Abstract
The invention relates to a method for preparing hermetia illucens oil, which comprises the following steps: cleaning a black soldier fly; placing the cleaned hermetia illucens in a drying space, wherein the temperature of the drying space is between 26 and 30 ℃, and the drying time is between 40 and 45 minutes; placing the dried hermetia illucens into a spiral oil press, and spirally extruding the hermetia illucens to obtain hermetia illucens oil; putting the hermetia illucens oil into a supercritical extraction separator, wherein the pressure of the supercritical extraction separator is between 14.7psi and 3600psi, the temperature of the supercritical extraction separator is between 35 and 45 ℃, and the extraction time of the supercritical extraction separator is between 35 and 45 minutes, so as to obtain purified hermetia illucens oil. The hermetia illucens oil is prepared by the manufacturing method of the hermetia illucens oil. The production time is shortened, the substance structure of the extract is prevented from being damaged due to high temperature, the use amount of organic solvent can be reduced, and the yield can be improved to about 95 percent through the spiral oil press and the supercritical extraction separator.

The hermetia illucens, by its english name (Black soldier fly), is a saprophagous insect of the genus hermetia illucens of the family hermetiaceae of the order diptera. The black soldier fly can eat the excrement of livestock and domestic garbage, the larva of the black soldier fly is called as 'phoenix insect', and the black soldier fly is a famous resource insect with fly maggot, yellow mealworm, barley pest and the like, so the black soldier fly is vigorously popularized in various countries. The black soldier fly larva feed consists of 40-45% of protein, 32% of fat, 7% of ash, 280mg/100g of amino acid nitrogen, 172.7mg/100g of cholesterol, 0.235mg/100g of vitamin B1 and 7 even-number carbon fatty acids which are lauric acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, myristic acid, stearic acid and capric acid respectively. putting the dried hermetia illucens into a spiral oil press, and extruding the hermetia illucens into hermetia illucens oil, wherein each 100 parts by weight of the hermetia illucens oil comprises: 10 to 12 parts by weight of a fat, 29 to 30 parts by weight of an amino acid, 35 to 39 parts by weight of lauric acid, 17 to 19 parts by weight of a protease;
standing the hermetia illucens oil for precipitation, wherein the precipitation time is less than 40 minutes;
putting the precipitated hermetia illucens oil into a vacuum filter, and carrying out vacuum filtration on the hermetia illucens oil;
putting the hermetia illucens oil into a supercritical extraction separator, wherein the pressure of the supercritical extraction separator is between 14.7psi and 3600psi, the temperature of the supercritical extraction separator is between 35 and 45 ℃, and the extraction time of the supercritical extraction separator is between 35 and 45 minutes, so as to obtain purified hermetia illucens oil.

2. According to the invention, the pressure is adjusted in the pressurizing process through the supercritical extraction separator, so that the hermetia illucens oil can be purified and separated, and the purity of components in the purified hermetia illucens oil is improved.

The purified hermetia illucens oil has the same components as the hermetia illucens oil, but the difference is that the purity of the components of the purified hermetia illucens oil is improved by supercritical extraction.
By using the supercritical extraction separator for extraction, the production time can be shortened, the substance structure of the extract is prevented from being damaged due to high temperature, the using amount of the organic solvent can be reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved by 90%. It is to be noted that lauric acid in the black soldier fly oil is a raw material for producing soap, detergent, cosmetic surfactant and chemical fiber oil agent, and can be added into cosmetics, foods, feeds, fertilizers, plant disease and insect pest control agents and animal and aquatic product control agents.
