The face recognition module adopts a face recognition and face detection algorithm based on deep learning to compare and recognize the collected face image with the human face characteristics in the human biological characteristic information storage module, and sends the recognition result to the access monitoring unit; the iris recognition module is used for preprocessing the collected face image and the person face image information stored by the person biological characteristic information storage module, obtaining an iris area through an image segmentation algorithm, carrying out normalization processing on the segmented iris area, coding the normalized image by using Gabor filtering to obtain iris texture characteristics, and then matching the two coded characteristics by using a Hamming matrix to obtain a recognition result; and the voiceprint recognition module recognizes the collected personnel voice information by adopting an algorithm based on PLDA voiceprint recognition and sends a recognition result to the access control monitoring unit.
Specifically, the information communication module is configured to construct a communication network and monitor a communication state of the communication network, and specifically, the information communication module includes a Zigbee coordination module, an intelligent gateway, and an ethernet module, the subnet controller and the PLC controller confirm the communication state by sending a heartbeat packet to the system management platform, and if the system management platform does not receive heartbeat frame data within a set period of time, the intelligent gateway confirms that the communication state is abnormal and performs communication fault alarm. In this embodiment, since the area of the whole factory floor is large, if only ZigBee networking is used, the network load is very large, and the efficiency of the whole network is also low. The system adopts a mode of combining ZigBee and Ethernet, divides each interval and floor into ZigBee wireless subnets, and the ZigBee base station of each subnet is connected to a system management platform through an intelligent gateway, so that the operation efficiency of the network is ensured, and the wireless flexibility is fully embodied.
Specifically, the system management platform comprises a personnel information management unit, a monitoring information management unit, a region information management unit and a list query unit, wherein the personnel information management unit comprises a track drawing module and an attendance recording module, the track drawing module is used for drawing section track information of a worker in a certain time period by utilizing position information at different moments and sending the track information to the attendance recording module, and the attendance recording module automatically updates the attendance state according to an attendance cycle and the track information of a corresponding mobile identification card; the monitoring information management unit is used for managing and storing the personnel behavior state information, the environment state information and the isolation entrance and exit record information; the regional information management unit is used for updating and deleting factory space addresses and number information, basic personnel information and quantity; the list inquiry unit is used for inquiring and exporting the personnel track, the on-duty working time and attendance information, the environment state information of each area and the record information of the isolation entrance and exit, and checking the entrance and exit information of external visitors in real time. The regional information management unit comprises a GIS module and a personnel registration module, wherein the personnel registration module is used for verifying and registering personnel information according to a legal personnel information list input by a manager, when personnel submit a registration request, the personnel registration module verifies a short message verification code for the registered personnel according to the information in the legal personnel information list, and stores the name, position and registration password parameters of the user in a submitted registration form to complete the registration of the legal user. And the GIS module can realize map digitization and spatial data management of the factory.
In the system, the emergency linkage system comprises a linkage end verification module and an information storage module, when the linkage end sends an access request, the linkage end verification module carries out identity verification according to authentication information contained in the access request, controls the linkage end to carry out resource data access and automatically sends alarm information according to set access authority and alarm priority, and the information storage module is used for storing basic information of the linkage end and an administrator. The linkage end can comprise a third-party video monitoring system, a fire-fighting alarm system, an alarm system and the like.

the monitoring subsystem is used for receiving an uplink control instruction sent by the system management platform, controlling the actions of the access control and the alarm device based on the uplink control instruction and feeding back personnel behavior, environment and monitored state information to the system management platform, and comprises a personnel behavior monitoring unit, an environment state monitoring unit, an access control monitoring unit and an information issuing unit, wherein the information issuing unit is used for issuing emergency alarm notification and personnel positioning related information and comprises an LED electronic display screen;
the information communication module is used for constructing a communication network and monitoring the communication state of the communication network;
the system management platform is used for receiving the state information uploaded by the monitoring subsystem, analyzing the state information, sending an uplink control instruction to control the monitoring subsystem based on an analysis result and sending a linkage signal to the emergency linkage system;
the emergency linkage system is used for sending linkage signals to a linkage department for emergency rescue command and managing and storing the basic information of an administrator and the basic information of the linkage department.

the face recognition module adopts a face recognition and face detection algorithm based on deep learning to compare and recognize the collected face image with the face characteristics of the person in the person biological characteristic information storage module and sends the recognition result to the access monitoring unit;
the iris recognition module is used for preprocessing the collected face image and the person face image information stored by the person biological characteristic information storage module, obtaining an iris area through an image segmentation algorithm, carrying out normalization processing on the segmented iris area, coding the normalized image by using Gabor filtering to obtain iris texture characteristics, and then matching the two coded characteristics by using a Hamming matrix to obtain a recognition result;
