lock is linked with the associated camera to monitor the target monitoring object.
For example, the intelligent door lock may further include an internal bus, a network interface, and the like, through which the processor, the network interface, and the memory communicate with each other. As shown in fig. 2A, which is a structural diagram of an intelligent door lock according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, except for the processor 210, the network interface 220, the memory 230, and the nonvolatile memory 240 shown in fig. 2A, in an embodiment, the intelligent door lock may further include other hardware according to an actual function of the device, which is not described again.
In one example, the association camera may be a camera independent from the smart door lock, and the association relationship between the association camera and the smart door lock is established in advance. In another example, the associated camera may be integrated into the smart door lock.
In another embodiment, the monitoring method based on the intelligent door lock can be applied to a monitoring system based on the intelligent door lock, and the monitoring system can comprise the intelligent door lock and a camera, can also comprise the intelligent door lock and a server, and can also comprise the intelligent door lock, the camera, the server and the like. Several application scenarios are exemplified below.
In one example, the exit event determination process is performed by the smart door lock, and the identification process of identifying whether the acquired image includes the target monitoring object and the determination process of whether the target monitoring object has the specified dangerous event are performed by the associated camera.
As shown in fig. 2B, which is a schematic diagram of a monitoring system based on an intelligent door lock according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring system may include: an intelligent door lock 21, and an associated camera 22 associated with the intelligent door lock 21.
When the intelligent door lock 21 judges that the exit event occurs, the intelligent door lock informs the associated camera to acquire images, wherein the acquired images comprise images of objects triggering the exit event;
the associated camera 22 identifies whether the acquired image includes a target monitoring object, and determines whether the target monitoring object has a specified dangerous event, and if so, triggers warning information.
In this embodiment, object recognition and detection of dangerous events are achieved by associated cameras, thereby achieving monitoring of the target monitored object.
In another example, the server is connected to the associated camera, the process of determining the exit event is performed by the smart door lock, the process of identifying whether the acquired image includes the target monitoring object is performed by the server, and the process of determining whether the target monitoring object has the specified dangerous event is performed by the associated camera.
Fig. 2C is a schematic diagram of another monitoring system based on an intelligent door lock according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the system includes: the intelligent door lock 23, an associated camera 24 associated with the intelligent door lock 23, and a server 25 connected to the associated camera 24. The server side can communicate with the intelligent door lock or not, and is configured according to requirements.
When the intelligent door lock 23 judges that the exit event occurs, the associated camera is informed to acquire images, and the acquired images comprise images of objects triggering the exit event;
the server 25 identifies whether the acquired image includes a target monitoring object;
under the condition that the acquired image includes the target monitoring object, the associated camera 24 judges whether the target monitoring object has a specified dangerous event, and if so, triggers warning information.
In the embodiment, the server executes the object identification operation, and the associated camera judges the dangerous event, so that the target monitoring object is monitored.
In another example, the server is connected to the associated camera, the process of determining the exit event is performed by the smart door lock, and the process of identifying whether the acquired image includes the target monitoring object and the process of determining whether the target monitoring object has the specified dangerous event are performed by the server.
Correspondingly, still provide another kind of monitored control system based on intelligent lock, the system includes: intelligent lock and server.
When the intelligent door lock judges that a door exit event occurs, informing a related camera related to the intelligent door lock to acquire images, wherein the acquired images comprise images of objects triggering the door exit event;
and the server identifies whether the image acquired by the associated camera comprises a target monitoring object and judges whether the target monitoring object generates a specified dangerous event, and if so, the server triggers warning information.
In one example, the associated camera may actively transmit the captured image to the server. In another example, when the intelligent door lock notifies the associated camera to perform image acquisition, the intelligent door lock may also notify the server to perform object monitoring, so that the server can acquire an image from the associated camera.
According to the embodiment, the server side executes the object identification operation and the dangerous event judgment operation, so that the processing pressure of the associated camera can be reduced, and the target monitoring object can be monitored.
In one example, the associated camera may be a device independent of the smart door lock. Illustratively, the system may further comprise an associated camera. The association relationship between the associated camera and the intelligent door lock can be established in advance. In another example, the associated camera may be integrated into an intelligent door lock.
It is understood that the monitoring system may also be formed by other devices as long as the monitoring method can be implemented, which are not described herein again.
With respect to the detection of an exit event, in one embodiment, an entry and exit event may be detected by an intelligent door lock. The intelligent door lock has the function of detecting door entrance and exit events. The door entry and exit events may include door entry events and door exit events. In one example, a distance sensor may be disposed on the smart door lock, and whether the object is far away from the distance sensor and the distance between the object and the distance sensor exceeds a preset threshold is determined according to a distance parameter collected by the distance sensor on the smart door lock, and if the object is far away from the distance sensor and the distance between the object and the distance sensor exceeds the preset threshold, it is determined that a door exit event occurs. The detection direction of the distance sensor can be the direction after the door is opened (the door opening direction for short), so that the characteristic object is far away from the distance sensor when the distance between the object and the distance sensor is larger and larger, and the door opening event is determined to occur when the distance reaches a certain threshold value. The distance sensor may be a sensor for detecting a distance, and for example, may be an optical distance sensor, an infrared distance sensor, an ultrasonic distance sensor, or the like. In one example, the distance Sensor may be a Passive Infrared detector (PIR), also referred to as a body Sensor. The PIR can be built in the intelligent door lock. The distance from the pedestrian to the door lock is judged through the PIR, and therefore the camera is moved to shoot and recognize.
