After the basic information is acquired, information nodes are created in an electronic map (GIS map) according to the position information of each warehouse, the identification information, the information of the internal environment and the external environment of each warehouse and the operation information of each device are stored in the corresponding information nodes, and besides, the process information and the result information of the personnel management sub-method can also be stored in the corresponding information nodes.
On the basis of the above, it can also be determined whether the device exceeds a preset device threshold according to the operation information of each device, for example: whether the voltage and the current exceed the threshold value or not, if so, outputting equipment abnormal information and outputting alarm information; determining whether the warehouse exceeds a preset environment threshold according to the internal and external environment information of the warehouse, for example: and if the temperature in the warehouse exceeds the threshold value, outputting abnormal information of the warehouse environment and outputting alarm information. The alarm information can be sent to related personnel in the same way of short message, mail and the like as the alarm information output by the personnel safety management sub-method.
The warehouse equipment management sub-method also comprises the steps of timing the opening time of the cold warehouse door each time, and correspondingly executing an alarm action if the opening time exceeds a preset threshold value; meanwhile, a certain preset time is counted, for example: the total opening time and the opening times of the seasonal cold storage door are counted, and the opening and closing of the cold storage door can be realized by matching an opening and closing platform which is additionally provided with a proximity switch, a microswitch and the like and feeds back the cold storage door.
According to the method, the positions and the distribution conditions of the map display devices can be utilized, so that the staff can set all levels of account numbers, and can support all subordinate users to check the device operation information, including the total number of the devices, the number of online devices, the number of fault devices, the total number of alarms and the number of users, and have multiple alarm modes such as short messages and mails, so that the staff can conveniently manage and control the storeroom, once the abnormal condition of the cold storage occurs, related staff can receive alarm information in multiple modes to carry out remote monitoring and remote maintenance, the monitoring convenience and the management and control effect are improved, and the maintenance cost can be greatly reduced; meanwhile, after the key data such as the geographical position information, the environmental information, the equipment operation working condition and the like of the equipment are collected, the data can be used as a big data analysis basis, the equipment is automatically regulated and controlled through big data analysis and operation, peak and valley power utilization is fully utilized, and the storehouse is more intelligent and energy-saving in operation.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a warehouse management and control system. Referring to fig. 4, the warehouse management system includes a personnel safety management subsystem 1 and an equipment management subsystem 2.
The personnel safety management subsystem 1 comprises:
an in-out management module 11, configured to obtain identity information of an in-out person; confirming whether the identity information of the people entering and leaving the warehouse meets the preset authority identity information, if so, outputting release control information to a restriction device, and if not, executing an alarm action; setting the same person who enters and exits the warehouse to pass through the restriction device twice continuously as one-time entering and exiting warehouse; acquiring the time of the first time of passing through the traffic control device in the warehouse entry and exit of the warehouse entry personnel at one time, and timing to obtain a warehouse entry timing value; determining whether the warehousing timing value meets a preset warehousing safety limit value, if so, executing an alarm action; the system is also used for receiving the identity information of the temporary visitor sent by the access reservation system and updating the identity information into temporary authority identity information; the access reservation system comprises a software program built in the mobile communication equipment; confirming whether the identity information of the people entering and leaving the warehouse accords with the temporary authority identity information, if so, outputting clearance control information to a restriction device;
the warehouse rescue module 12 is used for determining whether the information in the warehouse meets preset rescue trigger information or not, and if so, executing an alarm action; the information in the library also comprises audio information, and the rescue trigger information comprises one or more of image/video trigger information and audio trigger information;
the storehouse security module 13 is used for determining whether the information in the storehouse contains preset security alarm triggering information, and if so, executing an alarm action; the security alarm triggering information comprises article leaving information and/or warehousing personnel behavior information; and the number of the first and second groups,
the in-warehouse track monitoring module 14 is used for determining the position of each person in the warehouse according to the image/video information in the warehouse to obtain the position information of the person; obtaining mark points according to the position information, and marking the mark points on a preset in-library plane graph and/or a preset in-library three-dimensional model; and connecting all the mark points of the personnel in the same warehouse to obtain the movement track of the personnel in the warehouse.
The equipment management subsystem 2 is used for acquiring identification information of the storeroom, information of environments inside and outside the storeroom and operation information of each equipment for maintaining the operation of the storeroom; the identification information comprises position information of the storehouse, internal and external environment information of the storehouse comprises temperature information inside and outside the storehouse, and the operation information comprises running time and energy consumption information of the equipment and voltage and current information of each equipment; creating information nodes in the electronic map according to the position information of each storeroom, wherein the identification information, the information of the internal environment and the external environment of each storeroom and the operation information of each device are stored in the corresponding information nodes; determining whether the equipment exceeds a preset equipment threshold value or not according to the operation information of each piece of equipment, and if so, outputting equipment abnormal information and alarm information; and determining whether the storehouse exceeds a preset environment threshold value according to the internal and external environment information of the storehouse, and if so, outputting abnormal environment information of the storehouse and outputting alarm information.
The personnel safety management system regulates the personnel to enter and exit the warehouse by setting authority identity and matching with identity verification; timing after the personnel are released by the restricted device, and alarming when the warehousing time of the personnel is too long; when the person in the storehouse is determined according to the image/video information acquired by the storehouse, the door of the storehouse is forbidden to be locked reversely, so that the probability that the person is locked in the storehouse is reduced; judging whether people call for help or not in the storehouse according to the image/video information acquired by the storehouse, and giving an alarm in time so as to facilitate the rescue of staff safety accidents occurring in the storehouse; according to the image/video information acquired by the storehouse, whether illegal operation exists in the storehouse is judged, and the safety of goods stored in the storehouse is improved; tracking and acquiring the movement track of a worker through image/video information acquired by a storehouse; meanwhile, the condition of each storehouse can be known relatively conveniently by a worker through the equipment management system, remote monitoring and remote maintenance are performed relatively conveniently, and the maintenance cost is reduced while the convenience of storehouse management and control is improved.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a warehouse management and control device. The warehouse management device comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is stored with a computer program which can be loaded by the processor and can execute any one of the methods.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program capable of being loaded by a processor and executing any of the methods described above.

