The adhesive tape has a color changing function, is sensitive to temperature, and can monitor the temperature of a working environment in time; the adhesive tape is stable in viscosity, cannot generate large fluctuation along with the change of temperature, and cannot influence the use even if the temperature rises.

s2, preparing coloring layer glue: 100 parts of high-molecular pressure-sensitive adhesive, 1-30 parts of inorganic pigment, 0.1-5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts of 6- (2-benzotriazole) -4-tert-octyl-6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-2, 2' -methylene bisphenol and 0.1-1 part of hexamethylene diisocyanate are added into a stirring kettle and stirred for 1 hour at the rotating speed of 200RPM to obtain coloring layer glue;
s3, coating the colored layer glue obtained in the step S2 on the release layer, drying at high temperature, and then attaching the colored layer glue to the porous membrane, wherein the temperature of an oven is 100 ℃ and the time is 3 min;
and S4, coating the permeable layer glue obtained in the step S1 on a substrate layer, drying at high temperature, and attaching the permeable layer glue to the other side of the porous film to obtain the thermochromic adhesive tape, wherein the drying oven temperature is 100 ℃ and the time is 3 min.
Comparative examples 1 and 2 are the same as examples 1 and 2.
The properties of the tapes obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in Table 2:

As shown in the evaluation results of Table 2, the example thermochromic adhesive tapes are stable in discoloration, while comparative example 1 is unable to show discoloration, and comparative example 2 is unstable in discoloration and shows discoloration at low temperature; therefore, the adhesive tape of the invention can not change color at the normal working temperature of the photovoltaic connector, namely 40 ℃ or below, and can sensitively change color when the temperature reaches 45 ℃, thereby being convenient for monitoring the working environment of the photovoltaic connector.

Claims (10)
1. A thermochromic adhesive tape, characterized in that: the sticky tape is from last to having proper order down including substrate layer, permeable formation, porous membrane, dyed layer and release layer, the permeable formation includes polymer pressure sensitive adhesive and crystalline material, crystalline material disperses in the polymer pressure sensitive adhesive, and crystalline material can permeate into the porous membrane after being heated the melting, makes the porous membrane become transparent the colour that shows the dyed layer.
2. The thermochromic adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein: the permeable layer is obtained by drying permeable layer glue, and the permeable layer glue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high-molecular pressure-sensitive adhesive, 20-100 parts of crystalline material, 0.1-5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts of 6- (2-benzotriazole) -4-tert-octyl-6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-2, 2' -methylene bisphenol and 0.1-1 part of hexamethylene diisocyanate;
the high-molecular pressure-sensitive adhesive is one of rubber, acrylic resin, polyurethane, silica gel and polyester, and can not react with the crystalline material.

The thermochromic adhesive tape according to claim 2, wherein: the crystallization material is any one or more of paraffin, polyethylene wax, stearic acid, palmitic acid, myristic acid, dicyclohexyl phthalate, lauric acid, microcrystalline wax and synthetic ester wax, and the melting point of the crystallization material is 40-70 ℃.

Thermochromic adhesive tape according to any of claim 1, characterized in that: the colored layer comprises a polymer pressure-sensitive adhesive and an inorganic pigment, wherein the inorganic pigment is dispersed in the polymer pressure-sensitive adhesive, the colored layer is obtained by drying colored layer glue, and the colored layer glue consists of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of high-molecular pressure-sensitive adhesive, 1-30 parts of inorganic pigment, 0.1-5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts of 6- (2-benzotriazole) -4-tert-octyl-6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-2, 2' -methylene bisphenol and 0.1-1 part of hexamethylene diisocyanate.
5. The thermochromic adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the base material is PET or PVDF.
6. The thermochromic adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the thickness of the permeable layer is 5-100 μm.
7. The thermochromic adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the porous membrane is an opaque or white PP porous membrane with the thickness of 5-100 μm.
8. The thermochromic adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the thickness of the coloring layer is 20-600 μm.
9. A method for preparing the thermochromic adhesive tape of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing osmotic layer glue: adding 100 parts of high-molecular pressure-sensitive adhesive, 20-100 parts of crystalline material, 0.1-5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts of 6- (2-benzotriazole) -4-tert-octyl-6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-2, 2' -methylene bisphenol and 0.1-1 part of hexamethylene diisocyanate into a stirring kettle, and stirring for 1-2 hours at the rotating speed of 200RPM to obtain permeable layer glue;
s2, preparing coloring layer glue: 100 parts of high-molecular pressure-sensitive adhesive, 1-30 parts of inorganic pigment, 0.1-5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-2 parts of 6- (2-benzotriazole) -4-tert-octyl-6-tert-butyl-4-methyl-2, 2' -methylene bisphenol and 0.1-1 part of hexamethylene diisocyanate are added into a stirring kettle and stirred for 1-2 hours at the rotating speed of 200RPM to obtain coloring layer glue;
s3, coating the colored layer glue obtained in the step S2 on the release layer, and bonding the colored layer glue with the porous film after high-temperature drying;
and S4, coating the permeable layer glue obtained in the step S1 on a substrate layer, drying at high temperature, and attaching the permeable layer glue to the other side of the porous film to obtain the thermochromic adhesive tape.
10. The method of preparing thermochromic adhesive tape according to claim 9, wherein: the oven temperature in the steps S3 and S4 is 100 ℃, and the time is 3 min.