In some scenarios, the smart door lock may enable fingerprint, password, and/or proximity card opening. The smart door lock may also determine a lock body status, etc., for example, the lock body status includes an unlocked status or a locked status. In order to improve the identification accuracy and avoid misjudging the exit event due to the outdoor pedestrian, in another embodiment, the exit event judging process may include:
detecting a door opening event;
when a door opening event is detected, whether an object triggering the door opening event is far away from a distance sensor and whether the distance between the object and the distance sensor exceeds a preset threshold value is judged according to distance parameters collected by the distance sensor on the intelligent door lock, and if yes, the door exit event is determined.
Wherein the door opening event may be an event triggered by the door from a closed state to an open state. For example, under the condition that the intelligent door lock can determine the state of the lock body, whether a door opening event occurs can be directly detected according to the state of the lock body, and if the intelligent door lock is in a locking state to an unlocking state, the door opening event is judged to be detected. For another example, under the condition that the intelligent door lock handle has the sensor, whether a door opening event occurs or not can be judged according to the rotation condition of the handle. Accordingly, the distance sensor may be a sensor for detecting a distance, and for example, may be an optical distance sensor, an infrared distance sensor, an ultrasonic distance sensor, or the like. In one example, the distance sensor may be a PIR. The PIR can be built in the intelligent door lock. The distance between the pedestrian and the door lock is judged through the PIR, and whether the object enters or leaves the door can be judged by combining a door lock detection signal, so that the camera is triggered and adjusted to shoot and recognize.
In another embodiment, the exit event may also be determined by whether the object is from inside to outside the room. For example, the detection area of the distance sensor includes both an area behind the exit (simply referred to as an outdoor area) and an area behind the entrance (simply referred to as an indoor area). And judging that an object exists in the indoor area and is close to the distance sensor and an object exists in the exit area and is far away from the distance sensor within a certain time period through the distance parameters collected by the distance sensor, and judging that an exit event occurs.
The embodiment determines whether the exit event occurs by detecting whether the object is from the inside to the outside of the house, so that the accuracy of the exit event judgment can be improved.
It should be understood that other means may be adopted to determine whether the exit event occurs, which is not described herein in detail.
Upon detection of an exit event by the smart door lock, the associated camera may be notified. And after the exit event is detected, the associated camera is informed, and subsequent object identification and dangerous event detection operations are carried out, so that the resource waste caused by real-time monitoring can be avoided. The smart door lock may communicate with the associated camera, in one example, via Sub1G communication protocol. The radio 433, also called Sub1G, may be a radio communication technology with a frequency around 433 MHz.
The associated camera is associated with the intelligent door lock, and the associated camera and the intelligent door lock can communicate. The number of cameras associated with the smart door lock may be one or plural, and the monitoring area may be enlarged by associating plural associated cameras. The associated camera can be an independent camera or a camera integrated in the intelligent door lock, and the operations such as face recognition are realized.
In one example, the associated camera is associated with the smart door lock, and it may also be that the associated camera is associated with a location where the smart door lock exists. For example, the shooting area of the associated camera may include an exit area corresponding to the smart door lock. Thus, in one example, the associated camera associated with the smart door lock includes a doorway camera.
In another embodiment, the camera area may include not only the exit area corresponding to the smart door lock, but also other designated areas. The associated cameras are specifically arranged according to the desired detection area. For example, the shooting area of the associated camera may include an area from a doorway to a staircase, or a doorway and corridor area, etc.
In a scenario where the smart door lock-based monitoring system includes a smart door lock and an associated camera, the associated camera may be a controllable and monitoring-capable camera.
In a scene where a server executes a process of identifying whether a target monitoring object is included in an acquired image and a process of judging whether the target monitoring object has a specified dangerous event, there may be a need for a large monitoring area, and a position where a user is allowed to lay a camera is limited, and in a monitoring area where the user cannot lay a camera, a camera may have been laid by other servers, for example, a monitoring device is laid by a property in a community, and a monitoring device is laid on a road. To this end, an agreement may be made with a service party providing such associated cameras so that images may be acquired from such associated cameras. For ease of understanding, the associated cameras that my party is controllable may be referred to as controllable associated cameras, and the associated cameras that my party is not controllable may be referred to as non-controllable associated cameras. The associated cameras may include not only controllable associated cameras but also non-controllable associated cameras. Whether the target object has the specified dangerous event or not can be judged and obtained on the basis of the images collected by the controllable associated cameras and the images collected by the non-controllable associated cameras. Non-controllable associated cameras are often controlled by partners, which may acquire images in real time or within a specified time. When the intelligent door lock judges that a door exit event occurs, the intelligent door lock does not inform the uncontrollable associated camera; it is also possible to notify the non-controllable associated camera, without the non-controllable associated camera having to deal with the notification.
