The slag temperature can be effectively reduced by adopting the proportion of the invention, the temperature of the slag soil after construction is reduced from 24.6-29.5 ℃ to 21.8-26.7 ℃, and the temperature of the cutter head is prevented from rising too fast when the cutter head is in a coastal sludge soil layer and exceeding the normal working temperature of the cutter head. Meanwhile, the flow plasticity of the muck at the test section is effectively increased by adopting the formula, the slump of the obtained muck is 101-127 mm, under the same stratum and construction conditions, the muck is obviously agglomerated by adopting a clay layer universal foaming agent, the muck sample is dry, the muck is poor in plasticity and fluidity, and the slump of the muck after construction is 0 mm. Through the application of actual engineering, the method has great advantages in the aspects of field construction effect, material price, environmental protection and the like, and has certain guiding significance for actual shield construction.
The raw materials involved in the invention are nontoxic and harmless, can be naturally degraded for the environment, and belong to green materials.

Claims (5)

1. A foaming agent for improving shield muck of a coastal silt soil layer is characterized in that: comprises foaming agent base liquid, liquid material evergreen dispersing agent, powder materials of abelmoschus manihot gum and flaxseed gum which are respectively used as additives and water; the foaming agent base liquid and water are in a volume ratio of 4-12: 100, the volume part ratio of the liquid additive to water is 2-10: 100, the volume part ratio of the powder additive to water is 0.01-0.12: 100, the mass part ratio of powder abelmoschus manihot gum to flaxseed gum is 1: 1; the foaming agent base solution comprises liquid alkyl cane glycoside serving as a main foaming agent and solid fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate serving as an auxiliary foaming agent, wherein the volume part ratio of the alkyl cane glycoside to the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate is 2.5: 1.
2. A preparation method of a foaming agent for improving shield muck in a coastal silt soil layer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) preparing foaming agent base liquid by using liquid alkyl sucrose glycoside as a main foaming agent and solid fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate as an auxiliary foaming agent according to the volume part ratio of 2.5: 1;
(b) firstly, taking a liquid material azure-growing dispersing agent as an additive, wherein the volume part ratio of the additive to water is (2-10): 100 is added into water;
(c) then, taking powder materials of abelmoschus manihot gum and flaxseed gum as additives, wherein the mass part ratio of the additives to water is 0.01-0.12: 100, adding the powder material abelmoschus manihot gum and the flaxseed gum into the water obtained in the step (b), wherein the mass part ratio of the powder material abelmoschus manihot gum to the flaxseed gum is 1: 1;
(d) and finally, according to the volume parts of the foaming agent base liquid and water being 4-12: and (100) slowly adding the water in the step (c) into the foaming agent base liquid, and stirring for more than 30min until the water is uniformly mixed to obtain the foaming agent stock solution.
3. A using method of a foaming agent for improving shield muck in a coastal silt soil layer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) transporting the prepared foaming agent stock solution of claim 1 or 2 to the interior of a shield at a construction site through a foaming solution tank;
(2) and adding water into the foaming agent stock solution for dilution to obtain a final foaming solution for improving the soil body.

The method for using the foaming agent for improving the shield muck of the coastal silt soil layer according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), when the water content of the excavated coastal silt soil layer is 30-55%, the volume concentration of the foaming agent stock solution is 2-4% and the injection ratio of the foaming solution is 40-60%.
5. The method of using the foaming agent for shield muck improvement in the coastal sludge soil layer as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the step (2), when the water content of the excavated coastal sludge soil layer is less than 30%, the excavation is performed by using a foaming solution injection ratio of more than 60% or by using a water injection and foaming agent injection alternating operation.