Claims (10)

1. A warehouse management and control method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the personnel safety management method comprises a personnel safety management sub-method, wherein the personnel safety management sub-method comprises the following steps:
acquiring identity information of people entering and leaving the warehouse;
confirming whether the identity information of the people entering and leaving the warehouse meets the preset authority identity information, if so, outputting release control information to a restriction device, and if not, executing an alarm action; the alarm action comprises outputting alarm information and/or outputting control information for controlling an alarm unit to give an alarm;
receiving identity information of a temporary visitor sent by an access reservation system and updating the identity information into temporary authority identity information; the access reservation system comprises a software program built in the mobile communication equipment; and the number of the first and second groups,
and confirming whether the identity information of the people entering and exiting the warehouse accords with the temporary authority identity information, and if so, outputting the release control information to the restriction device.
2. The warehouse management and control method according to claim 1, wherein: the personnel security management sub-method further comprises the following steps:
setting the same person who enters and exits the warehouse to pass through the restriction device twice continuously as one-time entering and exiting warehouse;
acquiring the time of the first time of passing through the traffic control device in the warehouse entry and exit of the warehouse entry personnel at one time, and timing to obtain a warehouse entry timing value; and the number of the first and second groups,
and determining whether the warehousing timing value meets a preset warehousing safety limit value, and if so, executing an alarm action.

The warehouse management and control method of claim 3, wherein the staff management sub-method further comprises: determining whether the information in the library meets preset rescue trigger information, and if so, executing an alarm action; the information in the library also comprises audio information, the rescue triggering information comprises one or more of image/video triggering information and audio triggering information, and the alarm action also comprises intercepting and archiving the image/video in the library when the alarm is triggered.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the library management information further includes: determining whether the information in the library contains preset security alarm triggering information, and if so, executing an alarm action; the security alarm triggering information comprises article leaving information and/or warehousing personnel behavior information.
6. The storehouse management and control method according to claim 3, wherein: the person management sub-method further includes:
determining the position of each person in the library according to the image/video information in the library to obtain the position information of the person;
obtaining mark points according to the position information, and marking the mark points on a preset in-library plane graph and/or a preset in-library three-dimensional model; and the number of the first and second groups,
and connecting all the mark points of the personnel in the same warehouse to obtain the movement track of the personnel in the warehouse.

acquiring identification information of a storehouse, information of environments inside and outside the storehouse and operation information of each device for maintaining the operation of the storehouse; the identification information comprises position information of the storehouse, internal and external environment information of the storehouse comprises temperature information inside and outside the storehouse, and the operation information comprises running time and energy consumption information of the equipment and voltage and current information of each equipment;
creating information nodes in the electronic map according to the position information of each storeroom, wherein the identification information, the information of the internal and external environments of the storeroom and the operation information of each device are stored in the corresponding information nodes;
determining whether the equipment exceeds a preset equipment threshold value or not according to the operation information of each piece of equipment, and if so, outputting equipment abnormal information and alarm information; and the number of the first and second groups,
and determining whether the storehouse exceeds a preset environment threshold value according to the internal and external environment information of the storehouse, and if so, outputting abnormal environment information of the storehouse and outputting alarm information.