The shooting areas of the controllable related camera and the non-controllable related camera are different, and can be completely different or partially different. For example, there may be a case where the shooting areas of the two cameras overlap with each other by a very small portion, thereby achieving continuity in monitoring the target monitoring object. The non-controllable associated camera can be a camera arranged outdoors, such as a camera arranged in a cell; the non-controllable associated camera may also be a camera or the like located in a room of a given business, such as a camera located in a supermarket. Depending on the desired detection area of the user. The number of the non-controllable associated cameras can be one or more. In view of this, in another embodiment, the process of monitoring the target monitoring object may include: and under the condition that the acquired image comprises the target monitoring object, judging whether the target monitoring object has an appointed dangerous event according to the image acquired by the non-controllable associated camera.
The image may be a photograph taken by the associated camera, or may be a video frame in a video recorded by the associated camera. In one embodiment, face tracking may also be performed using an associated camera, and the images acquired by the associated camera include face images.
Since the associated camera is associated with the smart door lock, the image acquired by the associated camera includes an image of the object triggering the exit event, and even a facial image of the object. The purpose of triggering the associated camera to shoot is mainly to acquire an image of an object triggering a going-out event so as to obtain an image/face image including the object. In one example, the associated camera does not have an analysis function, and the associated camera directly sends the acquired image to the server/intelligent door lock, and the server/intelligent door lock performs object recognition and dangerous event detection. In another example, the associated camera also has an image analysis function by which only images containing objects are sent to the server/smart door lock at a time. The image sent by the associated camera is then an image containing the object that triggered the door open event.
Regarding the transmission relationship of the associated camera to the server, in one example, the associated camera may communicate directly with the server, and the associated camera sends the captured image directly to the server. In another example, the associated camera communicates with the server through the smart door lock, i.e., the associated camera sends the captured image to the smart door lock, which is sent to the server.
After the associated camera associated with the intelligent door lock is informed to acquire an image, whether the acquired image includes the target monitoring object or not can be identified.
The target monitoring object may be an important attention object/special care object, for example, an object such as a child or an elderly person as a person under guardianship, or a non-human monitored object, for example, an object such as a cat or a dog as a pet.
Regarding identifying the target monitoring object, in an example, in order to identify whether the target monitoring object is included in the image captured by the associated camera, related picture information of the target monitoring object may be stored in advance, so that after the image captured by the associated camera is acquired, the captured image may be compared with the pre-stored image to determine whether the target monitoring object is included in the image captured by the associated camera. It is understood that other means may also be adopted to identify whether the image collected by the associated camera includes the target monitoring object, for example, an object identification model capable of identifying the target monitoring object is obtained by pre-training, and after receiving the image collected by the associated camera, the trained object identification model is used to perform image identification to determine whether the image is an image containing the target monitoring object.
After the target monitoring object is determined to be included in the image, the target monitoring object can be tracked and monitored. The specific monitoring strategy can be configured according to the requirement. The designated dangerous event may be an event in which a predefined object is potentially dangerous or already at risk. Whether the target monitoring object has the specified dangerous event or not can be detected and obtained according to the image collected by the associated camera. The images for determining whether the target monitoring object has the designated dangerous event may include images for identifying the target monitoring object and images continuously acquired by the associated cameras. Whether the target monitoring object has the specified dangerous event or not is judged through the images which are collected by the associated cameras and are collected continuously, so that the monitoring area of the target monitoring object can be determined by the shooting range of the associated cameras. When the image is identified to comprise the target monitoring object and the target monitoring object is judged to have the appointed dangerous event, the alarm information is sent out, and the alarm frequency can be reduced. Several hazardous events are exemplified below.
In some scenarios, the target monitoring object may mean that the target monitoring object may be dangerous once it leaves the safe activity area alone. Taking the safe activity area as a home and the doorway area as an example, for an infant, once the infant leaves the home independently, there is a high possibility of danger, such as falling, being taken, falling down stairs, etc., for which, in one embodiment, the designated dangerous event may include the target monitoring object leaving the safe activity area alone. Correspondingly, whether the target monitoring object has a specified dangerous event or not is judged, and if yes, warning information is triggered, which may include: and determining whether the target monitoring object leaves the safe activity area independently according to the image acquired by the associated camera, and if so, triggering warning information. In the embodiment, when the target monitoring object is detected to leave the safe activity area independently, the warning information is triggered immediately, so that accidents can be avoided.
In some scenarios, the target monitoring object leaving the safe activity area does not mean that the target monitoring object is dangerous, or leaves the safe activity area with a guardian, and so on, whereas in another embodiment, specifying a dangerous event may include: the target monitoring object follows the non-guardian to leave the safe activity area. Correspondingly, whether the target monitoring object has a specified dangerous event or not is judged, and if yes, warning information is triggered, which may include: and determining whether the target monitoring object leaves a safe activity area along with a non-guardian according to the image acquired by the associated camera, and if so, triggering warning information.
Wherein the non-guardian may be a subject other than the designated guardian.
